Come Build Whatâs Next
Weâre looking for a Training Specialist Customer Service to help our Customer Service Representatives build the knowledge, skills, and confidence they need to deliver exceptional customer experiences across voice, chat, and email.
This is an individual contributor role responsible for new hire onboarding, continuous learning, e-learning development, and performance enablement within a fast-moving Customer Service environment. Youâll build and facilitate learning experiences, identify opportunities for improvement through performance and Quality Assurance insights, and help teams successfully adopt new tools, processes, and ways of working.
Weâre looking for someone who can do more than simply deliver training. You should be equally comfortable building an e-learning course from the ground up, facilitating an engaging live session, analyzing where employees need additional support, and consulting with stakeholders to recommend the right learning solution.
What Youâll Do
Design, develop, and deliver scalable onboarding, e-learning, and continuous learning programs that improve and maintain Customer Service Representative performance
Facilitate engaging live virtual and instructor-led training across new hire onboarding, upskilling, process changes, technical topics, and ongoing professional development
Partner consultatively with Customer Service leaders, Quality Assurance, and other stakeholders to identify performance gaps and recommend learning solutions, not simply take training requests at face value
Use QA trends, learner feedback, KPIs, and post-training performance data to evaluate training effectiveness and identify opportunities for targeted reinforcement or improvement
Maintain training programs and operations, including LMS content, course materials, scheduling, completion tracking, readiness documentation, and updates required as tools, technology, products, and processes evolve
What Youâll Bring
3+ years of experience in training, Learning & Development, Customer Service, contact center operations, or a related environment
Hands-on experiencedeveloping e-learning and training content, along with demonstrated experience facilitating live virtual and/or instructor-led learning
A strong understanding of adult learning principles and the ability to translate complex processes, tools, or information into clear and engaging learning experiences
A consultative approach to stakeholder partnership, with the confidence to assess needs, ask thoughtful questions, and recommend solutions based on performance needs
Strong communication, presentation, organization, and execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly in a collaborative, evolving environment
A bachelorâs degree in Education, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field is helpful, but equivalent professional experience is equally valued.
Tools, Platforms, and Methodologies You May Use
Experience with every tool or platform below is not required. We are most interested in your ability to build effective learning experiences, learn new technology quickly, and use data to continuously improve training.
Learning Management Systems (LMS)
E-learning and digital content development tools
Virtual training and collaboration platforms
Microsoft Office and productivity tools
Quality Assurance, performance reporting, and learner feedback data
Why Youâll Love Working Here
Own meaningful training programs that directly influence how prepared and confident our Customer Service Representatives are in supporting customers
Build both live and digital learning experiences rather than being limited to facilitating preexisting content
Work closely with Customer Service, Quality Assurance, and cross-functional stakeholders to solve real performance challenges
Help shape learning programs as Colibri introduces new tools, technologies, processes, and customer service models
Join a collaborative, supportive team where your creativity, judgment, and ideas are encouraged and your work will have a visible impact
We Encourage You to Apply
You may not check every preferred box, and that is okay! Strong candidates may come from contact center training, Customer Service enablement, corporate Learning & Development, instructional design, technical training, or other high-volume employee learning environments.
However, this role does require hands-on experience developing training or e-learning content and confidently facilitating live learning experiences. If your recent experience has primarily involved coordinating training or delivering materials created entirely by others, this may not provide the depth needed for this particular opportunity.
If you enjoy creating learning experiences, working closely with stakeholders, helping employees grow, and seeing a direct connection between your training and improved performance, we would love to hear from you.
What You Can Expect From Our Hiring Process
We want our interview process to give you a clear picture of the role, the team, and what itâs like to work at Colibri while giving us the opportunity to understand your experience, how you approach your work, and what youâre looking for next.
We do not use AI to review applications. Your application is reviewed by a human on our Talent Acquisition team!! Application deadline: 9/25/26
While the exact process may vary slightly by role, you can generally expect:
1. Recruiter Conversation
An introductory conversation with a member of our Talent Acquisition team to learn more about your experience, career goals, and interest in Colibri. Weâll also share more about the role, team, compensation, and what to expect throughout the process.
2. Hiring Manager Conversation
A deeper discussion with the hiring manager focused on your training and e-learning experience, facilitation approach, stakeholder partnership, and how you approach identifying and solving performance needs.
3. Team and/or Cross-Functional Interviews
Depending on the role, you may meet with future teammates, partners, or leaders you would work closely with. These conversations are designed to explore the experiences most relevant to the position while giving you the opportunity to learn more about how the team works together.
4. Final Conversation and Decision
For some roles, there may be a final conversation with an additional leader or stakeholder. Our Talent Acquisition team will keep you informed about next steps and timing throughout the process.
Our goal is to make the experience thoughtful, respectful, and transparent. We encourage you to ask questions throughout the processâweâre evaluating the opportunity together.
Our Commitment to Inclusion
Colibri Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome, respected, and empowered to do their best work. We encourage qualified candidates from all backgrounds, experiences, and career paths to apply.
We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans. If you would like more information about how your data is processed, please contact us.
Creates SOPs, knowledge base articles, and eLearning modules for fraud and disputes teams, translating regulatory requirements and operational processes into clear training content.
Transaction Risk Enablement is the shared services function supporting Mercuryâs Fraud, Disputes, and Risk UX programs. We build the knowledge base articles, SOPs, and eLearning that frontline teams rely on to do their jobs accurately and consistently â and that hold up to regulatory scrutiny in a financial services environment. This is a small, high-output team doing work that directly shapes how well-documented and audit-ready Mercuryâs risk operations are.
Weâre looking for a L&D Specialist to join a growing team supporting Fraud, Disputes, and Risk UX. Youâll write and maintain formal SOPs, Guru knowledge base articles, and Articulate-built eLearning â translating operational processes and regulatory requirements into content thatâs clear, accurate, and usable by the teams who rely on it every day. Youâll work primarily within one or two of these domains, going deep on the processes and regulatory context that matter most there, while collaborating with Specialists and SMEs across the broader team.
This is an experienced-contributor role: youâll own content projects from scoping through publication with minimal oversight, exercise sound judgment in ambiguous or incomplete-information situations, and be looked to as a source of regulatory and process knowledge others build on. Youâre not just executing a content backlog â youâre expected to spot where standards or resources need to improve and drive those improvements yourself.
This is a strong fit for someone who enjoys both the craft of instructional design and the discipline of regulatory-grade technical writing â and who wants ownership over content that has real operational weight, not just training that gets built once and forgotten.

About Karbon
Karbon is the global leader in AI-powered practice management software for accounting firms. We provide an award-winning cloud platform that helps tens of thousands of accounting professionals work more efficiently and collaboratively every day. With customers in 40 countries, we have grown into a globally distributed team across the US, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, the United Kingdom, and the Philippines. We are well-funded, ranked #1 on G2, growing rapidly, and have a people-first culture that is recognized with Great Place To WorkÂź certification and on Fortune magazineâs Best Small Workplacesâą List.
Karbon Academy is how we teach accounting firms around the world to get real value from Karbon, at a scale no team of humans could reach one customer at a time. It is our most important lever for customer onboarding, product adoption and long-term success, and we are rebuilding it around role-based learning paths designed for the people inside a firm: owners, operations leaders, accountants, bookkeepers and tax professionals.
As an Educational Content Developer, you will design and develop the self-paced learning experiences that make up those paths, owning courses end to end â from learning needs and scenario design through storyboarding, build, quality review and publish.
The scope goes beyond structured courses. You will also create time-of-need content that meets customers in the moment they are stuck â job aids, quick reference guides and in-product guidance â as well as go-to-market education that lands new features, supports release communications and drives adoption campaigns alongside our Product, Marketing and Customer Success teams. Some of what you build will be a six-module learning path; some of it will be a two-minute video shipped in a week.
AI is genuinely embedded in how we work. Our production workflow runs on AI-assisted storyboarding and research, which means your time goes to the parts that need human judgement: understanding what a bookkeeper actually needs on a deadline day, designing a scenario that feels real, and knowing when a draft is wrong even when it reads well. You will also see the data on what you build â completion, feedback and product usage â and help decide what to change next.

Karbon embraces diversity and inclusion, aligning with our values as a business. Research has shown that women and underrepresented groups are less likely to apply to jobs unless they meet every single criteria. If youâve made it this far in the job description but your past experience doesnât perfectly align, we do encourage you to still apply. You could still be the right person for the role!
We recruit and reward people based on capability and performance. We donât discriminate based on race, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, lifestyle, age, educational background, national origin, religion, physical or cognitive ability, and other diversity dimensions that may hinder inclusion in the organization.
Generally, if you are a good person, we want to talk to you. đ

Design and produce interactive online courses for a learning platform, including scripting, storyboarding, visuals, and interactive elements in WorkRamp.
About Us
Fieldguide is establishing a new state of trust for global commerce and capital markets. We enhance trust by augmenting the work of assurance and audit practitioners with AI agents. Put simply, we build software for the people who enable trust between businesses.
We are based in San Francisco and built as a remote-first company. We have raised over $125M in venture funding from top investors including Goldman Sachs, Bessemer Venture Partners, 8VC, Floodgate, Y Combinator, Justin Kan, and Elad Gil. More than 50% of the top-100 CPA firms are customers, including several Big 4 firms, with an industry-leading NPS to match.
We value diversity, both in backgrounds and in experiences. We need people from all backgrounds and walks of life to help build the future of audit and advisory. Fieldguideâs team is inclusive, driven, humble and supportive.
About the Role
Fieldguide University is our customer-facing learning platform. It is a product-adjacent learning system that reduces time to value, drives feature adoption, and removes preventable friction from the customer lifecycle. Courses are persona-driven, so an admin configuring frameworks and a first-year associate testing controls get different learning experiences, not the same product tour.
We are looking for an eLearning Designer, who owns the production-heavy parts of course building including visual design, interactive elements, and multimedia. The remaining customer education team will continue to own product knowledge, learner personas, and course goals. It is a collaboration between domain experts and a learning production specialist.
What Youâll Do:
Own course production end to end. Take product documentation and subject matter expert input, and turn it into a visually polished, interactive, pedagogically sound course. You write the learning script, storyboard the screens, design the visuals, build the interactions, and publish in WorkRamp.
Write for learners, not readers. Shape technical documentation into on-screen copy with the right length, tone, and chunking. Define measurable learning objectives for each module alongside the subject matter expert.
Build the interactive layer. Knowledge checks, scenario-based activities, and exercises that give each course a real balance of reading and doing. Make sure every interaction serves the learning goal and works across delivery contexts.
Establish a visual design language for Fieldguide University. There is no design system for course content yet. Creating a reusable one is an explicit deliverable of the first engagement, not a nice-to-have.
Build and QA in the LMS. Structure course hierarchy, configure settings, produce landing pages and banners, and QA formatting, links, and presentation before publication.
Write assessments. Multiple-choice and other question types aligned to learning objectives, configured in WorkRamp with scoring and certification logic.
Push back. If a module is too long, a concept is unclear, or a proposed interaction does not serve the learner, say so. We want a peer collaborator, not an order-taker.
What You Are:
3+ years designing and developing eLearning courses, with a portfolio that shows production quality and visual design capability.
Strongly preferred: hands-on experience in audit, advisory, or accounting, whether as a practitioner, a trainer or L&D specialist inside a firm.
Familiarity with CPE requirements is a strong plus.
Nice to have â B2B SaaS or technical product context, experience building learning content for an AI-native product, and comfort producing screen recordings and product screenshots from a live application.
Proficient in a major authoring tool. Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Adobe Captivate, or similar. WorkRamp familiarity is a plus but learnable. General LMS experience is what matters.
Strong visual design skills applied to learning. You understand how to design for on-screen reading, interaction, and learner attention.
You work well with subject matter experts. You can run an SME interview, synthesize documentation, and come back with a structure that holds up.
Enough instructional design background to write learning objectives, build storyboards, and flag problems with content architecture.
Deep ID methodology is not the main requirement. We handle learning strategy and needs analysis internally. We need someone who can make things, and make them well.
Teach nursing courses to residential and online students as an adjunct faculty member at a university.
