Data Analytics Data Analyst, Stewardship at DRW

Monitors and troubleshoots production EOD valuation and reference data for traders and researchers, investigating complex data issues and partnering with engineering on solutions.

Junior Hybrid Posted about 12 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

DRW is a diversified trading firm with over 3 decades of experience bringing sophisticated technology and exceptional people together to operate in markets around the world. We value autonomy and the ability to quickly pivot to capture opportunities, so we operate using our own capital and trading at our own risk.

Headquartered in Chicago with offices throughout the U.S., Canada, Europe, and Asia, we trade a variety of asset classes including Fixed Income, ETFs, Equities, FX, Commodities and Energy across all major global markets. We have also leveraged our expertise and technology to expand into three non-traditional strategies: real estate, venture capital and cryptoassets.

We operate with respect, curiosity and open minds. The people who thrive here share our belief that it’s not just what we do that matters–it’s how we do it. DRW is a place of high expectations, integrity, innovation and a willingness to challenge consensus.

As a Data Analyst, Stewardship you will play an integral role in all operational aspects of onboarding, managing and maintaining various datasets used by traders and quantitative researchers. You will work closely with a variety of stakeholders, including technology, front office, operations, research, and risk management. You should be comfortable investigating complex data support issues in a fast-paced environment

About the Role

This role is built around production support: Keeping EOD valuation data and reference data used for PnL production running correctly, and being the person who catches, diagnoses, and fixes data problems before they flow to downstream applications. You’ll work across a global support queue, troubleshoot financial instrument reference and valuation data, and partner with engineering to turn recurring fixes into solutions.

Location: Hybrid schedule. Can sit in our Chicago or Houston office.  Remote may be possible for the right candidate.

Hours: This role has non traditional hours.  10:30am-7:30pm Central time.

What You’ll Do

  • Monitor and support the production of EOD valuation data and reference data used for PnL, including coverage during evening hours to bridge global support windows.
  • Respond to global requests via Slack and email to create, update, and troubleshoot financial instrument reference data.
  • Investigate and explain why and how data appears the way it does — tracing issues back through source systems, feeds, and business logic.
  • Diagnose data problems quickly under pressure and build ad-hoc scripts or tooling to resolve them.
  • Work across reference data and valuation data stores and related reference data tooling.
  • Escalate and collaborate with engineering and other Data Management teams on systemic issues.

What We’re Looking For

  • Technical skills: Proficiency in SQL and Python, with hands-on experience troubleshooting data issues or writing ad-hoc scripts to fix problems quickly, standing up tactical fixes in a scheduling environment, building data quality metric reports, and comfortable accessing different types of data storage and file formats.
  • Data tooling: Familiarity with Oracle SQL, Python (requests, pandas, numpy, pyplot, and spark libraries), Bloomberg back-office-files, S3/Athena, Bloomberg Terminal and Bloomberg’s Excel API plug-in is helpful; exposure to solving problems/workflows using AI CLI, Airflow scheduling, is a bonus.
  • Financial markets knowledge: You should be comfortable with financial instruments and markets well enough to understand what the data represents, particularly for futures, options, and crypto on all asset classes across global exchanges.
  • Soft Skills: Calm under pressure, with strong critical thinking — able to assess the real impact of a request or problem and respond with the right level of urgency and context to pull in the correct teams.
  • Communication: Comfortable fielding requests from a global, technical user base across Slack and email, and explaining data behavior clearly to non-technical and technical audiences alike.
  • Process and governance: Experience building data governance rules/controls and writing runbook procedures for resolving support issues.

The annual base salary range for this position is $100,000 to $120,000 depending on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and relevant skill set. The position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition, DRW offers a comprehensive suite of employee benefits including group medical, pharmacy, dental and vision insurance, 401k (with discretionary employer match), short and long-term disability, life and AD&D insurance, health savings accounts, and flexible spending accounts.

Owns full lifecycle recruiting across 15-20 concurrent requisitions while advising hiring managers on role strategy, candidate experience, and hiring process design.

What this role involves

TALENT ACQUISITION PARTNER

Location: Irvine, CA

Work Structure: Hybrid — 4 days per week in office, 1 day remote

WHO WE ARE

Our client is a growing portfolio of highly successful consumer lifestyle brands known for high-quality products, authentic storytelling, and strong connections with their respective consumer communities.

The organization operates across multiple brands within the consumer products and lifestyle space and has built a culture centered around integrity, entrepreneurship, collaboration, and excellence.

As the portfolio continues to grow, the team is seeking a talented and passionate Talent Acquisition Partner who enjoys working in a fast-paced, brand-driven environment and wants to play an influential role in how the organization attracts and hires talent.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Talent Acquisition Partner will own full life cycle recruiting across a portfolio of consumer brands.

This is an individual contributor role, not a people management position. The Talent Acquisition Partner will typically manage approximately 15–20 open requisitions at a time while serving as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and functional leaders.

This role goes well beyond requisition management. The ideal candidate will help shape role strategy, scope, leveling, market positioning, and interview processes before sourcing begins while delivering a highly polished candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the search.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own full life cycle recruiting, including intake, sourcing strategy, candidate experience, interview process management, offer negotiation, and close, across approximately 15–20 concurrent requisitions.

  • Act as a strategic talent advisor to hiring managers and business leaders, helping shape job scope, leveling, market positioning, and interview process design.

  • Deliver a high-touch candidate experience across all searches while managing competing stakeholder expectations with discretion and professionalism.

  • Leverage market intelligence, talent insights, and recruiting data — including time-to-fill, pipeline health, offer acceptance, and source effectiveness — to drive smarter and faster hiring decisions.

  • Maintain accurate and current requisition, candidate, and recruiting activity reporting.

  • Build and maintain networks of passive talent and industry relationships for hard-to-fill and specialized searches.

  • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition and Human Resources on offer strategy, leveling consistency, and internal equity.

  • Contribute to strategic and stretch initiatives such

as employer branding, sourcing strategy, recruiting analytics, and interview process design as the role evolves.

### REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience, including experience recruiting across cross-functional or specialized roles.

  • Demonstrated success operating as a strategic partner to hiring managers rather than solely as a requisition processor.

  • Proven ability to manage a high-touch requisition load of 10+ concurrent roles without sacrificing candidate experience.

  • Strong command of recruiting and hiring data with the ability to translate metrics into actionable recommendations for leadership.

  • Experience within consumer products, apparel, retail, lifestyle, or another fast-paced, brand-driven environment strongly preferred.

  • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, communication, and influencing skills across all levels of an organization.

  • Proficiency with an applicant tracking system and standard productivity tools.

  • Self-directed and comfortable operating with ambiguity within a growing, multi-brand organization.

  • Curious and proactive about AI-enabled tools and emerging technologies, with the judgment to leverage them appropriately to improve productivity, insights, and recruiting processes.

LOCATION & OFFICE STRUCTURE

This position is based in Irvine, California and follows a hybrid schedule requiring four days per week in the office, with the opportunity to work remotely one day per week.

$90,000 - $110,000 a year

We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans. If you would like more information about how your data is processed, please contact us.

What this role involves

Company Description

At lastminute.com, we live for the holidays. We are the European Travel-Tech leader in Dynamic Holiday Packages. With technology, we turn spontaneous thoughts into meaningful experiences, helping people travel the world

Job Description

The Consolidation team is deliberately small. There is no layer between you and the output: you will own workstreams end to end, report directly to the Head of Consolidation, and see your work land in the numbers the Group publishes.

It also puts you at the centre of the finance organisation. Consolidation sits at the point where every local finance team, the Group functions and the external auditors converge, so you will build a view of how the whole business works that few other roles offer. If you want technical IFRS work with visibility, this is the seat.

The job in brief:

  • Job Title: Consolidation specialist
  • Working model : Hybrid from Chiasso or full-remote from Romania
  • Team: Consolidation team within the Finance department.
  • Location: Chiasso (CH) or Romania
  • Contract: Permanent (100%)
  • Travel time required: Very limited

What your impact will be:

You will contribute actively to the preparation, analysis and release of the Group consolidated financial statements, in line with IFRS, our internal control requirements and the Group monthly financial calendar. You will also support the team on work that serves other departments across the Group.

What You Will Need to Solve:

  • Prepare, maintain and execute the reconciliation of consolidated ledger accounts and financial statements: monthly consolidated balance sheet, profit and loss, cash flow and equity statements, capital expenditure schedules, intercompany schedules and related deliverables
  • Preparation and execution of consolidation adjustments and intercompany calculations according to the Group’s Transfer Pricing policies
  • Reconciliation of the Group Net Financial Position on a monthly basis and accounting of key personnel long-term incentive plans
  • Run periodical reviews of the reporting packages prepared by local finance managers in Tagetik
  • Support the preparation of the Impairment Test (IAS 36) and of interim and annual disclosures
  • Support the preparation of forecast figures and financial modelling on request both at Group and local level.

Systems, process and control:

  • Develop, test, deploy and maintain consolidated reports in Tagetik
  • Design and maintain internal controls over financial reporting processes, ensuring control activities in your area of responsibility are fully executed, documented, and formalised

  • Support the implementation and set-up of consolidation procedures and the intercompany set-up

Working with others

  • Manage the relationship with external auditors and consultants on ordinary requests under the supervision of the Head of Consolidation
  • Act as a reference point for local finance teams and other Group functions on consolidation and reporting matters

  • Deep knowledge of consolidation rules and techniques
  • Professional-level English, written and spoken
  • Practical fluency in AI tools like Claude, standing alongside IFRS expertise. Candidates must already use AI to speed up real-world reporting and analysis while possessing the critical judgment required to know when to trust AI outputs and when to double-check them for accuracy
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel: lookups, pivot tables and confidence working with large volumes of data. Solid working knowledge of Google Workspace, in particular G-Sheets

Operations Manager, Complex Investigations Unit, BSA/AML & Sanctions Operations at Pathward

Manages a team of financial crime investigators conducting complex AML, sanctions, and fraud investigations while ensuring quality, compliance, and team development.

Lead Hybrid Posted about 12 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

We are a hybrid, remote-office company dedicated to growing our talent anywhere!

We have onsite locations in: Sioux Falls, SD,  Scottsdale, AZ,  Louisville, KY,  Troy, MI,  Franklin, TN,  Easton, PA.

At Pathward, we take tremendous pride in our purpose to create financial inclusion for all™. We are a financial empowerment company that works with innovators to increase financial availability, choice, and opportunity for all.  We strive to remove barriers that traditional institutions put in the way of financial access, and promote economic mobility by providing responsible, secure, high quality financial products.

We are a team of problem solvers and innovators who celebrate our differences and know that our unique perspectives make us stronger and well-positioned for success.  We celebrate, and embrace, our team members through our *HUMBLE*HUNGRY*SMART approach, and we believe that we are strongest when we embrace the voices of our employees, customers, partners, and the communities we serve.

About the Role:

The Manager, Complex Investigations Unit leads a team of investigators responsible for the review, investigation, and resolution of complex and high-risk financial crime matters across AML, Sanctions, and Fraud domains. The role bridges investigative execution and program ownership: the Manager applies the escalation, quality, and documentation frameworks established by the VP, Complex Investigations, and ensures those standards are executed consistently by the Analysts performing the casework. The Manager serves as the day-to-day escalation point for multi-account, multi-entity, and cross-product matters, reviews and challenges SAR decisioning and narratives before final disposition, manages workload assignment and capacity, and develops investigator capability through coaching, calibration, and targeted training. The Manager is accountable for the quality, timeliness, and defensibility of the unit’s investigative outputs under OCC, FinCEN, and internal program standards, and escalates novel typologies, systemic issues, and emerging risks to the VP, Complex Investigations.

What You Will Do:

  • Complex Investigations & Escalation Management

    • Manage the intake, assignment, and resolution of complex and high-risk investigations across products and customer types, including multi-account, multi-entity, and cross-product matters.
    • Serve as the day-to-day escalation point for urgent or high-severity matters, elevating to the VP, Complex Investigations where senior leadership awareness or immediate action is required.
    • Apply and enforce established escalation and routing criteria, including handling of repeat SAR subjects, continuing activity, and examiner-, audit-, or enforcement-referred matters.
    • Ensure appropriate identification of subjects, activity scope, and risk exposure across the unit’s caseload.
    • Identify emerging typologies, thematic issues, and potential control gaps surfaced through casework and escalate with supporting analysis and recommendations.

People Leadership & Team Management

  • Directly manage a team of Complex Investigations Analysts; assign work, manage capacity and coverage, and balance inventory against aging and regulatory timeliness requirements.
  • Partner with People & Culture on hiring and staffing for the unit, including requisitions, interviews, and selection.
  • Set performance expectations, conduct 1:1s and performance reviews, and deliver coaching and development plans; address performance issues with timely documentation and escalation.
  • Build team capability through structured onboarding, ongoing coaching, and targeted training on typologies, investigative methods, and narrative quality.
  • Promote a strong control culture, accountability, and adherence to procedures, desktop procedures, and checklists.

Investigative Oversight, SAR Quality & Documentation

  • Review and challenge investigative analyses, conclusions, and SAR/no-SAR determinations to confirm they are sound, defensible, and fully documented.
  • Ensure SAR narratives, Continuing Activity Reports (CARs), and decisioning meet regulatory expectations and withstand examiner, audit, and law enforcement scrutiny.
  • Confirm investigative documentation meets the five-element documentation baseline and internal quality standards prior to filing or closure.
  • Oversee the unit’s response to QC/QA feedback; drive remediation of identified defects and calibrate standards across analysts to reduce repeat findings.
  • Support 314(a)/314(b), OFAC, and PEP-related investigative activity assigned to the unit.

Program Execution, Governance & Reporting

  • Execute the investigative standards, methodologies, and governance frameworks owned by the VP, Complex Investigations, and provide feedback to strengthen them.
  • Monitor and report unit-level metrics, including inventory, aging, timeliness, SAR volumes, and quality results, to BSA/AML leadership.
  • Support root cause analysis and remediation activities tied to investigations, escalations, audit findings, and MRAs.
  • Maintain examiner-ready case artifacts and contribute to procedure, desktop procedure, and checklist updates as processes evolve.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Regulatory Support

  • Partner with Sanctions Operations, Fraud Operations, Compliance Advisory, Legal, and Technology on cross-domain and sensitive high-risk matters.
  • Support regulatory examinations, internal audit, and model/program validation efforts by preparing case artifacts and coordinating responses to information requests. Provide investigative support and coaching to product-aligned SAM, Fraud, and Sanctions teams to drive consistency across the enterprise.

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Finance, Criminal Justice, Accounting, Business, or related field).
  • CAMS or equivalent AML certification strongly preferred.
  • 7+ years of BSA/AML, Sanctions, or Fraud investigations experience, including SAR decisioning and filing.
  • 2+ years of direct people management experience, including coaching, performance management, and talent development.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex, high-risk typologies and multi-account or multi-entity investigations.
  • Working knowledge of transaction monitoring systems (e.g., Actimize, FCRM) and watchlist/screening tools (e.g., Bridger).
  • Demonstrated success defending investigative decisions in audit, exam, or regulatory settings.
  • Strong writing and communication skills, including the ability to review and elevate SAR narrative quality and to present results to senior leadership.

Products & Services Knowledge

SAR narratives and investigative conclusions must accurately describe how funds move through each Pathward product, and the unit reviews activity across the full estate. The Manager must hold product-level knowledge of the funds flows, typologies, and party designations across the Bank’s seven product categories and its program-manager model, including:

  • Card Issuing / Prepaid — GPR, payroll, corporate disbursement, gift, government-benefit and student cards, and the load/spend typologies (structuring, funnel accounts, bust-out) that drive SAR narratives.
  • Tax Products (EPS Financial / Refund Advantage) — refund transfers, taxpayer advances (including Emerald Advance®), and tax-office loans, and the IRS/ERO funds flows behind seasonal SAR/CTR volume.
  • Acquiring (Merchant & ATM) — merchant/ISO/payment-facilitator activity, transaction laundering, and ATM cash-access typologies.
  • Digital Payments & Faster Payments (Visa Direct / Mastercard Send) — push/pull disbursements, P2P, and cross-border rails.
  • Consumer Lending, Commercial Finance, and Commercial Deposits — the CTR, continuing-activity, and 314(a) obligations Pathward retains as lender/bank of record and depository institution.

The Bank-vs-Program-Manager framework — Pathward files all SARs, CTRs, and 314(a) responses, so the Manager and their team must trace activity back through the program-manager escalation model.

The responsibilities listed above are not all inclusive and may be changed at any time.

Salary range:  $72,000 – $120,000

The salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Individual pay within the range will be determined by multiple factors which can include but are not limited to a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. Data Analytics Data Analyst, Stewardship at DRW

Monitors and supports production of EOD valuation and reference data for trading operations, investigates data issues, and troubleshoots financial instrument data across global systems.

Mid Hybrid Posted about 12 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product

Operations Director, Operational Transformation & Integrations at Technical Safety Services

Director leads enterprise operational transformation initiatives, process improvement programs, and post-acquisition integrations across the organization.

Exec Hybrid Posted about 12 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

How You’ll Shape Our Success

TSS is growing rapidly through organic growth and acquisitions, and we need an experienced operator to help us scale how the business works. As Director of Operational Transformation and Integrations, you will lead enterprise initiatives that improve processes, strengthen operating discipline, integrate acquired companies, and turn business needs into practical, measurable solutions.

This is an operations-led transformation role, not an IT leadership position. Technology will often enable the work, but your focus will be the business: understanding how work gets done today, designing a better future state, building the structure required to execute, and ensuring changes are adopted and sustained.

You will bring the rigor of a scaled organization without overcomplicating the solution. The right person is a hands-on builder who is equally comfortable mapping a process, analyzing performance data, structuring a major program, leading an integration, and helping leaders and frontline teams navigate change.

Your Day-to-Day Environment

  • Partner with leaders across Operations, Finance, HR, Sales, IT, and acquired companies to solve cross-functional business challenges
  • Move between strategy and hands-on execution, from diagnosing a process and analyzing data to building the roadmap and leading implementation
  • Lead multiple enterprise initiatives using clear governance, milestones, decision points, risks, and measurable outcomes
  • Manage and develop project managers, business analysts, and data analysts
  • Translate structured transformation methods into practical tools that fit the audience and the business
  • Travel approximately 10–25% to support integrations and other strategic initiatives

What You’ll Take Ownership Of

  • Build and lead TSS’s operational transformation roadmap, turning business priorities into sequenced programs with clear owners, milestones, and measurable results
  • Assess how work is performed across the company; map current-state processes, identify root causes and constraints, and design scalable future-state processes
  • Lead process improvement initiatives that improve productivity, quality, cycle time, cost, capacity, customer experience, or revenue performance
  • Establish practical operating mechanisms, including KPIs, dashboards, management cadences, standard work, accountability structures, and continuous-improvement routines
  • Serve as the business leader for major system deployments, partnering with IT and functional teams from requirements and process design through testing, rollout, adoption, and value realization
  • Support acquisition due diligence through operational assessments, process and systems reviews, risk identification, and integration planning
  • Lead post-acquisition integration across people, operating processes, systems, data, and performance management while protecting business continuity and respecting the strengths of the acquired company

Data Analytics Data Analyst, Stewardship at DRW

Monitors and supports production EOD valuation and reference data for trading operations, diagnosing and resolving data issues across global systems.

Mid Hybrid Posted about 12 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product

Mid Hybrid Posted about 12 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product

  • Collaborative and low‑ego team member, willing to roll up your sleeves and take on work of varying scope and visibility

  • Design campaigns that start in digital, not end there: develop visual concepts, image worlds, and creative territories built natively for feeds, platforms, and digital formats — work that’s designed to perform where audiences actually are
  • Brainstorming and further developing innovative designs and exciting image concepts, with a strong instinct for what works on a screen first.
  • Independent and responsible work in interdisciplinary project teams — alongside account management, conception, UX, social media, and clients
  • Bring a digital-first idea to life across formats: from a single hero visual to a full campaign system that scales seamlessly across touchpoints

 What we’d love to see

  • A degree in graphics or design or a comparable education
  • 3 years of work experience in an agency or similar work environment
  • A clear track record of growing through art direction roles
  • A portfolio rooted in digital-native work: campaigns, visuals, or content built for digital and social from the first sketch, not adapted after the fact
  • A particularly good feel for target group-oriented design, for creative campaigns, social media content and innovative advertising
  • Excellent knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite applications
  • Passion for your profession combined with a high design and quality standard and conceptual skills
  • A digital-first mindset: you think in formats and platforms before print or classic media, with a sharp eye for what’s next in digital culture
  • Real curiosity for AI: comfortable weaving it naturally into your workflow, and excited to use it for bold, unexpected creative ideas — not just faster production
  • Team player mentality and strong communication skills
  • Very good knowledge of English is is required
