Data Analytics Triad Modernization Advisor (1099) at Red Cell Partners

Validates optimization models and cleans/interprets nuclear modernization program data to support decision-making across the defense enterprise.

Senior Hybrid Posted 1 day ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About Us

Red Cell Partners is an incubation firm building and investing in rapidly scalable technology-led companies that are bringing revolutionary advancements to market in three distinct practice areas: healthcare, cyber, and national security. United by a shared sense of duty and deep belief in the power of innovation, Red Cell is developing powerful tools and solutions to address our Nation’s most pressing problems.

This role will support DEFCON AI.

About the Triad Modernization Advisor Role

DEFCON AI is modeling how risk cascades across the nuclear Triad. When a schedule slips, a cost estimate breaches, or capacity comes up short in one program, the consequences rarely stay in that program. We make those second and third order effects visible early enough for a decision maker to do something.

We are looking for a Triad Modernization Advisor to bring firsthand nuclear enterprise experience to that effort. You will be the person on the team who can look at a model result and say whether it reflects how the enterprise actually behaves, and who can get the underlying data into shape when it arrives messy.

This is a 1099 consulting engagement of up to 20 hours per week. The role is primarily on-site in the Offutt AFB area, with some work performed remotely.

What you will do:

Triad Expertise:

  • Apply firsthand expertise in nuclear triad modernization to sharpen and validate our optimization models and decision support tools
  • Pressure-test model assumptions and outputs against how the enterprise plans, programs, and executes in reality
  • Work alongside an interdisciplinary team of optimization and simulation experts to design, build, and refine models that deliver real-world decision support
  • Partner directly with customers, product leadership, and external stakeholders

Data:

  • Organize, clean, and translate acquisition planning and budget datasets tied to legacy system sustainment and modernization programs
  • Interpret and visualize data on program cost, schedule, and performance
  • Reconcile data that arrives from multiple sources in different formats and may not agree with itself

What we are looking for

  • Firsthand experience in nuclear triad modernization. You have held program, requirements, resourcing, or operational planning responsibility inside one or more of these efforts.
  • Working command of the nuclear enterprise. Planning processes, acquisition programs, and the funding mechanisms behind them, including planning, programming, budgeting, and execution (PPBE) and program objective memorandum (POM) rhythms, milestone decisions, and appropriation categories.
  • Executive-level results. You have been accountable for analysis that informed resourcing or program decisions, and you have briefed and defended it at the O6, flag, or SES level.
  • Systems thinking. You can trace an effect across program, budget, and operational boundaries.
  • Communication in both directions. You can be useful to a modeler debugging an assumption in the morning and to a senior operational customer in the afternoon.
  • Clearance. Active Secret or above.
  • Location. Offutt Air Force Base commuting area.

Bonus points

  • Experience at or above the O4/GS-13 level in a Combatant Command J5, J8, or similar organization
  • Background in consulting, systems engineering, operational planning, or mission-focused solution development
  • Experience within operational commands, service headquarters, Joint Staff, OSW, or defense innovation organizations
  • Modeling, simulation, or operations research experience

Our Red Cell Partners Benefits (may differ for each incubation):

For full-time roles

  • Career track opportunity with potential for rapid advancement with strong performance as the firm grows

  • 100% employer paid, comprehensive health care including medical, dental, and vision for you and your family.

  • Paid maternity and paternity for 14 weeks at employees’ normal pay.

  • Unlimited PTO, with management approval.

  • Opportunities for professional development and continued learning.

  • Optional 401K, FSA, and equity incentives available.

  • Mental health benefits are available through Tara Mind.

  • Cost effective GLP-1 solutions available through Crux.

We’re an Equal Opportunity Employer: You’ll receive consideration for employment without regard to race, sex, color, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or on the basis of disability.

Product Sr. Product Manager, Messaging at ZipRecruiter

Senior Product Manager owns the messaging portfolio strategy, deciding which messages to send job seekers, optimizing send frequency and timing, and measuring impact on applications, retention, and revenue.

Senior Hybrid Posted 3 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

We offer a hybrid work environment. Most US-based positions can alsobeperformed remotely (any exceptions will be noted in the Minimum Qualifications below.)

Our Mission:

To actively connect people to their next great opportunity.

Who We Are:

ZipRecruiter is a leading online employment marketplace. Powered by AI-driven smart matching technology, the company actively connects millions of all-sized businesses and job seekers through innovative mobile, web, and email services, as well as through partnerships with the best job boards on the web. ZipRecruiter has the #1 rated job search app on iOS & Android.

Summary:

Messaging is how ZipRecruiter shows up for job seekers when they are not on the site. Every day we send millions of emails and push notifications: new job alerts, fresh matches, communications from employers, and updates on applications already in flight. This portfolio is one of the largest single sources of job applications on ZipRecruiter, and it is the primary channel for re-engaging job seekers who would otherwise drift away.

You will own Product for this entire channel. That means deciding which messages exist and what each one is for, who receives them and when, how the portfolio balances message volume against job seeker trust and long-term retention, and how we decide for each job seeker the single best thing to send next.

The role sits at the center of the marketplace. Your messages carry the output of our matching and ranking models, so you will work daily with data science and machine learning teams. Your sends drive employer outcomes, so you will coordinate with employer-side Product teams on how to drive the most effective outcomes for them. And you own a channel with real constraints: deliverability, sender reputation, compliance, and a finite budget of seeker attention.

Key Focuses:

  • Act as an Owner: Take full accountability for the jobseeker messaging domain, from portfolio-level KPI setting to the details of individual message performance.
  • Optimize the portfolio: We send dozens of distinct message types. You will lead the thinking behind which, when, and how many messages we send, and via which channels.
  • Obsess over your metrics: Applications delivered, job seeker activation and retention, unsubscribes and complaint rates, and the revenue carried by email placements. You will know how every message class contributes to each, and you will interrogate the why behind the numbers.
  • Run on experiments: You will design experiments, read, and resolve them with judgment about long-term business health, looking beyond short-term engagement.
  • Partner deep in the stack: Work with the engineering teams that own the messaging platform, with recommendations and matching teams on ranking and match quality inside your sends, and with the marketplace teams to understand how your product can move the needle on supply and demand.
  • Protect the channel: Deliverability, sender reputation, compliance, and opt-in/opt-out systems are critical areas of Product focus.
  • Voice of the Job Seeker: Serve as the voice of the job seeker for off-platform touchpoints. Talk to job seekers, run research, and develop the storyline behind how our messaging strategies impact the users and the business.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proven Leadership: 5+ years of proven success in product management, with a record of delivering results.
  • Deeply Analytical: You are a data-obsessed problem solver who doesn’t just look at dashboards but interrogates the “why” behind the numbers. You are comfortable in SQL and fluent in A/B experimentation.
  • Lifecycle or Notifications Experience: You have owned email, push, or lifecycle messaging products at consumer scale, and you understand the tension between engagement volume and user trust.
  • AI/ML Fluency: You understand how to leverage machine learning to solve user problems, and you have shipped product features powered by ranking, relevance, or recommendation models.
  • Customer Obsession: You have a passion for speaking directly with your users and personally conducting user research.
  • Strong Communication: You write and speak clearly, and collaborate well across engineering, data science, design, and go-to-market stakeholders.
  • Self-Motivation: You are highly driven and thrive when given the autonomy to drive massive impact.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Marketplace Experience: Previous experience at a two-sided marketplace (e.g., jobs, real estate, rideshare), where your work on one side had to account for outcomes on the other.
  • Send-Decisioning or Growth Systems: Experience building message selection, frequency capping, or channel orchestration systems, or growth/CRM automation at scale.
  • Deliverability Literacy: Working knowledge of email deliverability, sender reputation, and compliance regimes including SMS/RCS.

As part of our team you’ll enjoy:

  • Competitive salary
  • Exceptional benefits package
  • Flexible Vacation & Paid Time Off
  • Employer-matched 401(k) plan

What this role involves

Position Title: Compliance & Regulatory Operations Manager (Mexico) Location: Mexico – Hybrid

Employment Type: Full-time

Reporting to: Country Manager, Mexico (solid line) / Global Chief Compliance Officer (dotted line)

Telcoin is a global fintech company focused on developing innovative financial products and infrastructure at the intersection of telecommunications, payments, and digital assets (Stablecoins).

    • additional financial-services permissions that may become necessary as the Mexican business develops.
  • Coordinate regulatory projects across Telcoin’s local and global teams and external advisers.

  • Track regulatory submissions, outstanding requirements, dependencies, deadlines, and regulator requests.

  • Serve as a key point of contact with Mexican regulators and governmental authorities where appropriate.

AML / CFT & Compliance Management

  • Develop, implement, maintain, and continuously improve Telcoin Mexico’s AML/CFT and financial-crime compliance framework.
  • Maintain local policies and procedures in accordance with Mexican law while ensuring appropriate alignment with Telcoin Group’s global compliance standards.
  • Conduct and maintain AML/CFT and other regulatory risk assessments applicable to the Mexican business.
  • Oversee customer due diligence, KYC, enhanced due diligence, beneficial ownership identification, sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, and related financial-crime controls.
  • Ensure required regulatory notices, reports, and other filings are submitted accurately and within applicable deadlines.
  • Review potentially suspicious customer or transactional activity and coordinate escalation and reporting processes where required.
  • Maintain appropriate compliance records, registers, evidence, and documentation.
  • Monitor regulatory developments in Mexico and assess their impact on Telcoin’s products and operations.
  • Work with the Global Compliance team to continuously strengthen Telcoin’s compliance framework and controls.
  • Support regulatory inspections, audits, information requests, and remediation programs.

Business & Regulatory Operations

This role will also act as a hands-on business partner to the Country Manager.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Supporting the Country Manager with regulatory, operational, and administrative requirements involved in establishing and scaling Telcoin’s Mexican business.

  • Supporting the development of operating procedures and internal controls as the local organization grows.
  • Taking ownership of projects outside of traditional compliance responsibilities where necessary to help establish and grow the Mexican business.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves and getting things done, rather than operating solely as a policy or advisory function.

Qualifications & Experience

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Significant professional experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, financial crime, legal/regulatory operations, or a closely related role within Mexico.
  • Strong practical knowledge of the Mexican financial-services regulatory environment.
  • Experience working with or interacting with Mexican regulators such as CNBV, SAT, SHCP/UIF, or Banco de MĂ©xico.
  • Practical experience with AML/CFT, KYC/CDD, transaction monitoring, regulatory reporting, and compliance controls.

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Commercial mindset and ability to understand how regulatory requirements affect products and business models.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where processes and regulatory structures are still being built.

  • Experience working within an international organization and coordinating with global Compliance, Legal, Product, and Operations teams.

The Person We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate combines the mindset of a compliance professional, regulatory project manager, and business operator.

You should be comfortable interpreting regulation and discussing technical compliance requirements with lawyers and regulators, but equally comfortable opening a spreadsheet, preparing an application, coordinating documentation, working with a banking partner, reviewing a product workflow, or helping the Country Manager solve an operational problem.

Telcoin Mexico is entering an important stage of its development, including preparations for additional financial-services authorization. Sales Sales Engineer at Binti

Sales Engineer leads technical conversations with government prospects, owns technical RFP responses, and partners with sales managers to close deals.

Senior Hybrid Posted 4 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Binti builds software for state and county government agencies, focusing on reinventing social services. We started in child welfare, with the mission of helping every child have a safe, loving, and stable family. To date, we’ve helped approve more than 100,000 families to foster or adopt, and we support over 49% of the nation’s child welfare system. We have expanded our product offerings in child welfare, moving more to the root of the problem, helping families stay together and avoid separation, and are now expanding horizontally across other areas in social services.

Binti is a for-profit, mission-driven software company based in San Francisco, CA. Investors include Founders Fund, First Round Capital, Kapor Capital, and others. We’re a team of ~90 people and growing quickly. We care about creating a workplace where everyone feels welcome and can bring their full self to work. We have a huge, ambitious vision to rewire government to be more effective in expanding opportunities for people around the world, and we are looking for mission-driven, high-empathy, high-performance, and low-ego team members to join us on our exciting journey towards that vision.

OVERVIEW OF ROLE

We’re looking for a technically sharp, customer-facing Sales Engineer to be the senior technical voice in Binti’s sales motion. As part of Binti’s emerging Customer Engineering function, you’ll partner with Government Sales Managers to design the technical shape of each deal: leading security, integrations, and architecture conversations with prospective agencies and owning technical RFP responses. Government Sales Managers own the product demo; you own the technical win. This role is central to Binti’s growth and impact: it turns complex, high-stakes government buying processes into confident technical yeses, so more agencies can adopt Binti and improve outcomes for children and families. You’ll support a large team of Government Sales Managers, so the biggest wins here come from being a force multiplier: building reusable, scalable resources the whole team can build on, rather than working 1:1 on every deal.

LOCATION

Binti is headquartered in San Francisco, California. Much of our team is local to the San Francisco Bay Area and works via a hybrid setup, in-person from the office on Monday and Thursday and remote otherwise. Satellite offices, like Seattle, Washington, set their own in-office days and hybrid policies, but in general employees are encouraged to join the leadership team on the days when they will be in the office for collaboration and team cohesion.

A meaningful part of this position is engaging directly with prospective customers during the sales process, so this job includes up to 25% travel for discovery sessions, security and architecture conversations, and on-site pitches.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Serve as the senior technical voice in the sales process, leading security, integrations, and technical-architecture conversations with prospective customers and their IT and security teams.

  • Play a hands-on role in Binti’s most critical strategic and enterprise deals, building trusted relationships with the technical stakeholders on the prospect side (IT, security, and data teams) and serving as the technical partner they rely on throughout the sale.

  • Design the technical shape of the deal: run technical discovery and solution architecture across the sales motion, mapping Binti to each agency’s systems, data, and workflows (Government Sales Managers own the product demo).

  • Own technical RFP responses and security questionnaires, and build the technical-win plan for strategic deals.

  • Partner with Product to develop demo resources, environments, and scripts that Government Sales Managers can run themselves, giving the field self-serve ways to demo Binti confidently. This includes learning to configure the Binti product yourself, the way our team does, and generating the data and profiles that make demos realistic and compelling, using modern AI tooling to do both efficiently.

  • Act as a force multiplier for the GSM team: build reusable, scalable resources (playbooks, templates, reference architectures, RFP and security-response libraries, and demo scripts) that let many GSMs self-serve, prioritizing leverage across the team over 1:1 support on every deal.

  • Partner with Sales on deal qualification, technical feasibility, and pipeline strategy.

  • Partner with the Integrations and Customer Delivery teams to make sure what is scoped in the sale is deliverable, and hand off cleanly into implementation.

  • Champion security and privacy, including HIPAA compliance for sensitive data, and make it easy for prospects to say yes to Binti’s security posture.

  • Synthesize what you learn in the field into structured product feedback that helps shape what Binti builds next.

  • Use modern AI tooling to turn a curated knowledge base of past responses and reference architectures into strong first drafts of RFPs, security questionnaires, and design docs, cutting turnaround time so a small team can cover a large sales surface area.

SAMPLE PROJECTS

  • Own the technical narrative in a strategic state-level RFP, coordinating the response across Product, Engineering, and Security.

  • Run technical discovery and solution architecture for a new statewide prospect, then translate it into a clear technical-win plan the deal team can execute.

  • Build an AI-assisted RFP and security-questionnaire response system that turns a curated knowledge base into strong first drafts, measurably shortening turnaround on strategic deals.

  • Partner with a Government Sales Manager to navigate a customer security review and integration-architecture Q&A that unblocks a stalled deal.

WHO YOU ARE / WHAT WE LOVE ABOUT YOU

  • You have at least 8 years of experience, including prior time as a Sales Engineer or Solutions Architect at a cloud or SaaS company, ideally with gov-tech or government sales experience and a feel for how public-sector agencies buy, their procurement, security, and compliance processes, and how to navigate long, multi-stakeholder deals.

  • You are excellent at objection handling and hold your own as the technical voice in executive customer conversations.

  • You are adaptable and resilient, and you bring results-orientation, ownership, and urgency to a deal.

  • You have deep product and technical knowledge, and you are fluent in APIs, integrations, data, and security.

  • You excel at cross-functional collaboration across sales, product, delivery, and security.

  • You are energized by winning through technical trust, not just closing tickets or running demos, and you have a track record of making customers happy.

  • You think like a force multiplier: you instinctively turn one-off solutions into reusable assets that make an entire team better, rather than becoming the bottleneck on every deal.

  • You are allergic to “hero” culture and to being a single point of failure, and you actively work to avoid becoming one by creating tools and reusable resources that others can use.

  • You have a heart for storytelling and understand the power a compelling narrative can have in moving a sale forward.

  • You can translate complex technical concepts for non-technical government buyers, and you are comfortable with legacy and government systems and their tradeoffs.

  • You have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, and strong technical writing for RFPs.

  • You are comfortable with up to 25% travel. The SF Bay Area or Seattle is preferred where possible, but not required; remote is welcome for the right candidate.

  • You are interested in the possibilities of Gen AI, with experience and judgment there a big plus.

  • Nice to have: integrations experience, startup experience, and relevant certifications or continued education.

  • You have genuine passion for using technology to improve outcomes for children and families in the child welfare system.

BENEFITS & PERKS

  • An above-market compensation package (salary + equity)

  • Excellent medical, dental, vision, and life insurance - 99% of insurance premiums covered for you + your dependents

  • Flexible vacation time to promote a healthy work-life blend

  • 13 paid holidays; 11 federally observed holidays (including Juneteenth), plus Election Day and the day after Thanksgiving

  • 16 weeks of paid parental bonding leave for the arrival of a newborn or newly placed infant

  • Sick/mental health time separate from vacation days (accrue up to a cap of 80 hours)

  • 4 weeks of sabbatical after 4 years of service at the company

  • 401k, Commuter benefits, FSA, and DCFSA

  • $5,000 annual bonus for employees who volunteer as a CASA (court-appointed special advocates)

  • $2,500 annual reimbursement for ongoing learning and development, with opportunities to attend trainings/conferences, on-site speaker series, and lunch and learns

  • $300 reimbursement for initial office setup

  • $50 a month effective work reimbursement to cover internet, electricity, office setup costs, or lunch/snacks with coworkers

  • Paid jury duty

At Binti, we celebrate having a diverse team and believe our differences make us stronger. Binti is proud to be an equal-opportunity workplace and is an equal-opportunity employer. We welcome all qualified applicants to apply without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, national origin, disability, or protected Veteran status.

Project Management Strategic Delivery Lead at Snorkel AI

Strategic leader manages cross-functional delivery operations, team performance, and financial outcomes for an AI data platform business unit.

Senior Hybrid Posted 4 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About Snorkel

At Snorkel, we believe meaningful AI doesn’t start with the model, it starts with the data.

We’re on a mission to help enterprises transform expert knowledge into specialized AI at scale. The AI landscape has gone through incredible changes since 2015, when Snorkel started as a research project in the Stanford AI Lab, to the generative AI breakthroughs of today. But one thing has remained constant: the data you use to build AI is the key to achieving differentiation, high performance, and production-ready systems. We work with some of the world’s largest organizations to empower scientists, engineers, financial experts, product creators, journalists, and more to build custom AI with their data faster than ever before. Excited to help us redefine how AI is built? Apply to be the newest Snorkeler!

About the Role

The Strategic Delivery Lead is the senior operator accountable for turning a pod’s ambition into reliably delivered, high-quality work. This role is hybrid ( _3 days/week in office)_ in San Francisco,CA or New York City, NY. You will own the performance of a portfolio spanning samples, off-the-shelf datasets, proprietary data products, and bespoke engagements, connecting GTM, Research, Delivery, Product, Engineering, and Expert AI Supply to ensure the right work is prioritized, staffed, and executed. This is a highly cross-functional role: you will lead through influence cross functionally and directly manage a team of strategic project leads (SPLs), bring clarity to complex tradeoffs, and personally intervene when quality, delivery, or customer outcomes are at risk.

You will be the pod’s owner for margin performance and operating economics, with a clear view of cost-to-deliver, gross margin, capacity, and the operational choices that drive them. While you will not set pricing, your cost, scope, and delivery inputs will directly inform pricing and commercial decisions. In partnership with Product, Research and Forward Deployed Engineering, you will translate the domain’s strategy and priority bets into an executable roadmap, mobilizing the teams required to bring it to life and building the systems, rhythms, and playbooks that make the model stronger with every launch.

What You’ll Do

  • Own your pod’s margin performance and operating economics. Be accountable for understanding and improving the cost-to-deliver, gross margin, and financial health of the pod’s work. Track data orders and recognized revenue, challenge staffing and production decisions that erode margin, and provide the cost and delivery inputs that inform pricing decisions. Represent the pod’s commercial and operational performance in the weekly business review.
  • Bring the pod’s four-quarter roadmap to life. Partner with Product and Research to execute against the strategy and priority bets they have defined for the domain, translating them into an actionable delivery roadmap, mobilizing the right cross-functional teams, and ensuring launches and projects are delivered with the required quality, speed, and economics.
  • Manage and grow a team of Strategic Project Leads (SPLs) to ensure projects are delivered on time, and you establish a culture of high performance.
  • Serve as the connective tissue between GTM and Delivery. Maintain a clear view of the commercial pipeline, ensure pre-sales teams have the support they need, PMM has what it needs, and be able to speak confidently to delivery plans, capacity, risks, and tradeoffs across your portfolio.
  • Own the performance of the full project portfolio. Ensure every project, across samples, OTS datasets, proprietary data products, and bespoke engagements, is delivered on time, to the highest quality, and against its expected financial return.
  • Mobilize the right people at the right time. Bring together Research, Engineering, subject-matter experts, Delivery, and Expert AI Supply, negotiating for capacity and driving alignment across teams that do not report directly to you.
  • Build and optimize the pod’s workforce plan. Partner closely with the heads of Delivery and Expert AI Supply to ensure projects are staffed with the right expertise, talent is deployed effectively, and capacity is planned strategically against current and future demand.
  • Obsess over quality, personally. Get into the data, understand where quality is breaking down, and force the right conversations and actions when something is wrong, regardless of whether you are the person who can directly fix it.
  • Actively manage and improve margin. Challenge staffing models, production pipelines, and other cost drivers when work is more expensive than it needs to be, and deliver measurable improvements to the domain’s margin profile.
  • Turn recurring failures into systemic fixes. When the same problem appears repeatedly, address it in the operating model, tooling, or process rather than continuing to solve it one project at a time.
  • Build the pod playbook. As one of the first leaders operating this model, establish the rhythms, processes, roles, and best practices that will make the model repeatable for future pods.
  • Share learnings across the broader organization. Ensure insights, proven practices, and recurring challenges are systematically shared across pods so that each team benefits from what others have learned.

What You’ll Bring

  • Ownership of a P&L or a business unit - you have carried a number, made pricing and cost trade-offs, and lived with the result. Consulting-style project leadership without commercial ownership is not the same thing.
  • Real depth in a technical domain - software engineering, computer use and agents, or an adjacent frontier area. You do not need to be a researcher and you do not need to write the pipeline. You do need to be someone a research lead wants in the room: able to hold your own on a technical argument, tell whether this domain’s data is good or bad, and know who to pull in when it isn’t.
  • A track record of building rather than administering. Founders, early operators, and people who have stood something up from nothing tend to do well here. We care much more about what you have owned and accomplished than how many people have reported to you.
  • Commercial judgment with customers. You can run a technical discovery conversation, scope an engagement, and hold a hard margin or timeline conversation without escalating it.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and with peers who are not your reports. Most of what you need to get done, you will get done through people who do not report to you.
  • Seniority. Typically 8+ years with meaningful time at the level described above, though we care about the substance far more than the count.
  • Prior people management experience; preference 3+ years

Bonus: experience in AI/ML data, evals or benchmarks; having built a function or business line inside a fast-scaling company; a founder or early-employee background in a technical product.

Pay Transparency Notice: Depending on your work location, the target annual salary base for this position can range as detailed below. Snorkel also includes benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)). The salary range for this position based off of tier 1 locations such as San Francisco Bay Area, and New York, and is $296,000 - $444,000. All offers include equity compensation.

Be Your Best at Snorkel

Joining Snorkel AI means becoming part of a company that has market proven solutions, robust funding, and is scaling rapidly—offering a unique combination of stability and the excitement of high growth. As a member of our team, you’ll have meaningful opportunities to shape priorities and initiatives, influence key strategic decisions, and directly impact our ongoing success. Whether you’re looking to deepen your technical expertise, explore leadership opportunities, or learn new skills across multiple functions, you’re fully supported in building your career in an environment designed for growth, learning, and shared success.

Snorkel AI is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer and is committed to building a team that represents a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills. Snorkel AI embraces diversity and provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment. Snorkel AI prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type on the basis of race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local law. All employment is decided on the basis of qualifications, performance, merit, and business need.

We will ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform essential job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment. Please contact us to request accommodation.

Operator Gusto, Inc.: Agentic Operations Architect

Designs reusable patterns, standards, and tooling for agentic AI workflows across the organization to accelerate automation and ensure quality.

Senior Hybrid Posted 4 days ago We Work Remotely — Programming
What this role involves

Headquarters: Denver, CO - Hybrid; New York, New York, United States; Phoenix, AZ - Remote; San Francisco, CA - Hybrid

About Gusto

At Gusto, we're on a mission to grow the small business economy. We handle the hard stuff — payroll, health insurance, 401(k)s, and HR — so owners can focus on their craft and their customers. With teams in Denver, San Francisco, and New York, we support more than 500,000 small businesses nationwide and are building a workplace that reflects the people we serve.

All full-time employees receive competitive base pay, benefits, and equity (RSUs) — because everyone who helps build Gusto should share in its success. Offer amounts are determined by role, level, and location. Learn more about our Total Rewards philosophy.

AI is a fundamental part of how work gets done at Gusto. We expect all team members to actively engage with AI tools relevant to their role and grow their fluency as the technology evolves. AI experience requirements vary by role and will be assessed during the interview process.

About the Role:

As an Agentic Operations Architect, you will own the reusable capabilities that make agentic service workflows possible, the patterns, primitives, standards, and tooling that other builders across the org use to automate discrete customer problems. You are not the owner of any single workflow. You are the reason a workflow that took six weeks takes two, and the reason the tenth one is safer than the first. You will prototype workflows yourself, but as a means to an end: to prove a pattern is sound, to find out what builders are missing, and to earn the right to set a standard.

About the Team:

The mission of our Service Transformation (CXT) team is to quickly evolve and scale how Gusto delivers outstanding service experiences and leverages AI to do so. Our team designs the systems, governance frameworks, and feedback loops that allow Gusto's service model to improve continuously, operate reliably, and earn the trust of the customers and employees who depend on it.

Here’s what you’ll do day-to-day:

Build the patterns

  • Design the reusable patterns for agentic service workflows, orchestration, HITL protocols, override and escalation logic, quality safeguards, so builders assemble from proven components
  • Set the standards builders work to, concrete enough to apply without you in the room
  • Prototype workflows selectively: to validate a pattern, expose a gap, or unblock a hard problem, then extract the reusable part and hand it off
  • Pull learnings from every build back into the shared patterns, so each one is faster and safer than the last

Shape the platform

  • Influence Product on what to build next: turn what's slowing builders down into specific, prioritized asks backed by evidence
  • Prototype around gaps the platform doesn't cover yet, proving a capability is worth building before USP invests
  • Be honest in both directions about the distance between what builders need and what exists

Point capacity at the right problems

  • Rank automation opportunities by volume, risk, and customer impact, mining SOPs, operational metrics, and interaction data, to determine what gets built and where builders go
  • Work with Data to define how workflow performance gets measured, so every builder measures the same way
  • Identify where there are processes which exist which should not be automated

Carry the quality stakes

  • Bring what's at stake for customers into Legal, Security, Compliance, and platform reviews, so requirements land in the patterns instead of getting retrofitted per workflow
  • Represent how the portfolio is performing to senior stakeholders, briefly, and in a way that drives action

Here’s what we're looking for:

  • 8+ years in operations, product, or AI roles — with at least 2 years designing and deploying AI-assisted or agentic workflows in production
  • Hands-on experience with agentic tooling, orchestration frameworks, or MCP-style integrations, including multi-agent coordination — conceptual familiarity is not sufficient at this level
  • Strong fluency with LLM systems: prompt design, evaluation, and how models actually behave at scale
  • Experience designing human-in-the-loop systems with clear escalation logic, override controls, and compliance-aware checkpoints
  • Ability to define and diagnose workflow metrics — solve and assist rate, containment, escalation quality — and to tell a real regression from noise
  • Proven track record influencing Product, Engineering, Legal, Security, and Compliance in writing, in design reviews, and in high-stakes forums
  • Familiarity with Responsible AI practices, governance, and risk management in production
  • Prior experience in a function being actively redefined — you have built the plane while flying it before

Engineer Senior Software Engineer, Competitive Benchmarking at MongoDB

Design and execute competitive performance benchmarks against alternative database technologies, build internal tooling and frameworks in Python, and analyze results to inform product decisions.

Senior Hybrid Posted 4 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

MongoDB’s mission is to empower innovators to create, transform, and disrupt industries by unleashing the power of software and data. We enable organizations of all sizes to easily build, scale, and run modern applications by helping them modernize legacy workloads, embrace innovation, and unlock AI.

We’re looking for a Software Engineer to join the PM Benchmarking team in Mexico City. This team designs and executes competitive performance testing that benchmarks MongoDB against alternative technologies, while also building the reusable tooling, frameworks, and engineering practices needed to scale that work over time.

This role is a strong fit for an engineer who wants meaningful hands-on coding time, enjoys performance analysis, and is motivated by turning ambiguous technical questions into clear plans, repeatable systems, and high-impact outputs. You will work across the full lifecycle of a benchmark initiative: design, code, run, analyze, and communicate findings. You will also help improve the internal tooling and engineering workflows that make this work faster, more reliable, and more useful across MongoDB.

We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in Mexico City for our hybrid working model.

What you’ll do

  • Design performance and benchmarking workloads that reflect realistic customer or product scenarios
  • Build and improve production-quality internal tooling, test harnesses, automation, and reusable workload components
  • Write and maintain code primarily in Python, while adapting to adjacent tools and technologies as needed
  • Run benchmarks across cloud environments and database platforms, with attention to fairness, noise reduction, cost, and repeatability
  • Analyze latency, throughput, scalability, and infrastructure signals to identify bottlenecks and explain results clearly
  • Translate broad business or engineering questions into scoped technical plans, success criteria, and execution milestones
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Product, Sales, and other stakeholders to ensure testing work is relevant and actionable
  • Produce clear technical documents, reports, and summaries that connect findings to product decisions and field value
  • Help shape team standards for documentation, onboarding, prioritization, and benchmark execution as the team continues to mature
  • Mentor peers where appropriate and contribute to a collaborative, low-ego engineering culture

What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years of experience building, debugging, and improving distributed and/or highly concurrent software systems
  • Strong software engineering fundamentals, including writing maintainable code, profiling performance, and debugging complex issues
  • Hands-on experience with MongoDB architecture, MongoDB Query Language (MQL), and MongoDB performance tuning
  • Hands-on experience with performance testing methodologies such as load, stress, latency, or scalability testing
  • Experience designing and implementing benchmarking or performance-validation workflows
  • Strong coding skills in Python or a similar language, plus the ability to learn new stacks quickly
  • Strong hands-on experience with at least one of the three major cloud providers used for this role, AWS, Azure or GCP, including the practical trade-offs involved in running reliable applications at scale
  • Strong hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, Aurora, Cassandra, or other competing data platforms
  • Ability to reason about relational and document data models, distributed systems behavior, and infrastructure bottlenecks
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially when explaining technical findings to different audiences
  • Ability to work with ambiguity, define structure where needed, and operate with a high degree of ownership and autonomy
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

Nice to have

  • Experience with CI/CD systems and integrating automated tests into engineering workflows
  • Experience creating reusable technical documentation, runbooks, or internal playbooks

Success in this role

In your first 30 days

  • Build a clear understanding of the team’s current workloads, tooling, roadmap, and stakeholder landscape
  • Complete onboarding and identify the main technical systems, docs, and knowledge gaps relevant to your work
  • Start contributing code, review feedback, and execution support on active benchmark efforts

In your first 90 days

  • Independently contribute to the design, coding, execution, and analysis of multiple benchmark initiatives
  • Improve at least one area of the team’s tooling, documentation, or execution workflow
  • Build strong working relationships with key cross-functional partners

In your first 6 months

  • Own meaningful benchmark or tooling work from scoping through delivery
  • Improve repeatability, clarity, or efficiency in how the team designs, runs, or reports on tests
  • Contribute to mentorship, documentation, or process improvements that increase team autonomy

In your first 12 months

  • Be a trusted technical contributor across benchmark design, tooling, and analysis
  • Influence how the team prioritizes and scales its work
  • Expand your scope through technical leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and deeper ownership of systems and processes
