THE OPPORTUNITY
At Salesloft, our People Operations Generalist is a pivotal part of our success as the go-to for all employee relations. The Sandbox VR People Team is comprised of three major functional areas, People Ops & Systems, Centers of Excellence, and our Business Partners. You’ll be a part of our Business Partner function, serving as a vital liaison between the People Team and the business, playing a role that is pivotal in supporting our people and driving business outcomes.
Act as a tactical partner to business stakeholders as it relates to key initiatives and proactively mitigate legal and compliance risks, investigating and addressing employee relations concerns effectively.
Actively execute and make informed decisions within established policies, enhancing employee experience by creating solutions within existing frameworks.
Participate in organizational design conversations to streamline and implement new department structures, roles and/or processes that create speed and efficiency and support rapidly shifting business demands (role re-purposing, restructures, joint venture integrations, etc.)
Act as the subject matter expert for FMLA, CFRA, state protected and personal leaves, managing precise tracking, eligibility determinations, and return-to-work timelines.
Manage reasonable accommodation and leave requests, coordinating with stakeholders to implement effective return-to-work and transitional work plans.
Coach employees on company policies, employee communication, development and performance management strategies and tactics to promote engagement and a culture of continuous growth and development.
