Come join us!

About the Team:

Channel & Customer Research (CCR) delivers scalable primary research that provides real-time insight into company performance and industry conditions. Through structured interviews with distributors, resellers, suppliers, consultants, and other channel partners, CCR captures the perspectives of professionals directly involved in how products and services move through the market. Leveraging AlphaSense’s AI Interviewer technology, CCR is able to conduct and scale structured expert interviews continuously, expanding coverage while maintaining consistency and analytical rigor. Covering hundreds of companies across major sectors, CCR provides investors and corporate users with channel research that offers a continuous view of demand trends, competitive dynamics, and market conditions as they develop.

About the Role:

As the Sector Lead for Financial Services on the Channel & Customer Research (CCR) team, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining AlphaSense’s channel research coverage across financial services companies, including insurance, banking, and fintech. Reporting to the Head of Channel & Customer Research, you will oversee the development and execution of CCR projects, ensuring questionnaires, expert sourcebases, and research outputs meet the firm’s standards for quality, consistency, and end-user value.

You will combine sector expertise with research leadership to guide a team of analysts responsible for conducting structured channel checks across a diverse set of financial services companies and value chains. Leveraging AlphaSense’s AI interviewer technology, you will help design and scale primary research workflows that generate consistent, trackable insights from industry participants, including brokers, agents, lenders, payment processors, technology vendors, and other ecosystem participants. Your responsibilities will include project setup, questionnaire development, expert sourcebase guidance, and research quality oversight. Acting as the connective layer between research strategy and day-to-day execution, you will help expand coverage while maintaining a strong understanding of industry dynamics, regulatory considerations, and key market debates.

You will also serve as a key stakeholder in refining research frameworks, improving workflows, and partnering with cross-functional teams to strengthen CCR’s Financial Services coverage and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality research.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and maintain the CCR coverage roadmap for Financial Services equities, translating sector priorities into a structured pipeline of channel check projects aligned with investor demand, client engagement trends, and key debates across banking, insurance, and fintech.
  • Lead the development of high-quality channel check frameworks, including expert sourcebase strategy and structured questionnaires that generate consistent, trackable insights across quarters and across companies under coverage.
  • Serve as the primary domain expert for Financial Services, maintaining a strong understanding of business models, distribution channels, and key investment debates across areas such as lending, deposits, payments, insurance underwriting, and financial technology to guide project design and ensure research relevance.
  • Collaborate closely with Operations Managers and analysts responsible for project execution, providing guidance on expert targeting, feasibility, and project structure to ensure channel checks generate actionable, differentiated insights from industry participants.
  • Continuously identify new companies, sub-sectors, and channel check opportunities within the Financial Services ecosystem, expanding CCR coverage by mapping value chains (e.g., brokers, agents, lenders, ISVs, payments ecosystems) and identifying expert networks capable of supporting ongoing research.

Who You Are:

  • You have 5–8 years of experience in equity research, market intelligence, consulting, or a related analytical role, with exposure to Financial Services, including banking, insurance, fintech, or adjacent sectors.
  • You bring strong domain knowledge of Financial Services, including familiarity with key companies, business models, distribution channels, and the core investment debates across areas such as lending, deposits, payments, underwriting, and financial technology.
  • You have experience designing primary research frameworks and questionnaires that translate industry knowledge into structured, repeatable insights, ideally within a channel check or expert interview context.
  • You are highly analytical and intellectually curious, capable of quickly developing expertise across new companies and subsectors while identifying where channel checks can generate differentiated, investable insights.
  • You are comfortable working cross-functionally with research leadership, operations teams, and analysts to ensure projects are well-structured, feasible, and executed to a consistently high standard.

Location:

We have offices in New York, Los Angeles, Milwaukee, and Gurgaon. This position will be based in the Gurgaon, India and can work remotely within India.

About the role:

TMB is looking for a Director of Data Science & AI to lead the team and efforts to turn data into decisions, deliver scalable intelligence that drives personalized experiences and business outcomes, and lean into AI and Automation where it makes sense. You understand how business users think, what friction looks like in real workflows, and how to communicate technical solutions in ways that land with non-technical users.

Your primary mission is to bridge the gap between what’s technically possible and what’s practically useful. This is a hands-on leadership role: you’ll set the technical direction, but you’ll also be in the data, in the model reviews, and building alongside your team when it counts.  We need someone fluent in Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Vertex AI, and broader GCP ecosystem), has strong data science capabilities and the grit to take ideas from research to production.

You are a fast learner who is comfortable in ambiguity, energized by solutioning, and motivated by seeing your work drive real adoption across the organization. You’ll spend your time championing smarter ways of working and helping both technical and non-technical teammates integrate AI into their everyday work, not as a disruption, but as a natural extension of how they already operate.

Your day-day: (aka Responsibilities)

  • Own the data science roadmap for the organization from core statistical modeling and experimentation forecasting, segmentation and applied AI where it adds real business value
  • Lead, mentor, and stay hands-on with a small team of data scientists: writing code and reviewing methodology, not just roadmaps
  • Oversee the design of robust, production-grade solutions utilizing core cloud systems, vector databases, and agentic workflows
  • Champion the adoption and continuous improvement of AI development tools across technical teams
  • Scale MLOps/LLMOPs practices, ensuring data observability, governance, model safety, and ethical AI compliance
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, Development, and Product teams to drive technical innovation, prioritize initiatives, ship MVPs fast and iterate based on usage data
  • Design and run rigorous experiments to validate hypotheses and guide business decisions
  • Translate statistical and technical work into business language for executive stakeholders and make the case for where data science investment should go next
  • Define success metrics for internal tools and AI initiatives, and track adoption, usage, and business impact over time
  • Document tools, workflows, and best practices to scale impact beyond individual engagements
  • Stay informed on industry trends, viral content, and emerging platforms to identify new opportunities

You have: (aka Qualifications)

  • 7+ years in data science, including leading or managing a technical team
  • Strong foundation in core data science
  • Deep, hands-on fluency in Google Cloud Platform: BigQuery, Vertex AI, and building/deploying production models in a GCP environment
  • Proficiency deploying custom Gemini Enterprise Agents via Agent Engine
  • Fluency in AI tools such as Claude, CoPilot and ChatGPT
  • Strong Python and SQL skills and experience in applied AI
  • A bias for action

About this team:

The Data Science team is a small but mighty group sitting at the center of the organization. We’re a centralized team, which means we work across nearly every department: from Marketing and Creative to BI, Engineering, Product, and beyond. If there’s a workflow to improve, a tool to build, or a data problem worth solving, chances are we’re involved.

Our work is practical by design. We build internal tools and data products that make real work easier, not to chase trends, but because the right solution at the right moment can meaningfully change how an entire team operates. We use AI where it genuinely helps, and we’re skeptical of hype for its own sake. That pragmatic instinct is part of what makes us effective.

As a team, we move fast and stay scrappy. We’re not a big org with lengthy approval chains. We prototype, iterate, and ship. We collaborate constantly, both within the team and across the business, and we’re at our best when we’re working alongside stakeholders to understand their problems firsthand rather than solving in a vacuum.

If you’re joining us, you’re joining a team that values curiosity, initiative, and craft. Our team genuinely believes the most impactful data work happens when technical depth meets real business context.

Our Benefits:

We value our people and offer a collaborative and engaging culture. As a Trusted Media Brands employee, you will enjoy work/life balance, generous time off and comprehensive benefits and programs. Learn more about what life is like working at Trusted Media Brands at https://www.trustedmediabrands.com/careers/.

India specific benefits

  • Comprehensive Time Off policies
  • Maternity and Paternity Time off
  • Health Insurance & Wellness Benefits including access to OPD consultations*, Gym/Yoga studios, Teleconsultation/Telemedicine*
  • Access to Mental Health Reimbursement
  • Annual Sport Reimbursement and Home Office Reimbursement
  • Office with in-house kitchenette

Trusted Media Brands embraces inclusivity and values our diverse community. We are committed to building a team based on qualifications, merit and business need. We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.

Research [Contract] Product Marketing Manager – Competitive Intelligence & AI Beta Program at Clever Inc.

Conduct competitive intelligence research and manage external beta programs through structured interviewing and synthesis to inform product strategy.

Mid Remote Posted 1 day ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Clever is on a mission to connect every student to a world of learning. As the leading identity platform for education, more than 111,000 schools worldwide use Clever to power secure digital learning experiences. With Clever’s layered security solutions, schools can protect access and identities for all staff, teachers, and students. With a secure identity platform for schools and a network of leading application providers, Clever is committed to advancing education with technology that works for students everywhere. Clever, a Kahoot! company, has an office in San Francisco, CA, but you can visit us at clever.com anytime.

Clever is building out our AI strategy and needs a contract Product Marketing Manager to up-level our competitive intelligence program and stand up an external beta. This is an analyst/researcher role, not a campaign or launch position: the core of the job is structured interviewing, competitive research, and synthesis into a clear point of view that Product, Engineering, and Marketing leadership can act on. You’ll work in lock-step with Product and Engineering as they define external use cases for the platform, and your output becomes the foundation for Clever’s 2027 go-to-market in this space.

ENGAGEMENT DETAILS:

This is a temporary role best suited for someone who can manage their time independently while collaborating closely with established teams.

Contract Dates: ASAP start – January 15, 2027

Commitment: Part-time, 20 hrs/week

Location: Anywhere in the U.S. (remote)

Compensation: $85/hour

WHAT YOU’LL OWN:

  • Competitive intelligence: Update and up-level our existing CI program – refresh the monitoring cadence, stand up a formal win-loss interview process, and produce a synthesized view of the agentic identity landscape. This builds on and connects to our existing Schools-side CI on ClassLink and Identity Automation.

  • Experience recruiting and managing external beta/design-partner programs, including structured customer interviewing.
  • Comfortable interfacing directly with Product and Engineering leadership and prospective enterprise customers without heavy oversight – this is a senior, largely self-directed contract role.
  • Strong synthesis and writing skills: able to turn interviews and research into a clear, usable point of view, not just raw notes.
  • EdTech, identity/auth, or AI infrastructure background is a plus, but not required.
  • Available for a focused, part-time engagement with a hard deliverable date.
  • Commitment to inclusion and belonging: Clever believes that the classrooms we serve and our company’s halls should be spaces that are diverse and inclusive. We seek opportunities and celebrate actions that further allow us to build diverse teams, include every voice, and create a safe space for everyone to bring their authentic selves into the workplace.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:

  • By the end of the contract, Clever has: a refreshed, running competitive intelligence program with a defined cadence; a completed beta program with documented customer learnings; and a synthesized point of view on the agentic identity market – all handed off in a format the incoming PMM lead can pick up directly, with no ramp-up time. The final week of the contract is reserved specifically for documentation and a handoff briefing.

Clever does not conduct interviews via text or Telegram. We will never ask for your financial information or reimbursement of equipment of any kind. If you receive any communications regarding employment with Clever that you think might be a scam, please email recruitingscam@clever.com.

If you are a resident of Colorado, please note you have the right to redact your age-related information like age, birth date, or dates of schooling.

Conduct 4-month AI safety and security research projects under mentorship from Anthropic researchers, with goal of producing peer-reviewed papers or public outputs.

Junior Remote Posted 3 days ago We Work Remotely — Programming
What this role involves

Headquarters: London, UK; Ontario, CAN; Remote-Friendly, United States; San Francisco, CA

About Anthropic

Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.

Applications are currently closed, we will update this page when they re-open.

Anthropic Fellows Program overview

The Anthropic Fellows Program is designed to foster AI research and engineering talent. We provide funding and mentorship to promising technical talent - regardless of previous experience.

Fellows will primarily use external infrastructure (e.g. open-source models, public APIs) to work on an empirical project aligned with our research priorities, with the goal of producing a public output (e.g. a paper submission). In one of our earlier cohorts, over 80% of fellows produced papers. We run multiple cohorts of Fellows each year and review applications on a rolling basis.

What to expect

  • 4 months of full-time research
  • Direct mentorship from Anthropic researchers
  • Access to a shared workspace (in either Berkeley, California or London, UK)
  • Connection to the broader AI safety and security research community
  • Weekly stipend of 3,850 USD / 2,310 GBP / 4,300 CAD + benefits (these vary by country)
  • Funding for compute (~$15k/month) and other research expenses

Interview process

The interview process will include an initial application & reference check, technical assessments & interviews, and a research discussion.

We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification. Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.

Compensation

The expected base stipend for this role is 3,850 USD / 2,310 GBP / 4,300 CAD per week, with an expectation of 40 hours per week for 4 months (with possible extension).

Fellows workstreams

Due to the success of the Anthropic Fellows for AI Safety Research program, we are now expanding it across teams at Anthropic. We expect there to be significant overlap in the types of skills and responsibilities across the roles and will by default consider candidates for all the workstreams.

Logistics

Logistics Requirements: To participate in the Fellows program, you must have work authorization in the US, UK, or Canada and be located in that country during the program.

Workspace Locations: We have designated shared workspaces in London and Berkeley where fellows will work from and mentors will visit. We are also open to remote fellows in the UK, US, or Canada. We will ask you about your availability to work from Berkeley or London (full- or part-time) during the program.

Visa Sponsorship: We are not currently able to sponsor visas for fellows. To participate in the Fellows program, you need to have or independently obtain full-time work authorization in the UK, the US, or Canada.

Program Duration: The program runs for 4 months, full-time. If you can't commit to the full duration, please still apply and note your constraints in the application. We review these requests on a case-by-case basis.

Please note: We do not guarantee that we will make any full-time offers to fellows. However, strong performance during the program may indicate that a Fellow would be a good fit for full-time roles at Anthropic. In previous cohorts, 25-50% of fellows received a full-time offer, and we’ve supported many more to go on to do great work on AI safety and security at other organizations.

Applications and interviews are managed by Constellation, our recruiting partner. Constellation also runs the Berkeley workspace and provides program support for fellows working on AI safety and security; fellows on capabilities-focused projects are supported directly by Anthropic. All applicants currently use the same application portal but we are working to separate applications for safety/security and capabilities-focused projects in future rounds.

Applications are currently closed, we will update this page when they re-open.

The below are Anthropic's policies for full-time roles. These do NOT apply to the Fellows Program.

Logistics

Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience

Required field of study: A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience

Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position

Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.

Visa sponsorship: We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.

Your safety matters to us. To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit anthropic.com/careers directly for confirmed position openings.

How we're different

We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.

The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.

Come work with us!

Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. What this role involves

At ExtraHop, we’re on a mission to protect and empower the connected enterprise. We reveal what is happening in the very infrastructure that sustains businesses, lives, and communities, and ensure the integrity of networks, data, systems, and processes. Organizations rely on ExtraHop to provide visibility into the cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and network performance issues that evade their existing security and IT tools. With this insight, organizations can investigate smarter, stop threats faster, and keep operations running.

Our mission is fueled by a profound social and moral responsibility to be the best at what we do, ensuring a secure world where everyone can thrive. If this sounds like a place you’d like to spend the next chapter of your career, we’d love to hear from you.

Position Summary

ExtraHop is at the forefront of cybersecurity innovation, delivering Network Detection and Response (NDR) solutions that help organizations detect, investigate, and respond to cyber threats in real time.

Join ExtraHop as a Senior Data Scientist and help advance the machine learning and artificial intelligence capabilities that power our products. You will analyze large-scale network telemetry, develop and evaluate methods for identifying malicious behavior, and improve the accuracy and efficacy of ExtraHop’s threat detection capabilities.

This is an applied data science role for someone who enjoys solving ambiguous, high-impact problems using statistical analysis, experimentation, and machine learning. You will work closely with other data scientists, threat researchers, and software engineers to translate research into reliable product capabilities, and play a key role in contributing to the improvement of the RevealX platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze large-scale network telemetry to identify behavioral patterns, anomalies, and signals associated with malicious activity.
  • Design, develop, and refine machine learning and AI-based methods that support ExtraHop’s products.
  • Develop evaluation methods appropriate for cybersecurity data, including highly imbalanced datasets, incomplete labels, rare events, and changing attacker and network behavior.
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, model development, and error analysis using complex, high-volume datasets.
  • Research emerging machine learning and AI techniques, relevant cybersecurity developments, and assess their applicability to ExtraHop’s products.
  • Establish metrics and monitoring strategies for measuring model and detector performance over time.
  • Communicate findings, limitations, tradeoffs, and recommendations clearly to technical stakeholders and product leaders.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to other data scientists through code reviews, design discussions, technical strategy, and contributions to the team’s analytical and engineering standards.
  • Document methodologies, experiments, model behavior, and evaluation results.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested production-quality code.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or another quantitative discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7+ years of professional experience in data science, including developing and evaluating machine learning models for real-world use cases, defining meaningful success metrics, and conducting rigorous offline and online evaluations.
  • Strong foundation in statistics, experimental design, machine learning, and model evaluation.
  • Experience working with incomplete, noisy, or highly imbalanced data; performing detailed error analysis; and identifying the causes of false positives and false negatives.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, experience with common data science and machine learning libraries, and the ability to write maintainable, tested, and reviewable code.
  • Experience collaborating with software engineers to integrate data science methods into production systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, intellectual curiosity, and a track record of independently owning complex technical work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical findings, uncertainty, and tradeoffs to varied audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or another quantitative discipline.

  • Experience applying data science or machine learning to cybersecurity, fraud detection, abuse detection, anomaly detection, or another adversarial domain.

  • Familiarity with Network Detection and Response, network protocols, threat detection, or incident investigation.

  • Experience with time-series analysis, anomaly detection, actuarial modeling, clustering, graph analytics, or unsupervised and semi-supervised learning.

  • Experience evaluating models in domains where positive examples are rare, labels are incomplete, and the underlying behavior changes over time.

  • Experience with generative AI, large language models, agentic systems, or other emerging AI techniques.

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.

The salary range for this role is $165,000 - $180,000 + bonus + benefits
