Leads omnichannel performance marketing strategy and budget management across retail media platforms, increasingly directing AI agents to drive sales and customer acquisition.
WHO ARE WE?
We are the VMS Co-Op, a group of fast growing companies in the Vitamins, Minerals and Supplements (VMS) space. The VMS Co-Op includes OLLY, SmartyPants and future acquisitions to come! This position’s home company is OLLY.
THE ROLE: SENIOR OMNI-CHANNEL MANAGER
OLLY is looking for a driven, entrepreneurial, creative and experienced ecommerce marketer to help build and maintain a best-in-class digital footprint on our .com/Omni platforms. Retail media has entered its agentic era, Walmart and Target are now defaulting to autonomous AI agents (i.e. Walmart Connect’s “Marty”) for bidding, budget pacing and creative rotation. This role is evolving from media buying to orchestration: setting the objectives, guardrails and data foundation that let evolving systems perform, while still owning the strategic judgment, brand voice and retailer relationships.
Reporting to the VP of Ecommerce and AI, the Senior Omni-Channel Manager will be expected to help develop a holistic strategy to increase overall Omnichannel sales and ensure OLLY continues outperforming the competition online, focused on our core Omni customers. The ideal candidate blends creative exploration and customer acumen with data-driven, AI-fluent decision-making to implement programs that bring new consumers into the brand and keep loyal consumers coming back. This will be a management role, supported by the Senior Omni Associate.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Team & Retailer Leadership
Performance Marketing & Agentic Media Management

WHAT WE OFFER:
Senior Product Marketing Manager who owns go-to-market strategy, customer positioning, and product launch execution for a restaurant loyalty SaaS platform.
Thanx is a leading loyalty and guest engagement platform for regional and national restaurants. We help brands drive profitable growth by increasing guest frequency, growing digital sales, and reducing reliance on discounts. Most loyalty platforms work for guests who are already loyal. Thanx unifies loyalty, digital ordering, and marketing automation in one platform that turns first-time and casual guests into regulars, treating loyalty as a business outcome, not a program, and engaging across the entire guest base.
Thanx has raised more than $30M from elite investors including M33 Growth, Ribbit Capital, and Sequoia Capital. Our success is rooted in a culture that has attracted some of the best talent in the country, and we are proud of strong employee tenure, a track record of internal promotions, and the company-wide shift to working AI-native over the last 18 months. We credit our cultural “core behaviors” with these accomplishments: Think Boldly, Execute Reliably, Focus on What Matters, Say “Thanx” Genuinely, Encourage Diverse Perspectives, and Lead, Virtually.
You’re a product marketer who owns outcomes, not output. You are naturally curious about customers and not-yet customers. You write well and fast, and you get real satisfaction out of turning a customer’s results into something a salesperson, a CSM, or a prospect can immediately use.
You’ve spent enough time in growth-stage B2B SaaS to know how companies like ours work: how sales cycles move, what CS teams need, why launches succeed or stall. You have run launches where you set the strategy, not just the deliverables, and you have built positioning that sales adopted because it worked, not because you told them to.
You decide what matters and what doesn’t. You hold a steady output of high-quality material, you figure things out when the path isn’t obvious, and you notice a gap and fill it before anyone assigns it. You are equally comfortable briefing the exec team and sitting on a customer call taking notes.
Everyone at Thanx has equity and is expected to operate like an owner. That means real intensity, including evenings and weekends when the work calls for it. If that isn’t what you’re looking for right now, this isn’t the right role. We would rather you know that before you apply than after you start.
Thanx ships a lot. That effort only matters if the market, our prospects, and our own customers understand it and adopt it. The range is wide: big agentic AI launches like our most recent, RecoveryAI; technical ones like Square ordering, where the value exists in the minutia; and everything in between. Each has a different goal, and you work backward from that goal rather than running the same playbook every time.
That’s this role. You own how the market understands what we build. You set launch strategy, own positioning and messaging for the surface areas you cover, and turn what our customers are doing into proof that makes the value obvious to prospects, customers, internal teams, and partners.
You report to the VP of Marketing and operate as a peer to sales, CS, product, and partnerships leadership. You will lead cross-functional launch teams without formal authority over them, brief the exec team on what is and isn’t landing in market, and make the call on what we do and don’t invest in.
What Thanx gives you
AI capability at Thanx is infrastructure, not a perk. You will be given the tools, the budget, and the working culture to get good at this quickly:
What we expect from you
At review time, the question is not how much you used AI. It is what you built, who else is using it, and how your team works differently because of it.
What it looks like in this role
Positioning and messaging. Own product-level positioning and messaging for the platform areas you cover. Build the frameworks, get sales and CS to adopt them, and revise them as the market and the roadmap change. You are the person who decides how we talk about what we build, and the person who defends that choice when someone disagrees.
Launch strategy and delivery. Own launches end to end: set the tier, define the goal, choose the tactics that fit that goal, run the cross-functional team, and report honestly on what worked. You decide what gets a full launch and what gets a release note, and you make that call based on business impact, not internal enthusiasm.
Customer stories and proof. Own the proof library, not just the individual stories. Interview newly launched customers and the internal teams behind them, find the unique angle, and produce everything from short reference stories to full case studies with quotes, metrics, and narrative. Build the system that turns one interview into one-pagers, slides, use case documentation, and the proof that answers “show me someone doing this” and “when would I use this feature?” Know where the gaps in our proof are before sales tells you.
Enablement for sales, CS, and partners. Own what those teams know and say about the platform. Build the training, the competitive positioning, and the objection handling, then measure whether it is being used and whether win rates moved. Work directly with sales and CS leadership on where the gaps are.
Market and competitive command. Own our point of view on what competitors are shipping and what restaurant operators are actually dealing with. Bring that back into positioning, roadmap conversations, and exec discussions. Be the person the exec team asks when they want to know what is happening in market.
External and in-product content. Keep a regular cadence of customer-win content for social and partner channels (“this brand launched this week, here’s why it’s interesting”), and apply a product marketing lens to the Help Center and in-dashboard content: embedded video, plus the context that explains why and when to use a feature, not just how it works.
At six months: you have run at least one Tier-1 launch end to end, sales is using messaging you wrote, and you have published proof for customers who launched on your watch.
At twelve months: positioning is largely owned by you, the exec team comes to you for market intel, and the systems you have built mean the next launch takes less of everyone’s time than the last one.
We don’t believe in rigid requirements, but success in this role typically involves:
Compensation:
US - Tier 1
$165,000 - $182,000 USD
US - Tier 2
$154,000 - $168,000 USD
US - Tier 3
$146,000 - $160,000 USD
Canada
$138,000 - $148,000 CAD
Leveling & Location:
Thanx uses structured internal leveling and location-based compensation. Final leveling and compensation are determined through the interview process based on experience, scope, and work location, and any offer will align with the appropriate range.
Application Process:
This position is an existing vacancy.
We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to assist in screening or assessing applications; human review will always remain part of the process.

Senior marketing manager executes go-to-market initiatives, owns lifecycle campaigns and paid media strategy, and drives AI-led marketing across all channels to influence P&L.
We’re Jiffy! We launched over a decade ago with a simple mission: use technology to combine an unparalleled level of customer service with the fastest delivery in the blank apparel, direct-to-film transfer, and custom apparel industry. We’re more than a T-Shirt company; we’re a support system for the creator economy, the home hobbyist, the small business owner, and more. Today, we help millions of small businesses and customers build their vision from scratch. We are bootstrapped and founder-owned, no VC playbook and no burn-rate math, and we run at the forefront of applying AI to a real operating business.
As our Business Manager, you run the marketing projects and business projects that influence Jiffy’s P&L, and you own go-to-market execution for every initiative you carry. Executives bring you an initiative; you hand back an execution-ready plan with full marketing coverage and carry it over the line. You drive AI-led marketing across site, lifecycle, paid, and organic. You are AI-first and marketing-focused, with an e-commerce background. You know how a P&L works and which levers feed it: you contribute the inputs, you do not own the P&L, the forecast or the budget, and you will not spend your days in a spreadsheet. This is a senior individual-contributor seat.
An idea gets approved, and nobody writes the pricing rule, the site copy, the support macro, or the metric that says whether it worked. You take a Project, turn it into documented workflows, then carry the projects that time was meant for. When a project stalls, you do not point at another function. Engineering builds it, Customer Service answers for it. Escalate early. AI output is a draft, never a source. Confidently wrong is worse than slow.
Key Responsibilities
Every initiative you carry clears this checklist before launch:
Missing any of these, it is not ready, and saying so early is your job. Four lines (Blanks, Transfers, Print and Stickers) share one website: name the lift a campaign gives the other three and the sales it may pull from them.
The base compensation for this role is expected to range from ($140,000 - $165,000) plus an annual bonus. Actual compensation will be based on a variety of factors, including skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and overall fit for the role.
Total compensation may include base salary, performance-based bonuses, equity, and benefits. Final offers are tailored to each candidate and take into consideration their background and years of experience.
Jiffy is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We do not discriminate in hiring or any employment decision based on race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex (including pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions), marital status, ancestry, physical or mental disability, genetic information, veteran status, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, or other applicable legally protected characteristics. Jiffy considers qualified applicants with criminal histories, consistent with applicable federal, state and local law. If you need an accommodation at any point in the process, tell us and we will make it work.

Sr. Product Marketing Manager develops go-to-market strategy, creates customer-facing messaging, and drives product adoption across sales, customer success, and prospect channels.

Drives Ahrefs' marketing growth in Brazil by developing localized strategies, creating content, managing campaigns, and building relationships with local marketers and businesses.
Ahrefs is an all-in-one marketing intelligence platform used by marketers, businesses and agencies around the world. Our tools help people understand search demand, analyse competitors, improve website performance and research content opportunities, backed by 15 years of web crawling data and increasingly powered by AI.
We’re bootstrapped and profitable, and we have been for 15 years. There are no investors and no board, which means no outside timeline on our decisions. We’re multinational, with offices in Palo Alto, Cambridge (MA), Singapore and Tokyo, and our culture is fast-moving, low-ego, and built on smart decisions and ownership.
We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to drive Ahrefs’ growth in Brazil. This isn’t about translating global campaigns: it’s about building and executing a local marketing strategy that resonates with Brazilian marketers and businesses.
You’ll bring a track record of helping SaaS companies expand in Brazil, a strong understanding of SEO and AEO, and the ability to turn market knowledge into measurable growth.
You’ll start as a one-person local marketing team, working closely with our global marketing team.
This role is remote and based in Brazil.
In 6 months: you’ve launched a focused marketing strategy for Brazil, with measurable improvements in relevant traffic, engagement and qualified demand. You’re active in at least two relevant local communities, you’ve established relationships with potential partners and creators, and you can show which early initiatives are contributing to customer acquisition.
In 1 year: Ahrefs has a recognised presence in the Brazilian marketing community. Your content, partnerships and community initiatives are contributing to measurable growth in customers and revenue. You’ve identified repeatable ways to acquire customers, built a plan for further expansion, and established whether growing a small local team is justified.
We believe in empowering smart people to make big decisions. As our Marketing Manager for Brazil you won’t be managing a rigid process, you’ll be building a market. We don’t micromanage. We trust you to identify opportunities, move quickly and deliver results, working with a product that helps marketers do their jobs better.

At Colibri Group, culture is at the heart of everything we do. Our values Love, Joy, Boldness, Teamwork, and Curiosity, guide how we work together, support our customers, and make a difference in the communities we serve.
Colibri Group is a leader in online professional education, serving more than one million learners each year across a family of trusted education brands. Moreland University, part of our Teacher Education Ecosystem, supports educators around the world through innovative pathways into the teaching profession and continued professional growth.
Come Build What’s Next
We’re looking for a Content Marketing Manager – Professional Learning to help build and scale Moreland University’s professional learning offering for educators.
This is an individual contributor role with meaningful ownership over a new area of growth for Moreland. We’ve spent the last several years testing professional learning experiences with educators and have seen strong interest and demand. Now, we’re ready to turn that momentum into a scalable portfolio of on-demand courses, learning journeys, live experiences, and ultimately new subscription-based offerings.
You’ll own the professional learning go-to-market calendar and help move new offerings from idea through launch — partnering closely with faculty and subject matter experts who develop the curriculum while you provide project leadership, audience insight, editorial guidance, and marketing expertise.
We’re looking for a content marketer first: someone who can write, position, launch, and promote educational offerings while keeping multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines moving forward. Experience working with educators, teachers, EdTech, professional learning, or another teacher-facing audience will be especially valuable.
You should be equally comfortable writing a landing page, building a launch calendar, guiding a subject matter expert through a project, reviewing learning materials for quality and audience fit, and looking at engagement data to determine what we should build next.
What You’ll Do
Own the professional learning portfolio and launch calendar, helping prioritize, plan, and bring new on-demand courses, learning journeys, certificates, microcredentials, webinars, and other educator experiences to market
Lead projects from concept through launch, coordinating faculty, subject matter experts, creative partners, and cross-functional teams while keeping timelines, deliverables, and launch readiness on track
Create compelling short and long form marketing content including landing pages, course titles and descriptions, email campaigns, blog content, promotional messaging, participant communications, and sales enablement materials
Build and execute go-to-market strategies that drive awareness, registrations, subscriptions, repeat engagement, and long-term growth across Moreland’s professional learning portfolio
Use learner feedback, participation data, market insights, and performance metrics to improve existing offerings, identify new opportunities, and help scale professional learning into a meaningful new growth channel for Moreland
What You’ll Bring
4+ years of experience in content marketing or a closely related role, ideally within education, EdTech, professional learning, online learning, or another educator-facing environment
Direct experience creating marketing content and bringing programs, educational offerings, digital content, courses, events, or similar products to market not simply supporting content after launch
Strong writing and editorial skills across short- and long-form content, with the ability to translate educational concepts into clear, engaging messaging for teachers and other educator audiences
Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects from idea through execution, including coordinating subject matter experts or other partners who own specialized content
A combination of creative thinking, organization, audience empathy, and commercial awareness, with the ability to use performance insights to improve engagement and inform what gets built next
A bachelor’s degree is required. A degree in marketing, communications, education, instructional design, English, journalism, or a related field is preferred.
Experience as an educator, former teacher, or in another teacher-facing role is a meaningful plus. Experience with subscription-based products, learning platforms, digital content libraries, or professional learning portfolios is also valuable.
Tools, Platforms, and Methodologies You May Use
Experience with every tool or platform below is not required. We care most about your ability to create excellent content, manage work effectively, collaborate with experts, and use technology thoughtfully to improve how you work.
Content management and email marketing platforms
Project management and collaboration tools
Learning management or digital learning platforms
Analytics and performance-reporting tools
AI-assisted content and productivity tools, including Claude or similar platforms
We believe AI can be a powerful partner in the creative and operational process. You’ll be encouraged to use it thoughtfully to improve efficiency, support content development, and strengthen the learner experience while maintaining high standards for originality, quality, and brand integrity.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
Build something new: You’ll help take a successful professional learning concept and turn it into a scalable offering for educators

We Encourage You to Apply
You may not check every preferred box, and that’s okay!
We’d especially love to hear from candidates coming from content marketing, education marketing, EdTech, professional learning, continuing education, teacher-facing organizations, or digital learning businesses. Former educators who have since built strong professional experience in marketing and content are also encouraged to apply.
However, this role does require strong hands-on content marketing experience, demonstrated project ownership, and the ability to develop marketing content that brings an offering to market.
If your recent experience has primarily focused on social media content creation, influencer content, organic social, or curriculum/instructional design without meaningful marketing ownership, this role may not be the right match.
If you love writing, understand educators, enjoy bringing ideas to life, and get excited by the opportunity to build a new professional learning offering from the ground up, we’d love to hear from you.
