Executes end-to-end client onboardings for HR and payroll services, managing configuration, data migration, testing, and project milestones from kickoff to go-live.
For more than 30 years, Melita Group has helped small and mid-sized employers solve the complexity of HR, Employee Benefits, and Payroll. We combine deep expertise with a modern technology platform to deliver outsourced services that let our clients focus on growing their businesses while we handle the operational backbone of their workforce. We are a results-driven, high-integrity organization that holds itself accountable to its promises, and our clients stay with us for years, often decades, because we treat their success as our own. As we scale, we are investing heavily in technology, automation, and AI to raise the bar on what an HR outsourcing partner can deliver.
Every new client relationship begins with implementation, and the quality of that experience sets the trajectory for retention, expansion, and reference-ability for years to come. The Implementation Specialist is a hands-on role that supports bringing complex HR, benefits, and payroll clients live on our platform. You will do the configuration, data migration, and testing yourself, not just manage it from a distance.
Reporting to the Head of Implementations, you will support onboardings end to end and be the connective tissue that ensures what was sold is what gets delivered. This role is ideal for someone who has implemented outsourced Payroll and HR services at a PEO, an HRO, or an HRIS technology vendor, and who wants to do the work, contribute to the outcome, and help shape how we implement as we scale.
We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans. If you would like more information about how your data is processed, please contact us.
Manages end-to-end international payroll processing for multiple countries using ADP and Rippling, ensuring accurate, timely payrolls and statutory compliance.
Melita is an HR, Benefits, and Payroll outsourcing company, serving and building lasting relationships with small and mid-sized employers in the U.S. and abroad. We were founded over 30 years ago on a simple principle: to help our clients succeed by innovating, serving, and supporting their Human Resources, Employee Benefits, and Payroll needs. As a results-driven organization, we hold ourselves accountable for our promises and we celebrate the successes of our clients. We live by a set of shared values that drive everything we do, and we are known for our high-integrity approach to building relationships with our clients and partners.
The Global Payroll Specialist is a key role on Melitaâs growing Payroll Services team as we expand our payroll services beyond the U.S. You will own the end-to-end payroll process for our international clients, using primarily ADP and Rippling payroll technologies (with additional platforms possible as we grow), and hold yourself to a standard of 100% error-free, on-time payrolls.
Just as important, you will help build Melitaâs global payroll capability. As our clients grow into new countries, you will learn each countryâs statutory, tax, and processing requirements and help stand up the internal processes that let us deliver a complete payroll solution wherever our clients operate. This role suits someone who loves payroll, brings strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills, and genuinely enjoys learning new systems, rules, and geographies.

Trial Library is an AI-native research platform with a mission to improve healthcare outcomes by expanding access to precision medicine.
About Trial Library

In collaboration with biopharmaceutical manufacturers, payers, and health systems, Trial Library enables the delivery of clinical trials as a standard care option - improving patient access, advancing oncology outcomes, and reducing the total cost of care. Backed by leading healthcare venture capital firms, Trial Libraryâs platform is currently deployed in 840+ clinics and 3,000+ providers nationwide.
Trial Library is looking for an Account Manager, Life Sciences to own and grow a book of assigned accounts. You will be responsible for nurturing these relationships, identifying new opportunities within them, and running those opportunities through discovery, proposal, and contract execution. Youâll work closely with the commercial team and customer success to keep accounts healthy and expanding over time. Occasional lead generation may be required to support pipeline, but this is not the core focus of the role.
This role is ideal for someone who understands the clinical trial landscape, clinical operations from the inside, whether through CRO, sponsor, or site-side operational experience, and who also has the relationship-building and sales instincts to turn that industry knowledge into deeper client partnerships and new opportunities within existing accounts.
Account Ownership & Nurturing: Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned book of accounts, building trust and staying close to evolving study needs to identify where Trial Library can add value.
Opportunity Generation: Proactively surface new opportunities within assigned accounts, such as additional studies, expanded scope, new therapeutic areas, through regular check-ins and relationship-building.
Discovery & Qualification: Run discovery calls to understand an accountâsâs trial needs, patient recruitment challenges, and decision-making process; qualify opportunities and prioritize pipeline accordingly.
Proposal Development: Build and present tailored proposals and pricing that speak directly to an accountâs study design, therapeutic area, and recruitment/retention goals.
Deal Nurturing & Negotiation: Manage relationships through the full sales cycle, keeping momentum through follow-ups, objection handling, and internal coordination, all the way to contract execution.
Contracting: Partner with legal and leadership to finalize contract terms and ensure a clean, accurate handoff into onboarding.
CRM & Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of account activity, opportunities, and pipeline in the CRM to support forecasting and reporting.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Commercial teams and Customer Success to ensure assigned accounts sustain long-term retention and growth.
Occasional Lead Generation: From time to time, support broader pipeline efforts by prospecting new clients, sponsors, or CROs through outbound outreach, networking, or referrals
Clinical trial operational experience: hands-on background in clinical trial operations (e.g., CRA, site coordinator, CRO project support, sponsor-side trial management, or similar), giving you credibility and fluency when speaking with sponsors and sites.
Experience supporting patient recruitment, retention, or site support services.
Direct sales pitching experience: comfortable sitting face-to-face with clients to pitch services, present proposals, and close deals.
Account management experience: a track record of managing and growing client relationships, identifying expansion opportunities, and closing deals in a clinical research context.
Strong ability to build rapport and trust with sponsors and clients, translating technical/operational knowledge into a compelling client conversation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable running discovery calls, delivering proposals, and negotiating terms.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable owning an account book and its pipeline independently.
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and a commitment to clean, consistent data hygiene.
Existing network or relationships within sponsor, CRO, or site organizations.
Familiarity with specific therapeutic areas relevant to Trial Libraryâs current client base.

Manages strategic partner relationships across EMEA, sources qualified pipeline, and drives co-selling opportunities to unlock revenue with acquirers, payment providers, and banks.
Remote in Europe, Full Time, Individual Contributor, +5 years of experience
Yuno is the AI-native operating system of global commerce, powering the financial infrastructure of enterprise merchants, banks, and wallets. With a single API, Yuno connects them to pay-ins, payouts, fraud prevention, KYC/KYB, and stablecoins globally, so they can operate everywhere with a single integration.
Agnostic by design, Yuno offers connectivity to 1,000+ payment methods and 460+ integrations in 190+ countries, optimizing acceptance rates, reducing costs, and strengthening security through specialized AI agents that learn from every transaction on the network. Global brands run their payments on Yuno, including Arcos Dorados (McDonaldâs), NetEase Games, GoFundMe, inDrive, and Rappi. Banks, acquirers, PSPs, and wallets use Yuno to modernize their infrastructure without replacing core systems and to prepare for the next generation of commerce, including agentic payments.
We are looking for a Commercial Partnerships Manager to join our growing European team. You will own a portfolio of strategic partners â acquirers, alternative payment methods (APMs), banks, and fraud & risk providers â and turn those relationships into revenue: qualified pipeline into Yuno, joint go-to-market with the partner, and direct commercial opportunities where the partner itself becomes a Yuno customer.
This is a commercial role, not a relationship-maintenance one. You will be measured on pipeline sourced, deals unlocked, and revenue converted.
Partner portfolio ownership
Own end-to-end relationships with a defined portfolio of Europe partners and act as their primary commercial point of contact.
Build and maintain joint account plans with each strategic partner: shared target lists, named opportunities, agreed cadence.
Track portfolio health on commercial terms â live volume, sourced pipeline, revenue share earned, opportunities in flight â and act where a partnership is not producing.
Lead generation and co-selling
Source qualified leads through the partner network against a quarterly target, working the partnerâs own merchant base and commercial teams.
Run joint pipeline sessions with partner sales teams to surface merchants where Yuno unlocks a deal the partner cannot close alone.
Build referral and co-sell rails with partners, including shared incentive structures and clear routing of leads in both directions.
Design and execute joint go-to-market campaigns â co-marketing, joint events, account-based pushes on named targets.
Work with Yunoâs sales teams so partner-sourced leads convert, and stay accountable through to close.
Upselling Yuno to partners
Identify and develop commercial opportunities where the partner is the buyer: acquiring banks, wallets, and fintechs adopting Yunoâs orchestration and value-added services such as tokenization, account updater, and smart routing.
Own and convert the end-to-end commercial cycle on these opportunities, from qualification through to signature, with support from Sales on complex deals.
Negotiate partnership agreements, revenue-share models, and commercial terms alongside legal and finance.
Expand existing partnerships beyond their original scope â new markets, new products, new business lines.
Market and cross-functional
Feed commercial and market requirements back into Product so the roadmap reflects what wins deals in NA
Provide intelligence on competitive dynamics, partner capabilities, and Europeanpayment trends.
Represent Yuno at industry events and convert that presence into pipeline.
Run QBRs and joint planning sessions focused on pipeline and revenue commitments.
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of proven experience in partnerships, business development, or a senior commercial role within the payments, fintech, or financial services industry.
Evidence of carrying and hitting a commercial number in a partnership or BD context: pipeline sourced, deals closed, or revenue share delivered. Bring the figures.
Experience selling to payment providers or banks, not only through them.
Demonstrated track record of independently managing strategic partner relationships with acquirers, payment processors, APMs, banks, or fraud solution providers â including commercial negotiations with senior and C-level stakeholders.
Deep experience in the European payments market is required, including familiarity with the local acquiring landscape, and industry standards
Strong understanding of the payments value chain, including acquiring, issuing, scheme networks, and alternative payment methods.
Ability to operate with high autonomy in ambiguity: identify opportunities, structure the approach, and convert into signed deals with minimal supervision.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level counterparts.
Ability to manage multiple strategic relationships simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Data-driven mindset with ability to define, track, and report on partnership KPIs.
Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Legal, and Commercial teams.
