  • Coachable:  You will have the opportunity to advance your career through robust training and development programs at AlphaSense. An openness to feedback and desire for constant improvement is key to success here.
  • Tenacious: You thrive in environments where you can be creative to get things done!

What You’ll Do:

  • Forecast accurately and develop the necessary pipeline to meet/exceed quota.
  • Work closely with our Product Specialist team during trials to ensure client engagement and ultimate purchase.

Come join us!

Location: Remote (US) - Mountain or Pacific Time

Reports to: Deal Desk Manager

About the Team: The Revenue Operations team at AlphaSense drives productivity and improves efficiency for our account executives, account managers and sales development reps. We create and implement operational reporting & analytics, improve processes, and enable strategic initiatives that impact the revenue organization.  At our core, we are a dynamic team of highly driven self-starters who are passionate about operations and thrive in a fast paced, challenging environment.

About the Role: We’re looking for an Analyst to join our Deal Desk team as we scale. This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Finance, and Legal — helping structure, price, resolve redlines and close deals quickly while setting the foundation for repeatable, auditable processes. You’ll combine hands-on deal support with process design and a growing use of AI tooling to speed up cycle times, and you’ll help define the metrics that show how well the team and our deals are performing.

Who you are:

  • 2+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, FP&A, or a related revenue operations function, ideally at a high-growth SaaS or tech company.
  • Strong grasp of deal structuring, pricing, and contract fundamentals (discounting, ramps, multi-year terms, non-standard clauses).
  • Hands-on experience with CRM (Salesforce). Quoting and/or CLM tools experience is a plus.
  • Curiosity for applying AI tools to operational or deal workflows.
  • Excellent judgment under time pressure
  • Strong cross-functional communicator, comfortable working with Sales, Legal, and Finance.
  • Process-oriented mindset with a bias toward documenting and scaling what works.

What You’ll Do

  • Proactively review inbound deals for structure, pricing, discounting, and terms before they reach approval — flagging risk and inconsistency early rather than after the fact.
  • Serve as a hands-on partner to Sales throughout the deal cycle, answering questions about deal commercials in real time and unblocking deals stuck in review.
  • Apply pricing guardrails and discount frameworks consistently, and escalate exceptions through the appropriate approval path.
  • Partner with Legal and Finance to ensure non-standard terms are reviewed, priced, and documented correctly.
  • Identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement in the deal review process — from approval routing to documentation to handoffs between teams.
  • Work with RevOps/Systems teams to embed AI-assisted steps directly into the Deal Desk workflow (CPQ, CLM, CRM).
  • Maintain the core Deal Desk metrics: cycle time, approval turnaround, discount/exception rates, deal desk SLA attainment, and deal quality.

For base compensation, we set standard ranges for all roles based on function and level benchmarked against similar stage growth companies and internal comparables. In order to be compliant with local legislation, as well as to provide greater transparency to candidates, we share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of desired hiring location. You may also be offered a performance-based bonus, equity, and a generous benefits program.

Base Compensation Range

$105,000—$115,000 USD

Project Management Implementation Specialist at Melita Group

Executes end-to-end client onboardings for HR and payroll services, managing configuration, data migration, testing, and project milestones from kickoff to go-live.

Mid Remote Posted about 13 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About Melita

For more than 30 years, Melita Group has helped small and mid-sized employers solve the complexity of HR, Employee Benefits, and Payroll. We combine deep expertise with a modern technology platform to deliver outsourced services that let our clients focus on growing their businesses while we handle the operational backbone of their workforce. We are a results-driven, high-integrity organization that holds itself accountable to its promises, and our clients stay with us for years, often decades, because we treat their success as our own. As we scale, we are investing heavily in technology, automation, and AI to raise the bar on what an HR outsourcing partner can deliver.

The Opportunity

Every new client relationship begins with implementation, and the quality of that experience sets the trajectory for retention, expansion, and reference-ability for years to come. The Implementation Specialist is a hands-on role that supports bringing complex HR, benefits, and payroll clients live on our platform. You will do the configuration, data migration, and testing yourself, not just manage it from a distance.

Reporting to the Head of Implementations, you will support onboardings end to end and be the connective tissue that ensures what was sold is what gets delivered. This role is ideal for someone who has implemented outsourced Payroll and HR services at a PEO, an HRO, or an HRIS technology vendor, and who wants to do the work, contribute to the outcome, and help shape how we implement as we scale.

Reporting and Scope

  • Reports to: Head of Implementations (Molly Taylor)
  • Department and team: Client Success, Implementation Team
  • Location: Remote (U.S.)
  • Key partners: Sales, Client Success, Service Delivery, the internal Technology team, Product, and Finance, along with HRIS and benefits carrier partners

Core Responsibilities:

Client Implementations (hands-on)

  • Support and help execute new client onboardings across HR administration, payroll, benefits, and leave of absence services, from kickoff to a clean handoff to the ongoing service teams.
  • Contribute directly to the outcomes that matter: time to live, client satisfaction at go-live, and a smooth transition to Service Delivery.
  • Help build and maintain the implementation project plan, support progress against milestones, and help keep every workstream on schedule.

Platform Configuration, Data Migration, and Integrations (hands-on)

  • Configure the client’s HRIS and complete the build yourself on platforms including ADP Workforce Now, Paylocity, and Rippling, and in our Salesforce environment.
  • Run data migrations and validate the results: employee data, payroll history, benefit plans and deductions, and PTO balances.
  • Stand up the data interfaces that keep everything in sync, including benefits carrier EDI feeds and GL file feeds, partnering with our internal Technology team where deeper build is required.

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Work hand-in-hand with Sales, Client Success, Service Delivery, Product, and Finance to align on client expectations, scope, pricing assumptions, and post-implementation transitions.
  • Be the connective tissue that ensures what was sold is what gets delivered.

AI, Automation, and Continuous Improvement

  • Identify and champion opportunities to apply AI, automation, and modern tooling to implementation workflows. This is a priority investment area for Melita.
  • Document and improve implementation workflows so each onboarding is faster and cleaner than the last.

What We Are Looking For

  • Very strong, hands-on experience supporting and implementing outsourced Payroll and HR services, ideally gained at a PEO, an HRO, or an HRIS technology vendor that installs a full HRIS together with outsourced services.
  • Hands-on HRIS implementation experience on one or more major platforms (ADP Workforce Now, Paylocity, or Rippling), including configuration and data migration.
  • Hands-on payroll processing experience, multi-state processing, tax setup, and mid-year conversions with YTD balancing
  • A proven track record running end-to-end implementations and managing a project plan across multiple workstreams and deadlines.
  • A natural problem-solver who thrives on complexity and drives clarity, and a systems thinker who bridges workflows across teams.
  • Excellent communication skills and a high-integrity, client-first approach.

Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience implementing benefits administration and leave of absence services, not only payroll and HR.
  • Familiarity with benefits carrier EDI feeds, GL file feeds, and integrations across HRIS, payroll, and benefits systems.
  • Experience with Salesforce and with AI-enabled or automation-heavy implementation workflows.
  • A project management credential (for example PMP or CAPM) is a plus but not required.
  • A payroll professional credential (for example FPC or CPP) is a plus but not required.

We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans. If you would like more information about how your data is processed, please contact us.

About Melita

Melita is an HR, Benefits, and Payroll outsourcing company, serving and building lasting relationships with small and mid-sized employers in the U.S. and abroad. Just as important, you will help build Melita’s global payroll capability. As our clients grow into new countries, you will learn each country’s statutory, tax, and processing requirements and help stand up the internal processes that let us deliver a complete payroll solution wherever our clients operate. This role suits someone who loves payroll, brings strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills, and genuinely enjoys learning new systems, rules, and geographies.

Reporting and Scope

  • Reports to: Global Payroll Services Manager

  • Process new hires, changes, terminations, and off-cycle items accurately and on time for every pay cycle, respecting each country’s statutory rules and deadlines.

  • Work directly with client contacts to collect required data, resolve issues, process changes, and obtain the approvals needed for timely processing of each payroll.
  • Earn each client’s trust and confidence by executing every detail expertly and on time, so they can focus on their business knowing Melita is on the job.
  • Communicate proactively and professionally, and keep clean, well-documented records of every payroll and issue.

Global Expansion and New-Country Build-Out

  • Help establish payroll-processing capability in new countries as needed to support key clients: learn the country’s statutory, tax, and processing requirements, define and implement the internal payroll process, and partner with the client to launch a complete payroll solution.

Systems and Continuous Improvement

  • Become an advanced user of ADP and Rippling payroll platforms (and any additional platforms we adopt) as well as Melita’s custom Salesforce CRM.
  • Document repeatable processes and contribute to the standards and tools that let the Payroll Services team scale internationally.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications

  • Hands-on payroll experience in US, Canada and the UK; experience in other international jurisdictions is a plus.
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now payroll technology.
  • Strong critical-thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail, with comfort managing payroll for multiple clients under deadline pressure.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for payroll and for learning new systems, rules, and geographies.
  • Excellent communication skills and a high-integrity, client-first approach.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A college degree and/or a professional payroll designation (for example the Canadian PCP or CPM, the UK CIPP, or the US CPP).
  • Experience standing up or building out a payroll process in a new country.
  • Familiarity with a CRM (Salesforce) and modern, technology-enabled payroll workflows.

What Success Looks Like

  • Your clients’ payrolls run error-free and on time, every cycle, in every country you support.

Sales Commercial Partnerships Manager - EMEA at Yuno

Manages strategic partner relationships across EMEA, sources qualified pipeline, and drives co-selling opportunities to unlock revenue with acquirers, payment providers, and banks.

Mid Remote Posted about 13 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Remote in Europe, Full Time, Individual Contributor, +5 years of experience

Who We Are

Yuno is the AI-native operating system of global commerce, powering the financial infrastructure of enterprise merchants, banks, and wallets. With a single API, Yuno connects them to pay-ins, payouts, fraud prevention, KYC/KYB, and stablecoins globally, so they can operate everywhere with a single integration.

Agnostic by design, Yuno offers connectivity to 1,000+ payment methods and 460+ integrations in 190+ countries, optimizing acceptance rates, reducing costs, and strengthening security through specialized AI agents that learn from every transaction on the network. Global brands run their payments on Yuno, including Arcos Dorados (McDonald’s), NetEase Games, GoFundMe, inDrive, and Rappi. Banks, acquirers, PSPs, and wallets use Yuno to modernize their infrastructure without replacing core systems and to prepare for the next generation of commerce, including agentic payments.

About The Role

We are looking for a Commercial Partnerships Manager to join our growing European team. You will own a portfolio of strategic partners — acquirers, alternative payment methods (APMs), banks, and fraud & risk providers — and turn those relationships into revenue: qualified pipeline into Yuno, joint go-to-market with the partner, and direct commercial opportunities where the partner itself becomes a Yuno customer.

This is a commercial role, not a relationship-maintenance one. You will be measured on pipeline sourced, deals unlocked, and revenue converted.

Your contribution will be

Partner portfolio ownership

  • Own end-to-end relationships with a defined portfolio of Europe partners and act as their primary commercial point of contact.

  • Build and maintain joint account plans with each strategic partner: shared target lists, named opportunities, agreed cadence.

  • Track portfolio health on commercial terms — live volume, sourced pipeline, revenue share earned, opportunities in flight — and act where a partnership is not producing.

Lead generation and co-selling

  • Source qualified leads through the partner network against a quarterly target, working the partner’s own merchant base and commercial teams.

  • Run joint pipeline sessions with partner sales teams to surface merchants where Yuno unlocks a deal the partner cannot close alone.

  • Build referral and co-sell rails with partners, including shared incentive structures and clear routing of leads in both directions.

  • Design and execute joint go-to-market campaigns — co-marketing, joint events, account-based pushes on named targets.

  • Work with Yuno’s sales teams so partner-sourced leads convert, and stay accountable through to close.

Upselling Yuno to partners

  • Identify and develop commercial opportunities where the partner is the buyer: acquiring banks, wallets, and fintechs adopting Yuno’s orchestration and value-added services such as tokenization, account updater, and smart routing.

  • Own and convert the end-to-end commercial cycle on these opportunities, from qualification through to signature, with support from Sales on complex deals.

  • Negotiate partnership agreements, revenue-share models, and commercial terms alongside legal and finance.

  • Expand existing partnerships beyond their original scope — new markets, new products, new business lines.

Market and cross-functional

  • Feed commercial and market requirements back into Product so the roadmap reflects what wins deals in NA

  • Provide intelligence on competitive dynamics, partner capabilities,  and Europeanpayment trends.

  • Represent Yuno at industry events and convert that presence into pipeline.

  • Run QBRs and joint planning sessions focused on pipeline and revenue commitments.

Skills You Need

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of proven experience in partnerships, business development, or a senior commercial role within the payments, fintech, or financial services industry.

  • Evidence of carrying and hitting a commercial number in a partnership or BD context: pipeline sourced, deals closed, or revenue share delivered. Bring the figures.

  • Experience selling to payment providers or banks, not only through them.

  • Demonstrated track record of independently managing strategic partner relationships with acquirers, payment processors, APMs, banks, or fraud solution providers — including commercial negotiations with senior and C-level stakeholders.

  • Deep experience in the European payments market is required, including familiarity with the local acquiring landscape, and industry standards

  • Strong understanding of the payments value chain, including acquiring, issuing, scheme networks, and alternative payment methods.

  • Ability to operate with high autonomy in ambiguity: identify opportunities, structure the approach, and convert into signed deals with minimal supervision.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level counterparts.

  • Ability to manage multiple strategic relationships simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Data-driven mindset with ability to define, track, and report on partnership KPIs.

  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Legal, and Commercial teams.

What We Offer at Yuno

Support Professional Services Consultant (Self Service) at Abnormal AI

Manages post-sales technical deployments for self-serve customers, guiding them through activation and troubleshooting deployment blockers to meet rapid time-to-value targets.

Mid Remote Posted about 13 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About the Role

Abnormal AI is looking for a Professional Services Consultant to join the Self-Serve Professional Services team. We’re looking for candidates based on the West Coast to best support the needs of this role and our customers. The Self-Serve team owns the post-sales technical deployment for our smaller, lower-touch accounts from our Mid-Market/Commercial book of business that move through implementation on a fast, largely asynchronous motion rather than a scheduled, high-touch consulting engagement. This role will carry a large, high-turnover portfolio of concurrent deployments and are expected to bring customers to full value in days, not weeks, against a 12-day time-to-value target. Drawing on your knowledge of enterprise mail flow and email security, you’ll guide customers through activation, troubleshoot the harder technical cases that come up, and keep dozens of accounts moving at once. The ideal candidate is energized by real speed and real scale, and thrives in an environment where things move fast and nothing stays still for long.

What you will do

  • Drive fast time-to-value at scale. Own a large, high-turnover portfolio of self-serve deployments and get each customer to an activated, value-realizing state quickly, consistently meeting the 12-day self-serve time-to-value target.
  • Run an efficient, largely asynchronous deployment motion. Manage go-live intake, activation, and follow-up primarily through structured, templated communication and self-service enablement (guides, Abnormal Academy, portal) rather than one-off scheduled calls, while also being able to pivot to occasional one-off calls that will not be as structured or scripted.
  • Monitor and triage deployment health daily. Sweep open deployments, classify them (not activated / partially deployed / ready to close), and prioritize the accounts that need attention today across a high-volume book.
  • Troubleshoot common deployment blockers. Use internal runbooks, and escalate non-standard technical or relationship issues to Senior PS Consultants, Support, or Engineering with clear context.
  • Guide customers to full value. Help customers activate every product they’ve purchased (Inbound Email Security (IES), Account Takeover Protection (ATO), AI Security Mailbox (AISM), Email Productivity, and other add-ons) across Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, and adopt best practices that get them the most from the platform.
  • Proactively manage risk. Spot blockers and coverage gaps early and escalate to keep deployments moving.
  • Work cross-functionally and transparently. Keep the account team aligned on status, risks, and next steps for every account you touch.
  • Raise the bar on quality and CSAT. Uphold Abnormal’s quality standards and help strengthen the Professional Services customer-satisfaction program.

Must Haves

  • Genuinely curious about a customer’s underlying needs (not just what they literally ask for), and able to prioritize clearly and communicate transparently when customer demands compete.
  • Skilled in deploying and managing SaaS products across a large portfolio of customer environments, spanning cloud platforms such as Azure and Google Cloud.
  • Understanding of networking basics, security protocols, and email security concepts (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) to support customer configurations and troubleshoot effectively.
  • Strong technical analysis skills to diagnose and resolve complex deployment issues quickly, even with limited information; and including the ability to make complex technical steps clear and actionable for non-technical customers in writing.
  • Proven ability to manage a large, high-turnover volume of concurrent projects, prioritize ruthlessly, and consistently hit fast deadlines.
  • Experience using AI tools to templatize repeatable work and free up your judgment for the deployments that actually need it.
  • 2+ years in technical support or Professional Services consulting, delivering enterprise-grade, cybersecurity-related SaaS platforms in a high-growth environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a high-volume, digital, or tech-touch delivery model (as opposed to a purely high-touch consulting model).
  • Comfort working directly in Salesforce/CRM and customer-success platforms (e.g., Gainsight) to track and prioritize a deployment queue.
  • Knowledge of API use and integration processes to connect Abnormal with other tools in a customer’s tech stack.
  • BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

We’re fully remote by design, genuinely global, and united by a shared mission to make travel simpler for everyone.

Your Next Destination

  • Location: Remote.
  • Contract: Full-time, permanent.
  • Benefits: Learn more about our benefits here in this link - https://airalo-public.notion.site/Benefits-25396a97ffca81fb9bc1f0be479f1be3?pvs=74
  • Languages: English is our main working language day to day, so you’ll need to be comfortable communicating in it both in meetings and async.

As an MVNO Networks Manager at Airalo you will be responsible for establishing and managing the host operator partnerships that allow Airalo to operate its own networks locally. You will own each new market from the first conversation with a host mobile network operator through commercial negotiation, regulatory approval and technical integration to commercial launch, and you will remain its commercial owner once it is live.

You are someone who owns a market from its business case through to its commercial performance in operation. You are equally at ease negotiating terms with an operator’s executive team, scoping the integration with their technical team, and running a service management review once the market is operational.

You will work in close coordination with our legal, finance, product, engineering and core network teams, as the local networks you establish need to interoperate with Airalo’s existing platform and services.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Represent Airalo as the ideal interface to host mobile network operators on a global level

  • Identify, approach and secure new host network partnerships across target markets

  • Assess and recommend full MVNO or light MVNO constructs per market, including the commercial, technical and timeline implications of each

  • Build the business case for each new market together with Finance, and present it to Airalo’s leadership team and to host operator executives

  • Negotiate terms and conditions of MVNO, wholesale and reseller contracts with host mobile network operators

  • Support Legal on the regulatory approvals required per market, including entity and licensing, numbering allocation and number portability, and provide information to product management

  • Work with the Delivery team on the implementation of regulatory obligations such as mobile number portability, lawful interception and emergency calling

  • Coordinate the technical integration of host mobile networks with Airalo’s OSS and BSS platform together with our product, engineering and core network teams

  • Prepare and run the rollout of new markets, from launch readiness through to first commercial traffic

  • Hand over each launched market to our NOC and operations teams, and run regular service management reviews with host operators covering network quality, SLA compliance and incident performance

  • Perform escalations in case of network quality issues and availabilities

  • Define and perform reconciliation processes between host operator invoices and Airalo’s own usage records

  • Define and run traffic, revenue and cost analytics per market, and report performance against business case

  • Renegotiate commercial terms with host operators as volumes grow and market conditions change

  • Develop and maintain a repeatable market entry playbook, and methods to assure unification of conditions and agreements

Must-haves:

  • 5 years minimum relevant experience in the mobile telco industry, in a commercial, wholesale or business development role

  • Having personally negotiated and closed at least two wholesale or MVNO agreements with host mobile network operators

  • Proven ability to build a market business case, including subscriber lifecycle assumptions, traffic forecasting, wholesale cost modelling, margin and payback, in close cooperation with Finance

  • Proven ability to present and defend a business case and its assumptions to a leadership team and to host operator executives

  • Experience owning commercial performance against forecast after launch, including contract renegotiation as volumes grow

  • Ideally having served within an MVNO, MVNA or MVNE, or on the operator side selling wholesale to them, with hands on mentality

  • Working knowledge of full MVNO and light MVNO architectures, including core, HSS/HLR, IMSI ranges, numbering and interconnect, and of the commercial trade-offs between them

  • Good overview in Telecommunication Network technologies like Mobile Core (PGW, IMS, Voice GW, HSS), OSS & BSS, and eSIM provisioning

  • Understanding different Mobile Network Generations like 2G, 3G/UMTS, 4G/LTE, 5G NSA and 5G SA and how they influence customer experiences

  • Ability to lead technical scoping and service management discussions directly with host operators, covering integration scope, launch dependencies, SLA definition and ongoing service reviews

  • Understanding the regulatory requirements on providing mobile services, including numbering, portability, emergency calling and lawful interception, and familiar with KYC processes for mobile subscriptions

  • Experience in a fast moving environment such as a startup, scale-up or challenger MVNO, with the ability to run several markets at different stages in parallel

  • Excellent English skills; in writing, speaking and reading, business fluent

  • Willingness to travel internationally occasionally to meet host operators

Good-to-have:

  • Having taken an MVNO from signed agreement through to live commercial traffic and first subscribers

  • Established working relationships with host mobile network operators and national telecom regulators

  • Experience selecting, contracting or managing an MVNE platform vendor

  • Prior ownership of a P&L or a country level budget

  • Master Studies and/or MBA highly preferred

  • Additional languages alongside English

Support Solutions Engineer, Post-Sales (remote, US East Coast) at Checkly

Onboards new customers, trains engineering teams on synthetic monitoring tools, and provides ongoing technical support to ensure customer adoption and success.

Mid Remote Posted about 13 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

(Remote, US East Coast, Series B DevTools SaaS, synthetic monitoring)

The best developers don’t wait for a customer to tell them something’s broken.

They catch it first, in the pull request, in staging, or in the checkout flow at 3am, before a single user notices. That instinct is Checkly’s whole reason to exist. We give developers and their agents the tools to own reliability the way they own their code: end-to-end tests and synthetic monitoring defined as code, powered by OpenTelemetry and Playwright, versioned and reviewed like everything else they ship. From pull request to post-mortem, in one place.

Thousands of them, from modern AI companies like Mistral and resolve.ai to large engineering orgs like LinkedIn, Citi, and 1Password, build with us. In 2024 we raised $20M in Series B funding from Balderton, CRV and Accel.

Here’s the thing about 2026: AI agents and coding assistants are shipping more software, faster, than any team could review by hand, and more of it is breaking in ways nobody has seen before. LLM-backed features fail probabilistically. Agents take actions no runbook anticipated. “Is my app healthy?” is becoming an unanswerable question for a whole generation of AI-native software.

That’s where you come in. This role starts where the sale ends. You will onboard new customers, train their engineering teams, and stay close to those accounts as their use of Checkly grows. You are the technical counterpart in the account, and you run your own customer meetings.

What you’ll do

We’re looking for a Solutions Engineer to make sure customers get real value out of Checkly after they sign.

  • You will learn Checkly and the monitoring space deeply, then help customers solve real reliability problems.

  • You will own technical onboarding for new accounts: implementation, configuration, and getting their first monitoring into production.

  • You will run workshops and trainings for customer engineering teams.

  • You will be the technical counterpart in existing accounts, supporting adoption, troubleshooting, and growth alongside the sales team.

  • You will run your own customer meetings, from technical deep dives to account check-ins.

  • You will contribute to technical documentation and internal playbooks as you learn what works.

  • You will speak with customers directly and share your learnings with Product Engineering and Marketing.

What you should have

  • Around 2 years of experience in a post-sales technical role: customer onboarding, workshops and trainings, and helping accounts grow. Solutions engineering, professional services, customer success engineering, technical account management, or a similar path all work.

  • Hands-on experience with monitoring, observability, or automated testing.

  • Strong technical skills that allow you to read, write, and debug code (Javascript/Node.js preferred).

  • Ability to use AI tools to accelerate customer-facing work: researching a customer’s stack, generating tailored example code, building proof-of-concept repos, drafting technical responses. We build with Claude Code, Codex, and similar tools.

  • Genuine interest in working directly with customers. You enjoy talking to people, running workshops and demos, driving a meeting yourself, and explaining technical concepts clearly.

  • Excellent spoken and written English skills

  • Ability to be autonomous and self-motivated in an async-work environment, while you also enjoy getting to know your colleagues and helping others.

  • Based on the US East Coast, in Eastern Time (ET).

  • Able to travel occasionally to customers.

  • Startup experience is helpful, but not required.

Why us?

  • Transparent salary (more info below)

  • Become part of a fast-growing, and international team where your work matters. Your impact won’t get lost in layers of bureaucracy.

  • Stock options

  • Flexible paid vacation

  • Paid sick leave & up to 14 weeks of paid parental leave

  • US: Medical, Dental, Vision, FSA, long- and short-term disability, life insurance, 401(K) and more

  • Annual company on-site

Find out more here.

What we pay

Fair, competitive, and transparent pay is very important for us. Therefore we work with a standardized salary calculator that includes several factors such as seniority level as well as location.

For this role, there’s a 70% base salary - 30% commission split. The range is

  • $107k-$155k OTE for someone in the US.

  • $134k-$185k OTE for someone in US Tier 1 locations like NYC, Boston.

Apply

If this sounds interesting, please apply! Studies by several different sources have shown that on average men will apply for a job if they meet 60% of the application requirements. Women, non-binary people and POC will seek to match a much higher percentage of requirements before applying. If you’re not sure you’re the right fit, apply anyway and let us know what you bring to the table. We’d love to hear from you!

We’re all about being transparent and setting clear expectations. That’s why we’ve put together our hiring playbook and open-sourced our employee handbook. There you’ll find a sneak peek of who we are, how we work and what you can expect in our hiring process.
