TALENT ACQUISITION PARTNER

Location: Irvine, CA

Work Structure: Hybrid — 4 days per week in office, 1 day remote

WHO WE ARE

Our client is a growing portfolio of highly successful consumer lifestyle brands known for high-quality products, authentic storytelling, and strong connections with their respective consumer communities.

The organization operates across multiple brands within the consumer products and lifestyle space and has built a culture centered around integrity, entrepreneurship, collaboration, and excellence.

As the portfolio continues to grow, the team is seeking a talented and passionate Talent Acquisition Partner who enjoys working in a fast-paced, brand-driven environment and wants to play an influential role in how the organization attracts and hires talent.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Talent Acquisition Partner will own full life cycle recruiting across a portfolio of consumer brands.

This is an individual contributor role, not a people management position. The Talent Acquisition Partner will typically manage approximately 15–20 open requisitions at a time while serving as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and functional leaders.

This role goes well beyond requisition management. The ideal candidate will help shape role strategy, scope, leveling, market positioning, and interview processes before sourcing begins while delivering a highly polished candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the search.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own full life cycle recruiting, including intake, sourcing strategy, candidate experience, interview process management, offer negotiation, and close, across approximately 15–20 concurrent requisitions.

  • Act as a strategic talent advisor to hiring managers and business leaders, helping shape job scope, leveling, market positioning, and interview process design.

  • Deliver a high-touch candidate experience across all searches while managing competing stakeholder expectations with discretion and professionalism.

  • Leverage market intelligence, talent insights, and recruiting data — including time-to-fill, pipeline health, offer acceptance, and source effectiveness — to drive smarter and faster hiring decisions.

  • Maintain accurate and current requisition, candidate, and recruiting activity reporting.

  • Build and maintain networks of passive talent and industry relationships for hard-to-fill and specialized searches.

  • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition and Human Resources on offer strategy, leveling consistency, and internal equity.

  • Contribute to strategic and stretch initiatives such

as employer branding, sourcing strategy, recruiting analytics, and interview process design as the role evolves.

### REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience, including experience recruiting across cross-functional or specialized roles.

  • Demonstrated success operating as a strategic partner to hiring managers rather than solely as a requisition processor.

  • Proven ability to manage a high-touch requisition load of 10+ concurrent roles without sacrificing candidate experience.

  • Strong command of recruiting and hiring data with the ability to translate metrics into actionable recommendations for leadership.

  • Experience within consumer products, apparel, retail, lifestyle, or another fast-paced, brand-driven environment strongly preferred.

  • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, communication, and influencing skills across all levels of an organization.

  • Proficiency with an applicant tracking system and standard productivity tools.

  • Self-directed and comfortable operating with ambiguity within a growing, multi-brand organization.

  • Curious and proactive about AI-enabled tools and emerging technologies, with the judgment to leverage them appropriately to improve productivity, insights, and recruiting processes.

LOCATION & OFFICE STRUCTURE

This position is based in Irvine, California and follows a hybrid schedule requiring four days per week in the office, with the opportunity to work remotely one day per week.

$90,000 - $110,000 a year

We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans. What this role involves

Location: Remote (Within +/- 2 hours of CET)

Contract type: Full-time

Not Your Typical Workplace…

Tired of the 9-to-5 grind? Imagine a world without borders, where opportunities are endless. That’s the future of work, and it’s exactly what we’re building at WorkMotion!

Our remote-first team spans the globe, helping companies hire, onboard, and manage international talent through smart, flexible workforce solutions. Fast-paced, people-driven, and globally connected—we empower businesses to build teams without borders, and we have a blast doing it.

More Than a Role

We don’t just need a Talent Acquisition Specialist, EMEA—we need a Talent Matchmaker & Growth Engine. We’re looking for someone who gets their energy from hunting down world-class talent, building genuine connections, and scaling remote teams while keeping a sharp, analytical focus on how hiring quality drives real business velocity.

This isn’t a role for someone who wants to stay in their lane. You’ll be right at the center of the action—owning full-cycle recruitment across both high-volume Technical and strategic Business hires—ensuring every candidate experience is candidate-centric, data-driven, and unforgettably positive.

You won’t be a solo operator. You’ll collaborate closely with Hiring Managers, People Operations, and Department Leads across EMEA, bringing teams together to guarantee consistency, momentum, and exceptional hiring quality across the board.

Where Responsibility Meets Real Opportunity…

  • Drive Full-Cycle Recruiting: Own end-to-end recruitment across EMEA for diverse technical (Engineering, Product) and business roles (Sales, Ops, Marketing).
  • Bridge Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Operations: Support with the design and execution of a frictionless pre-boarding and onboarding, turning new hires into engaged, productive team members.
  • Source Passive Superstars: Leverage creative sourcing strategies, AI search tools, and direct outreach to discover top-tier, diverse talent across EMEA markets.
  • Elevate Candidate Experience: Deliver a fast, transparent, and memorable interview process that makes candidates fall in love with WorkMotion.
  • Partner with Leadership: Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, guiding them on salary benchmarks, market trends, and talent pipelines.
  • Optimize Talent Acquisition Operations: Utilize data to track conversion metrics, shorten time-to-hire, and continuously refine our hiring practices.
  • Champion Diversity & Inclusion: Ensure inclusive hiring frameworks and fair evaluation standards throughout every stage of the funnel.

What It Takes to Make an Impact Here…

  • 3+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist covering both Technical and Business roles within EMEA.
  • Exceptional organization, prioritization, and time-management skills, with a high sense of urgency to balance multiple high-priority requisitions simultaneously without missing a beat.
  • Solid practical understanding of Workable ATS and seamless collaboration across Google Workspace (Google Docs, Sheets, Drive).
  • Proficiency in AI-powered recruitment tools (e.g., ChatGPT/Claude) to optimize productivity and candidate outreach.
  • High stakeholder management and influence competencies, with a track record of coaching hiring managers toward swift, smart decisions.
  • Top-tier communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to craft compelling candidate outreach, build rapid rapport, and articulate complex information with clarity across fully remote teams.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring error-free candidate communication, through follow-up with candidates and key stakeholders, accurate contract generations and seamless compliance across all stages of hiring and onboarding.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) with outstanding conversational agility and active listening skills.

Bonus Points If You Bring…

  • Experience recruiting within the HR-tech, SaaS, or Employer of Record (EOR) sectors.
  • Proven knowledge of EMEA labor market dynamics, compensation standards, and remote-first candidate preferences.
  • Hands-on experience designing employer branding campaigns or hosting virtual recruitment events.

Not Your Typical Team…

We are a team of 2 high-energy Talent minds, with 4 in People Operations based across Germany, Spain, Italy, and Egypt. We’re a motivated, fully distributed crew that proves “remote” definitely doesn’t mean “disconnected.”

We don’t just “work” together—we brainstorm, challenge, celebrate, and grow together. If you’re looking for an environment where your boldest ideas are welcomed, cross-collaboration thrives on collective brainpower, and high-energy teamwork is the standard, you’ll feel right at home here.

The Perks of Being Here…

  • Global, remote, and thriving: We’re a global team of talented individuals spread across 26 countries. Our WorkFlex program lets you work from anywhere, anytime. Whether it’s a beachside office or a cosy home office, the choice is yours.
  • Your well-being is our priority: We know mental health matters, which is why we offer a dedicated Well-Being Day—a full day off just to recharge and relax.
  • Get fit and stay active: Whether it’s yoga, weightlifting, or a quick jog—work out on your terms, at a discount with our subsidised gym memberships.
  • Learn, grow, and develop: We believe in constant growth. With our Training & Development Allowance, you’ll have all the opportunities you need to keep expanding your skills and knowledge.
  • Stay connected: Take part in exciting annual team meetups!
  • Diversity is our superpower: We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer, committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
