In this role, you will own positioning, messaging, and field enablement, helping LastPass deliver on its mission to give everyone seamless access to everything they need to work, move fast, and stay protected. As a staff-level Product Marketing Manager, you will also shape go-to-market strategy across our product portfolio.

About the team:

The Product Marketing team at LastPass sits at the intersection of product, sales, and brand — translating complex security and identity capabilities into clear, compelling narratives that move markets. We are a collaborative, curious group that moves quickly, sweats the details, and believes great marketing starts with a deep understanding of the customer.

If you are passionate about complex problem solving and motivated by scale, then this is the role for you!

Who will you work with?

You will work closely with Product Management to shape positioning and launch strategy, with Sales Enablement to ensure the field is equipped to win, and with Brand and Creative to bring campaigns to life. You will also partner with Business Operations to track performance and inform how we prioritize marketing investment.

What are some of the exciting challenges you will be working on?

  • Define and own the positioning and messaging framework for LastPass products, ensuring clarity and differentiation across customer segments and channels
  • Lead go-to-market planning for product launches, coordinating with Product, Sales, and Brand to drive awareness, adoption, and revenue impact
  • Develop sales enablement materials — including battle cards, pitch decks, and competitive intelligence — that equip the field to engage buyers and win competitive deals
  • Partner with Brand and Creative to produce compelling content — case studies, thought leadership, and web copy — that supports demand generation and strengthens brand authority
  • Conduct customer and market research to surface insights that sharpen product positioning and influence roadmap prioritization
  • Use data-driven insights to refine product marketing strategy and demonstrate contribution to pipeline and growth

What does it take to work at LastPass?

  • Proven experience in product marketing, with a track record of owning end-to-end go-to-market strategies for B2B SaaS or technology products
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear, compelling messaging that resonates with both technical buyers and business decision-makers
  • Strong analytical background, with proven experience using data and market research to inform positioning decisions and measure program effectiveness
  • Proven experience working cross-functionally, influencing stakeholders across Product, Sales, and Brand without direct authority
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, staying organised and delivering quality work under tight deadlines

It’s great, but not required :

  • Background in cybersecurity, identity, or access management — familiarity with the security landscape would accelerate time-to-impact in this role
  • Experience with competitive intelligence platforms or win/loss analysis programs, with the ability to translate findings into actionable field guidance

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Marketing Senior Omni-Channel Manager at OLLY PBC

Leads omnichannel performance marketing strategy and budget management across retail media platforms, increasingly directing AI agents to drive sales and customer acquisition.

Senior Posted about 13 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

WHO ARE WE?

We are the VMS Co-Op, a group of fast growing companies in the Vitamins, Minerals and Supplements (VMS) space. The VMS Co-Op includes OLLY, SmartyPants and future acquisitions to come! This position’s home company is OLLY.

THE ROLE: SENIOR OMNI-CHANNEL MANAGER

OLLY is looking for a driven, entrepreneurial, creative and experienced ecommerce marketer to help build and maintain a best-in-class digital footprint on our .com/Omni platforms. Retail media has entered its agentic era, Walmart and Target are now defaulting to autonomous AI agents (i.e. Walmart Connect’s “Marty”) for bidding, budget pacing and creative rotation. This role is evolving from media buying to orchestration: setting the objectives, guardrails and data foundation that let evolving systems perform, while still owning the strategic judgment, brand voice and retailer relationships.

Reporting to the VP of Ecommerce and AI, the Senior Omni-Channel Manager will be expected to help develop a holistic strategy to increase overall Omnichannel sales and ensure OLLY continues outperforming the competition online, focused on our core Omni customers. The ideal candidate blends creative exploration and customer acumen with data-driven, AI-fluent decision-making to implement programs that bring new consumers into the brand and keep loyal consumers coming back. This will be a management role, supported by the Senior Omni Associate.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Team & Retailer Leadership

  • Recruit, mentor and develop the Omni Sr. Associate, ensuring best-in-class execution of Omni on-site media and retailer brand touchpoints.
  • Primary contact for Retailer Media, Roundel, WMC, and equivalent agentic advertising platforms (e.g., Walmart Connect’s Marty) as they roll out new AI capabilities.
  • Key partner to Sales and Sales Strategy supporting customer business plans and goals within Digital Commerce
  • Partner closely with Social, Influencer, Consumer Response and Ecom leads to maintain an integrated marketing approach.
  • Partnering with Growth/Brand Marketing for a holistic approach to retailer.com traffic

Performance Marketing & Agentic Media Management

  • Lead performance marketing strategy and campaigns on partners like Target, Walmart, Instacart etc. to drive awareness and Omnichannel sales across all customer platforms (in-store, .com and online grocery).
  • Responsible for managing a multi-million dollar budget — increasingly through setting objectives, conversion signals and guardrails for agentic/AI-driven bidding systems rather than manual tactic-by-tactic optimization.
  • Verify and audit autonomous campaign agent decisions (bid shifts, budget reallocation, creative rotation) against business goals, margin targets and inventory realities
  • Build and manage learning agendas, including incrementality testing and first-party data matching, to drive company-wide investment efficiency as third-party cookies deprecate.
  • Partner with Ecom, Creative and Systems to ensure product data in media (attributes, taxonomy, certifications, pricing) is structured and “agent-ready” so OLLY surfaces correctly in AI-mediated shopping journeys (conversational assistants, AI shopping agents, LLM-driven product discovery).
  • Explore full-funnel retail media formats beyond sponsored search: video, audio and CTV as retail media networks expand into brand-building, not just bottom-funnel conversion.
  • Support the evolution of Omni media by evaluating new AI tools, alpha/beta retailer features, and agentic ad formats, recommending which to pilot, scale or pass on.

CAPABILITIES + SKILLS REQUIRED

  • 7-10 years across Marketing & eCommerce with a focus on paid acquisition at a consumer brand with a .com and brick and mortar presence
  • Strong people leader who can effectively coach and develop a team
  • Experience managing and tracking SEM and other ROAS-driven marketing investments
  • Comfort directing and auditing agentic/AI-driven bidding and campaign systems (e.g. Walmart’s Marty) setting objectives and verifying outcomes
  • Early adopter of next generation technologies, innovation and capabilities
  • Understanding of methodologies for managing actionable test/learn efforts, including incrementality testing and multi-touch attribution as tracking evolves (Expanded)
  • Ability to apply data-driven thinking to creative conversations
  • Highly analytical and data driven, can elevate key insights to various internal audiences (ranging from marketing, sales teams to leadership)
  • Experience managing/implementing new Martech or AI solutions, with working knowledge of how structured product data drives visibility in AI-mediated and agentic shopping journeys
  • Awareness of full-funnel retail media formats (video, CTV, in-store, audio) beyond traditional sponsored placements
  • Highly organized, detail oriented and self-motivated
  • Comfortable in a data-driven, rapidly evolving AI business environment
  • Proficient in Excel and other MS Office products

WHAT TO EXPECT DURING THE INTERVIEW PROCESS

  • Initial video screen with a member of our Talent team
  • Round 1: Conversation with the Hiring Manager + 1-2 conversations with other Ollies on the team
  • Round 2: 2-3 conversations with team or cross functional Ollies
  • Final Round: Homework*

*At OLLY, our final round is called Homework. Candidates who participate in this round are given 3 questions in advance to answer and present to the interview panel they previously spoke with in the process. We understand every candidate is different. If you need a reasonable accommodation to adjust this procedure, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can evaluate and provide other options that work for your needs

Marketing Sr. Product Marketing Manager at Thanx

Senior Product Marketing Manager who owns go-to-market strategy, customer positioning, and product launch execution for a restaurant loyalty SaaS platform.

Senior Posted about 13 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Who Are We?

Thanx is a leading loyalty and guest engagement platform for regional and national restaurants. We help brands drive profitable growth by increasing guest frequency, growing digital sales, and reducing reliance on discounts. Most loyalty platforms work for guests who are already loyal. Thanx unifies loyalty, digital ordering, and marketing automation in one platform that turns first-time and casual guests into regulars, treating loyalty as a business outcome, not a program, and engaging across the entire guest base.

Thanx has raised more than $30M from elite investors including M33 Growth, Ribbit Capital, and Sequoia Capital. Our success is rooted in a culture that has attracted some of the best talent in the country, and we are proud of strong employee tenure, a track record of internal promotions, and the company-wide shift to working AI-native over the last 18 months. We credit our cultural “core behaviors” with these accomplishments: Think Boldly, Execute Reliably, Focus on What Matters, Say “Thanx” Genuinely, Encourage Diverse Perspectives, and Lead, Virtually.

Who Are You?

You’re a product marketer who owns outcomes, not output. You are naturally curious about customers and not-yet customers. You write well and fast, and you get real satisfaction out of turning a customer’s results into something a salesperson, a CSM, or a prospect can immediately use.

You’ve spent enough time in growth-stage B2B SaaS to know how companies like ours work: how sales cycles move, what CS teams need, why launches succeed or stall. You have run launches where you set the strategy, not just the deliverables, and you have built positioning that sales adopted because it worked, not because you told them to.

You decide what matters and what doesn’t. You hold a steady output of high-quality material, you figure things out when the path isn’t obvious, and you notice a gap and fill it before anyone assigns it. You are equally comfortable briefing the exec team and sitting on a customer call taking notes.

Everyone at Thanx has equity and is expected to operate like an owner. That means real intensity, including evenings and weekends when the work calls for it. If that isn’t what you’re looking for right now, this isn’t the right role. We would rather you know that before you apply than after you start.

Position Overview

Thanx ships a lot. That effort only matters if the market, our prospects, and our own customers understand it and adopt it. The range is wide: big agentic AI launches like our most recent, RecoveryAI; technical ones like Square ordering, where the value exists in the minutia; and everything in between. Each has a different goal, and you work backward from that goal rather than running the same playbook every time.

That’s this role. You own how the market understands what we build. You set launch strategy, own positioning and messaging for the surface areas you cover, and turn what our customers are doing into proof that makes the value obvious to prospects, customers, internal teams, and partners.

You report to the VP of Marketing and operate as a peer to sales, CS, product, and partnerships leadership. You will lead cross-functional launch teams without formal authority over them, brief the exec team on what is and isn’t landing in market, and make the call on what we do and don’t invest in.

How We Work With AI

What Thanx gives you

AI capability at Thanx is infrastructure, not a perk. You will be given the tools, the budget, and the working culture to get good at this quickly:

  • Real token budgets. You will not be rationed on the tool you use to do your work.
  • Keystone. Our homegrown connective tissue that puts company data and tooling into a queryable, natural-language format.
  • The Grid. An internal site to host AI-built applications, reports, and tools that can be shared company-wide.
  • A show-and-tell culture. People here demo what they have built, and it becomes something the rest of the company uses. Getting up the learning curve is a shared project, not a solo one.
  • A growing library of tools we built ourselves. Marketing runs its own marketing calendar app, marketing dashboard, competitive intelligence hub, case study asset builder, and sales demo platform. You will add to it: build the tools that take repeatable work off your plate, and hold the output to a higher standard.

What we expect from you

  • You treat AI as a working partner. You know the output is only as good as the context you give it and the review you do afterward, and you invest time in both.
  • You build or improve things other people use. When you solve a problem, you put in the extra effort to make the solution reusable, so nobody on your team has to solve it again. Then you do the harder part: make it good enough, and obvious enough, that using it beats going back to the old way.
  • You do not wait to be assigned the work. You notice when a one-off request is really a recurring problem, and you decide it is worth solving before anyone asks you to.

At review time, the question is not how much you used AI. It is what you built, who else is using it, and how your team works differently because of it.

What it looks like in this role

  • You build the tool that makes the content. Instead of just writing the case study, you also build what orchestrates the whole case study production process: one customer interview in, a dozen usable formats out, page drafts in Webflow, deck content, and social assets that don’t wait on a designer. Sales and CS run it themselves rather than queuing behind you, and the test is whether what comes out is usable without review cycles.
  • You find the stories in the product. You use our internal analytical AI tool, Sherlock, to investigate how customers actually run their business on Thanx, surfacing the learnings and outcomes that today only exist in our CSMs’ heads. You turn those golden nuggets into externally facing content in days, not weeks. Gone are the days of long-form content that takes months to produce.
  • You get content seen. You treat distribution as half the job. You keep trying formats until one breaks through: video, podcasts, live events, office hours, community forums, whatever gets the audience to show up, and you use AI to make the learning curve shorter and the output more fun.
  • You know the market and the competitive landscape cold. You use AI to listen for and understand what competitors are shipping and what operators are actually dealing with - traffic softness, labor costs, delivery margins - and can explain how those connect to what we sell and how we are different.

Key Responsibilities

  • Positioning and messaging. Own product-level positioning and messaging for the platform areas you cover. Build the frameworks, get sales and CS to adopt them, and revise them as the market and the roadmap change. You are the person who decides how we talk about what we build, and the person who defends that choice when someone disagrees.

  • Launch strategy and delivery. Own launches end to end: set the tier, define the goal, choose the tactics that fit that goal, run the cross-functional team, and report honestly on what worked. You decide what gets a full launch and what gets a release note, and you make that call based on business impact, not internal enthusiasm.

  • Customer stories and proof. Own the proof library, not just the individual stories. Interview newly launched customers and the internal teams behind them, find the unique angle, and produce everything from short reference stories to full case studies with quotes, metrics, and narrative. Build the system that turns one interview into one-pagers, slides, use case documentation, and the proof that answers “show me someone doing this” and “when would I use this feature?” Know where the gaps in our proof are before sales tells you.

  • Enablement for sales, CS, and partners. Own what those teams know and say about the platform. Build the training, the competitive positioning, and the objection handling, then measure whether it is being used and whether win rates moved. Work directly with sales and CS leadership on where the gaps are.

  • Market and competitive command. Own our point of view on what competitors are shipping and what restaurant operators are actually dealing with. Bring that back into positioning, roadmap conversations, and exec discussions. Be the person the exec team asks when they want to know what is happening in market.

  • External and in-product content. Keep a regular cadence of customer-win content for social and partner channels (“this brand launched this week, here’s why it’s interesting”), and apply a product marketing lens to the Help Center and in-dashboard content: embedded video, plus the context that explains why and when to use a feature, not just how it works.

How We Will Know It’s Working

At six months: you have run at least one Tier-1 launch end to end, sales is using messaging you wrote, and you have published proof for customers who launched on your watch.

At twelve months: positioning is largely owned by you, the exec team comes to you for market intel, and the systems you have built mean the next launch takes less of everyone’s time than the last one.

What We’re Looking For

We don’t believe in rigid requirements, but success in this role typically involves:

  • 8+ years in B2B SaaS, including 5-7 years in product marketing, customer marketing, or a closely adjacent role.
  • Ownership of at least one major product launch end to end, including the strategy and the tradeoffs, not just the deliverables.
  • Positioning or messaging work that sales and CS actually adopted, and a clear account of how you got them to.
  • A portfolio of written work you can walk us through, including case studies, product content, and enablement materials, and a clear sense of what it accomplished.
  • Experience conducting customer interviews and finding the story inside them.
  • Strong instincts for learning core personas, and for adapting the same material across prospects, customers, internal teams, and partners.
  • A track record of working productively with sales and customer success, and of creating enablement content those teams actually used.
  • Experience influencing cross-functional teams you don’t manage, and presenting to executives.
  • Comfort with video and multimedia formats, not just written content.
  • Restaurant or hospitality technology experience is a plus.

Compensation:

US - Tier 1

$165,000 - $182,000 USD

US - Tier 2

$154,000 - $168,000 USD

US - Tier 3

Leveling & Location:

Thanx uses structured internal leveling and location-based compensation. Final leveling and compensation are determined through the interview process based on experience, scope, and work location, and any offer will align with the appropriate range.

Application Process:

This position is an existing vacancy.

We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to assist in screening or assessing applications; human review will always remain part of the process.

Marketing Business Manager at Jiffy.com

Senior marketing manager executes go-to-market initiatives, owns lifecycle campaigns and paid media strategy, and drives AI-led marketing across all channels to influence P&L.

Senior Posted about 13 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

We’re Jiffy! We launched over a decade ago with a simple mission: use technology to combine an unparalleled level of customer service with the fastest delivery in the blank apparel, direct-to-film transfer, and custom apparel industry. We’re more than a T-Shirt company; we’re a support system for the creator economy, the home hobbyist, the small business owner, and more. Today, we help millions of small businesses and customers build their vision from scratch. We are bootstrapped and founder-owned, no VC playbook and no burn-rate math, and we run at the forefront of applying AI to a real operating business.

As our Business Manager, you run the marketing projects and business projects that influence Jiffy’s P&L, and you own go-to-market execution for every initiative you carry. Executives bring you an initiative; you hand back an execution-ready plan with full marketing coverage and carry it over the line. You drive AI-led marketing across site, lifecycle, paid, and organic. You are AI-first and marketing-focused, with an e-commerce background. You know how a P&L works and which levers feed it: you contribute the inputs, you do not own the P&L, the forecast or the budget, and you will not spend your days in a spreadsheet. This is a senior individual-contributor seat.

Ownership: The Condition of the Seat

An idea gets approved, and nobody writes the pricing rule, the site copy, the support macro, or the metric that says whether it worked. You take a Project, turn it into documented workflows, then carry the projects that time was meant for. When a project stalls, you do not point at another function. Engineering builds it, Customer Service answers for it. Escalate early. AI output is a draft, never a source. Confidently wrong is worse than slow.

Key Responsibilities

Lifecycle and Promotions

  • Design lifecycle flows in our CRM tool as complete specs: segment, trigger, cadence, and the subject line, preview text and body outline for each send.
  • Build and run the promotion calendar to the hour for the offers executives approve: early access, store-credit or coupon mechanics, reminder series, last call, and the segment that gets each send.
  • Run giveaways and sample programs from spec to readout: insert design, a distribution plan for operations to run, landing pages, targeted sends.

Paid Media and Creative Supply

  • Plan and launch paid support for every initiative you carry, inside each line’s existing allocation: audiences, creative angle, pacing, measurement.
  • Run the weekly creative queue: every email, banner, paid asset and insert has a brief, an owner and a due date. Brief contract designers and the agency, including seasonal photoshoots: seasonal versus evergreen split, product mix, placements, claims.
  • AI image and copy tools make your first draft; designers get a refinement job, not a blank page. Check every claim, price and link before it ships.

Site and Go-to-Market Surfaces

  • Make the site say what the campaign says: homepage cards, banners, promotions page, pop-ups. Write the requirement so an engineer builds it without a meeting, then confirm it went live.
  • Build landing pages, QR-coded inserts and email banners yourself, and feed SEO: high-intent pages, how-to guides, blog and creator content.
  • Execute an approved reprice across thousands of variants, and a clean rollback when executive review says so.

Initiative Briefs, Tickets and Business Cases

  • Turn an approved initiative into a one-page brief: goal, limits, stop conditions, metrics of record, open items with owners and dates, measured versus inferred.
  • Write the Jira tickets as business requirements: problem, what happens today, numbered requirements, acceptance criteria, out of scope. No implementation detail; engineers decide how.
  • Harden it: pressure-test the assumptions, get cross-functional commitments in writing, sequence the work, and drive it to done, visible in Jira and Confluence.
  • Write the business case when a program should be outsourced: what it costs today, what a vendor would cost, what improves, and the dashboard that shows whether it is working. The relationship owner negotiates and signs; you make the case and build the measurement.

Business Insights and P&L Inputs

  • Bring the General Manager sourced P&L inputs: promotion depth and cost, store-credit liability, CAC and ROAS by channel and line, retention and repeat rate, AOV, margin per promotion.
  • Own the weekly reads: paid-media efficiency by channel and line, lifecycle performance and deliverability, promotion results, own-brand search share.
  • Anything done twice becomes a workflow: a saved query, a reusable prompt, or an agent that sends the result.

Full Marketing Coverage

Every initiative you carry clears this checklist before launch:

  • Site: homepage, banners, product and category copy, any targeted surface.
  • Lifecycle: Klaviyo segments, flows and sends, email and SMS.
  • Paid: Google, Meta, Microsoft Ads and Pinterest, inside each line’s existing allocation.
  • Organic and SEO.
  • Customer Service: macros, FAQs and a briefing for the support team.
  • Partner and supplier communications, drafted for the relationship owner.
  • Measurement: the metric of record, its source and the continue-or-stop gate, set before launch.

Missing any of these, it is not ready, and saying so early is your job. Four lines (Blanks, Transfers, Print and Stickers) share one website: name the lift a campaign gives the other three and the sales it may pull from them.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 4 to 8 years in e-commerce, growth, business operations, strategy or consulting, or a general-management track, including direct experience working on an e-commerce business.
  • Hands-on marketing execution: built at least one triggered lifecycle flow (email or SMS) and run at least one paid campaign. Both, not either. You need not have been a marketer, but you have shipped marketing.
  • P&L literacy without ownership: you can read a P&L, name the levers that move revenue and margin, and have supplied promotion, acquisition or retention inputs to whoever owned it.
  • Briefed and managed at least one designer, agency or production vendor to a delivered result.
  • Written requirements that engineers or an outside vendor built without you in the room.
  • Regular use of AI tooling (LLM assistants, agentic tools, automation), with at least one reusable workflow you built.
  • Numeric defensibility: given a spreadsheet and a question, you can produce the figure, say where it came from, and what would make it wrong.
  • Carried at least one cross-functional project to launch where the delivering teams did not report to you.
  • Excellent written communication, including delivering inconvenient news to someone senior in one page.
  • Already authorized to work in the United States.
  • Able to work hybrid from our Dallas or Irvine office.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct-to-consumer e-commerce experience with multiple product lines on one site, ideally apparel.
  • Working fluency in at least two of: Google, Meta, Microsoft or Pinterest Ads; Klaviyo or a comparable lifecycle platform; Mixpanel or comparable product analytics; SQL.
  • Shipped site, landing-page or SEO changes yourself, not through a team.
  • Experience at a bootstrapped, profitable, or otherwise resource-disciplined company where nobody was coming to do it for you.

The base compensation for this role is expected to range from ($140,000 - $165,000) plus an annual bonus. Actual compensation will be based on a variety of factors, including skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and overall fit for the role.

Total compensation may include base salary, performance-based bonuses, equity, and benefits. Final offers are tailored to each candidate and take into consideration their background and years of experience.

  • Comprehensive Benefits: Full medical, dental, and vision coverage, with a portion of premiums paid by Jiffy.
  • Retirement Planning: 401(k)
  • Wellness Support: Annual wellness benefits to help you stay healthy and balanced.
  • Tools for Success: Choice of MacBook or PC laptop, plus equipment for your onsite setup.
  • Perks & Extras: Annual credit of $200 to use on our website plus more team merch drops than you will know what to do with!
  • Professional Development: Annual stipend to support your learning and career growth.

EEO

Jiffy is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We do not discriminate in hiring or any employment decision based on race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex (including pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions), marital status, ancestry, physical or mental disability, genetic information, veteran status, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, or other applicable legally protected characteristics. Marketing Sr. Product Marketing Manager at Thanx

Sr. Product Marketing Manager develops go-to-market strategy, creates customer-facing messaging, and drives product adoption across sales, customer success, and prospect channels.

US - Tier 3

$146,000 - $160,000 USD

Canada

$138,000 - $148,000 CAD

Leveling & Location:

Thanx uses structured internal leveling and location-based compensation. Final leveling and compensation are determined through the interview process based on experience, scope, and work location, and any offer will align with the appropriate range.

Application Process:

This position is an existing vacancy.

We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to assist in screening or assessing applications; human review will always remain part of the process.

Ready to change your life? Apply now!

We are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity company. We do not discriminate based on race, religion, color, national origin, gender (including pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions), sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, age, status as a protected veteran, status as an individual with a disability, or other applicable legally protected characteristics. You will be the product marketing owner for two of our AI platform product areas: our agent orchestration and steering platform (Agent Harness) and the AI engine that powers resolution across every customer conversation (AI Core). This is a full-stack, hands-on senior IC role: you own positioning, messaging, launch strategy, and sales enablement for both areas end to end, without a manager doing the work alongside you.

This is a builder’s PMM role at a company whose product is AI. The buyers are technical, the product changes weekly, and the market narrative moves faster than any launch calendar. You need to be able to sit in an eval review, understand what changed in the model or agent behavior, and translate it into a story a CX leader and their technical team both believe.

What you’ll own

  • Positioning and messaging for Agent Harness and AI Core, grounded in how the products actually work (agent behavior, steering, evaluation, and measurement), not generic AI claims.
  • Own launch strategy and execution across launches of all sizes, including narrative assets and cross-functional coordination with Product and Sales as the launch requires—with tier-one launches (our largest, most visible GTMs) owned end to end as a core expectation of the role.
  • Sales enablement for these product areas: talk tracks, demo narratives, competitive positioning, and objection handling that hold up in technical evaluations.
  • Market and competitive intelligence on the AI agent platform landscape, fed back into product and GTM decisions.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience doing product marketing (or closely adjacent work) for AI/ML products, ideally LLM-based products, AI agents, or developer/platform products, where you had to understand the technology deeply enough to be credible with technical buyers.
  • Technical fluency with modern AI systems: you can explain how LLM-based agents work, what evaluation and steering mean in practice, and why they matter to a buyer. You don’t need to build models, but you need to be conversant with the people who do.
  • Daily, hands-on use of AI tooling in your own work (research, drafting, analysis, and building) and a point of view on how it changes the PMM craft.
  • Demonstrated senior-IC judgment: you can carry two product areas simultaneously, prioritize ruthlessly, and operate with minimal oversight.
  • Strong writing and narrative skills, with samples that show range from technical explainers to executive-level positioning.

What this role is not

  • This is not a product management role. It carries no roadmap ownership, no product requirements, and no engineering-facing delivery responsibilities.
  • This is not a people-management or team-leadership role. It is a senior individual contributor position.
  • This is not a demand generation, content marketing, or campaigns role; those functions sit elsewhere in marketing.

Salary for this role

$150,000 to $185,000 annual salary + equity + benefits

For cash compensation, we set standard ranges for all U.S.-based roles based on function, level, and geographic location, benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies. In order to be compliant with local legislation, as well as to provide greater transparency to candidates, we share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of desired hiring location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including geographic location as well as candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.

Why Join Gladly?

Gladly is redefining customer experience AI; we’re designed for devotion, not deflection. We put people at the center of everything we build, from our platform to our culture. When you join us, you’ll enjoy:

  • Competitive salaries, stock options, and comprehensive benefits
  • Generous paid time off, parental leave, and home office stipends
  • A fully remote work environment with opportunities for in-person team gatherings
  • A strong commitment to professional growth and an inclusive workplace where diverse perspectives thrive
  • A company where AI is not a buzzword. We build AI products and we expect our team to use AI tools daily

We’re a team that believes in transparency, collaboration, and the idea that the best work happens when talented people genuinely enjoy working together. Top talent, good vibes, no politics. If this role excites you but you don’t meet every qualification, we still encourage you to apply. The perspectives and experiences you bring matter more than checking every box.

Marketing Partner Marketing Strategist at ReversingLabs

Develops and executes global partner marketing strategy, builds joint go-to-market programs with partners, and manages market development funds to drive pipeline and revenue growth.

Senior Remote Posted 1 day ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Why This Role, Why Now

An increasing share of the buying decision now runs through partners: solution providers, MSSPs, distributors, technology alliances, and the hyperscaler marketplaces. ReversingLabs has the platform and the category position, but not yet a single global framework for how we market to, with, and through the ecosystem that sells it. This role builds that framework and turns it into pipeline.

Is This You?

You are a channel marketer who thinks like an investor: every dollar of partner funding has a return attached, and you can show it. You have built partner motions where none existed, and you would rather write the playbook than inherit one.

Within a year, your programs are the reason partners put their budget, their sellers, and their services practices behind ReversingLabs instead of the vendor next to us on the shelf.

At a Glance

Role - Partner Marketing Strategist (Global)

Team - Marketing

Location - Remote, USA

Compensation - $151,000 – $161,000 base + bonus + equity

Experience - 6-8 years

Travel - Up to 25%, including international travel

What You’ll Own

  • Own global partner marketing strategy, campaign architecture, and partner-facing brand programs in support of the company’s pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Build and run scalable partner demand generation programs, in collaboration with field and growth marketing, to drive pipeline, awareness, and engagement in support of partner sales growth, market share expansion, and regional pipeline targets.
  • Define quarterly joint marketing and enablement strategies, objectives, and measures of success with a select group of strategic global partners across the Americas, EMEA, and APJ.
  • Work hand-in-hand with partners’ marketing teams to build joint go-to-market programs and see them through to launch: podcasts, news and PR, digital campaigns, webinars, co-authored content, and joint event presence.
  • Develop the campaign-in-a-box model — modular partner campaigns, co-branded assets, and messaging kits that regional teams and partners can localize and deploy without rebuilding from scratch.
  • Build joint value propositions, integration launch plans, and co-marketing motions with strategic technology partners, hyperscalers, and OEM alliances that reach shared customers.
  • Act as investor relations for the partner ecosystem: own global market development funds (MDF) strategy end to end, tie every dollar to measurable outcomes, report returns back to partners and internal leadership, and use that track record to grow the MDF and co-op allocation partners direct toward ReversingLabs.
  • Set global partner marketing targets and contribution goals, define the metrics, analyze performance, and own accountability for hitting the number — working across product marketing, sales enablement, demand generation, field marketing, channel sales, and alliance leadership to get there.
  • Other duties as assigned

What Success Looks Like in Year One

  • First 90 days: a global partner marketing plan with named priority partners, a quarterly joint planning cadence in place, and the first campaign-in-a-box built and handed to regional teams.
  • Measurable partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline against an agreed target, with cost per opportunity and return on program spend tracked program by program.
  • Trusted working relationships with field marketing, channel sales, and alliance leaders in all three theaters, and executive-level credibility with the marketing leaders at our top strategic partners.
  • MDF and co-op strategy operating end to end — allocation, execution, and returns reported back to partners and leadership each quarter — and a track record strong enough to grow the funds partners direct toward ReversingLabs.

What We’re Looking For

Here’s what actually matters:

Must Haves

  • Substantial partner or channel marketing experience with high-technology companies, working across solution providers, distribution, MSSP/service partners, and technology alliances.
  • Expert understanding of how to drive business and marketing with and through the partner community, with a proven track record of results.
  • 6-8 years of experience marketing across regions, with a working understanding of the cultural and go-to-market differences between the Americas, EMEA, and APJ.
  • Breadth across marketing disciplines — field, digital, content, and events — with experience managing programs and budgets aligned to marketing and sales goals as an individual contributor.
  • Exceptional project management, organizational, and interpersonal skills, plus excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills; a self-starter who runs multiple projects on tight deadlines across time zones.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a relevant field; fluency in English; willing to travel up to 25%, including international travel.
  • AI-Forward Mindset: You embrace AI and emerging technologies as part of how you work, using them to improve efficiency, solve problems, and deliver better results. You’re curious, open to new ways of working, and willing to experiment, learn, and help others adopt tools and approaches that make us more effective.

Nice to Haves

  • You have built a partner marketing function or motion from the ground up, not just executed inside one that already existed.
  • You have marketed a category the buyer didn’t know they needed yet, and can point to how partner storytelling moved that market.
  • You have credibility with partner executives — the person their CMO or practice leader will take a meeting with, and who can make the business case for betting budget and headcount on your solution over the other vendors competing for the same shelf space.
  • You have shifted a channel’s economics: moved partners from transactional resell toward services, managed offerings, or embedded and OEM motions, and rebuilt the marketing to match.
  • You can defend your numbers — you think in partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, cost per opportunity, and return on program spend rather than activity counts.
  • You understand how regulation and compliance pressure creates channel opportunity, and have built partner plays on the back of it.
  • Additional language skills beyond English.

Marketing Senior Technical Marketing Engineer – Network Automation at Forward Networks, Inc.

Translates network automation capabilities into technical content, customer workflows, and field enablement to drive product adoption and market positioning.

Senior Posted 3 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Forward was founded in 2013 by four Stanford Ph.D.s, building the industry’s first network digital twin: a mathematically accurate model of the production network. It’s the foundation for autonomous networking, giving engineers and AI agents the ability to know the impact of every change before it touches production. That founding instinct still defines how we work. We’re accurate and evidence-driven, relentless about clarity, and we’d rather be certain than comfortable, building a groundbreaking platform that transforms how teams run and secure networks across every major cloud and vendor environment.

Global leaders like Goldman Sachs, PayPal, S&P Global, IBM, and Dell trust Forward, alongside fast-growing enterprises and government agencies, realizing an average of $14.2 million in annual benefits, according to IDC. Backed by top-tier investors, including A. Capital, Andreessen Horowitz, Goldman Sachs, MSD Partners, Omega Venture Partners, Section 32, and Threshold Ventures, and headquartered in Santa Clara, we’re most proud of our team: curious people who’d rather build what doesn’t exist than accept how things have always been done.

We are seeking a Senior Technical Marketing Engineer (Network Automation) to help drive adoption and understanding of Forward’s automation capabilities across customers, partners, and the broader network engineering community.

As a Senior Network Automation TME, you will sit at the intersection of product and go-to-market execution. You will translate Forward’s differentiated automation capabilities — network queries, verification-as-code, API-driven workflows, and CI/CD-style change validation — into compelling automation workflows, technical content, and field enablement that resonate with network automation practitioners and decision-makers.

This is a non-quota-carrying, highly technical, and externally visible role with meaningful influence on product direction and market positioning.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Product Management to define, validate, and shape automation-related capabilities and use cases.
  • Design and evangelize customer workflows that realize the value of automation features, including NQE (Network Query Engine), APIs, and CI/CD-driven verification.
  • Enhance existing product integrations and build new ones to expand automation and interoperability across the broader network and IT ecosystem.
  • Build and maintain lab environments to support demos, technical validation, and automation use-case exploration.
  • Develop high-quality technical collateral for internal audiences, including training materials, demo guides, and sales enablement content.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to create external-facing assets such as whitepapers, solution briefs, blogs, presentations, and videos.
  • Enable Sales and Solutions teams with automation-focused demos, messaging, and technical training.
  • Represent Forward at customer meetings, webinars, and industry events, including networking and automation conferences and trade shows.
  • Contribute thought leadership on network automation trends and Forward’s role in modern NetDevOps and intent-based networking architectures.
  • Gather field and market feedback to influence product roadmap and automation positioning.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience as a Technical Marketing Engineer, Sales Engineer, Network Engineer, or similar customer-facing technical role.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise networking concepts, including routing, switching, and network change management.
  • Experience with NetDevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, or infrastructure-as-code workflows applied to networking.
  • Familiarity with source control (Git), API integration, and building automation against network data models.
  • Hands-on experience with network automation tooling and frameworks (e.g., Ansible, Terraform, Python, REST APIs, or similar).
  • Experience working with complex enterprise networks across on-prem, virtualized, and cloud environments.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform and familiarity with virtualization and containerized environments.
  • Proven ability to build and operate lab environments for demos and technical validation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Networking, or a related field.
  • Ability to work effectively across Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of data query and transformation languages (e.g., GraphQL, JSONPath, or a query engine such as Forward’s NQE).
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and hands-on experience exploring AI-driven use cases in network operations or data analysis.
  • Working knowledge of Linux administration.
  • Familiarity with Forward or similar network visibility, verification, or analytics platforms.
  • Experience presenting at conferences, webinars, or customer-facing technical events.

The base pay range for this role is between $200,000 and $230,000. Base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Marketing Sr. MarTech Manager, Paid Media at Chime

Manages paid media marketing technology stack, translating channel requirements into technical integrations, measurement systems, and platform strategy across vendors and teams.

Senior Posted 3 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About the Role

Chime has centralized MarTech as the shared technology foundation for all of Growth and Marketing. Web platform, communications and lifecycle platforms, ad tech, content and asset systems, experimentation, and AI marketing tooling now sit under one team — with a mandate to turn a stack of point solutions into a single growth engine. The team connects paid media channel managers, vendors, Marketing Engineering, Product, Data and Analytics, and the broader marketing organization — turning marketing requirements into reliable platforms, integrations, measurement, and data flows.

We’re hiring a Senior Paid Media MarTech Manager to make that foundation work especially well across the paid media portfolio. You will bring hands-on depth in paid media technology, measurement, attribution, mobile and app marketing, audience activation, and API/SDK integrations — while also helping shape the broader cross-channel MarTech platform strategy.

This is a senior individual contributor role with meaningful technical depth and broad cross-functional reach. You will be the person who can understand what channel teams need, translate it into clear technical requirements, work directly with vendors and engineers, troubleshoot when measurement or integrations break, and make sound decisions about what we should buy, build, integrate, consolidate, or retire. The work sits squarely between marketing and engineering: you are the person who can hold a credible conversation in both rooms and translate faithfully in each direction.

The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $153,000 and up to $200,000. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.

In this role, you can expect to

  • Identify capability gaps, technical risks, and opportunities across paid media channels that support long-term channel goals — then help prioritize, shape, and execute the roadmap.
  • Translate channel and business objectives into technical requirements, integration plans, validation criteria, and clear ownership boundaries. Coordinate onboarding and integration of paid media platforms, measurement partners, data providers, and activation destinations from requirements through launch and ongoing improvement.
  • Own the MarTech side of measurement and signal quality across conversion tracking, server-side conversion APIs, tag and event implementations, mobile measurement, attribution, deep linking, audience flows, and platform integrations. Troubleshoot discrepancies across ad platforms, measurement partners, and first-party systems, partnering with Engineering, Data and Analytics, and channel teams when issues cross into their domains.
  • Bring particular depth to mobile and app measurement, including mobile measurement partners, post-ATT iOS measurement, aggregated postbacks, self-attributing networks, deep linking, deferred deep linking, SDK behavior, and app-campaign integrations.
  • Run vendor evaluations and RFPs end to end: define selection criteria, assess technical and measurement capabilities, coordinate security and privacy review, evaluate integration and migration effort, support contracting and renewal decisions, and hold vendors accountable to what they committed to deliver.
  • Evaluate and operationalize AI-enabled marketing capabilities, including creative tagging, performance prediction, campaign optimization recommendations, bidding and optimization signals, and workflow automation. Lead pilots with clear hypotheses, measurable success criteria, appropriate controls, and explicit kill criteria. Build practical skills, automations, or lightweight workflows yourself when that is the fastest and safest way to improve how marketing teams work.
  • Define metrics and standards that show whether the paid media MarTech layer is working, including measurement reliability, signal quality, integration health, time to launch, adoption, vendor performance, and spend efficiency. Act as a trusted technical partner across Growth Marketing, Media and Acquisition, Product, Engineering, Data and Analytics, Legal, Risk, and external partners.

To thrive in this role, you have

  • [7+] years in paid media technology, marketing technology, growth or marketing operations, ad tech, marketing engineering, or a related technical role — with ownership of platform integrations, not only usage of them.
  • Deep hands-on experience across paid media MarTech, with meaningful depth in at least two areas such as paid search, paid social, programmatic or omnichannel DSPs, mobile and app measurement, affiliate technology, media analytics, attribution, or bid management.
  • Direct experience implementing or specifying conversion tracking, server-side conversion APIs, tags and events, audience activation, and integrations that move paid media signals between platforms and internal systems. You understand the handoffs to Data and Analytics without owning warehouse architecture or analytical models.
  • Strong mobile and app measurement experience, including practical knowledge of mobile measurement partners, post-ATT iOS measurement, aggregated postbacks, deep linking or deferred deep linking, self-attributing networks, SDKs, and app-campaign integrations. This is an important area of depth for the role.
  • Technical fluency with APIs, SDKs, data schemas, event taxonomies, identity and audience syncs, consent constraints, match rates, and the difference between a platform limitation, an implementation problem, and a data-quality issue.
  • A track record writing technical requirements and integration specifications that engineers and vendors can act on, including edge cases, monitoring needs, validation plans, and clear ownership boundaries.
  • Experience running vendor evaluations or RFPs end to end, including capability assessment, technical fit, security and privacy review, integration and migration effort, contract leverage, renewal decisions, and ongoing performance management.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot measurement and integration issues directly, hold a root-cause conversation with a vendor’s solutions engineer, and communicate a clear interim assessment while the investigation is still underway.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional influence skills. You can be credible with channel marketers, vendors, engineers, Product, Data and Analytics, Legal, and Risk — without relying on positional authority.
  • Practical experience evaluating AI or machine-learning marketing capabilities, with a healthy skepticism of vendor-reported lift and the ability to design pilots that produce a decision rather than just a demo.

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in fintech, financial services, or another regulated environment preferred, including comfort with consent, privacy, signal sharing, data matching, and compliance constraints.
  • Experience with incrementality and geo testing, media mix modeling, multi-touch attribution, survey-based attribution, clean rooms, creative measurement, dynamic creative optimization, or offline and upper-funnel channel measurement.
  • Experience evaluating AI-enabled creative, campaign optimization, bidding, audience, or marketing operations tools and deciding which pilots to scale, pause, or stop.
  • Experience building monitoring, QA, or alerting that catches broken tags, missing postbacks, audience sync failures, data-quality issues, or channel measurement drift before they become business problems.
  • Broader MarTech experience beyond paid media preferred, including CDP and reverse ETL, identity resolution, lifecycle or CRM platforms, web and CMS, experimentation, event taxonomy and instrumentation, personalization platforms, content or asset systems, or marketing data governance.

Marketing Senior Technical Marketing Engineer – Network Automation at Forward Networks, Inc.

Technical Marketing Engineer translates automation platform capabilities into customer workflows, technical content, and field enablement for network engineering practitioners.
