Directs conceptual visual campaigns for global brands, leveraging generative AI tools to create high-performing digital creative assets.
Design on-brand email templates and creative workflows for an AI marketing platform, collaborating with enterprise customers to translate brand guidelines into agentic systems.
Hightouch is an Agentic Marketing Platform powered by the industry-leading Composable CDP. With complete brand context, customer data, and performance history in one place, every marketer finally has the power to build and ship end-to-end campaigns themselves. Teams move faster, stay on brand, and get AI marketing that actually works.
Founded in 2019 and headquartered in San Francisco, Hightouch enables marketing teams to analyze performance, brainstorm ideas, and generate creative at a speed and quality that wasn’t previously possible.
Named a Leader in the 2026 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Customer Data Platforms, Hightouch is trusted by leading enterprises like Domino’s, Spotify, Aritzia, Cars.com, Ramp, and PetSmart.
At Hightouch, our mission is to help our customers leverage data and AI to grow their businesses. The team is ambitious, impact-driven, efficient — and we believe humility, kindness, and compassion are essential to our success. If you’re energized by velocity, obsessed with raising the bar, and want to build alongside people who care deeply about each other and our customers, we’d love to meet you.
Most AI-generated emails still look like AI-generated emails. Off-brand color, clunky layouts, the same five templates on a loop. Brands that care about their identity have stayed on the sidelines because the output hasn’t met their bar.
We’re changing that. Hightouch’s Agentic Marketing Platform is the system enterprise marketers are using to plan, generate, and ship lifecycle campaigns with their data, their guidelines, and their voice. Our customers include Domino’s, Chime, Spotify, Ramp, Whoop, and Grammarly. They are not going to settle for slop, and neither are we.
We’re hiring an AI Creative Designer, Email to be the human who proves what’s possible. You’ll collaborate alongside our Solutions Engineering team on enterprise customer calls, translate brand guidelines into agentic workflows that actually produce on-brand email and lifecycle creative, and ship the work that makes the case. You will be the most influential creative voice in the room, both for our customers and for our product.
You will define how the most recognizable brands in the world build email with AI, and you will watch the work you direct ship to millions of inboxes.
You’ll be the creative center of gravity for a product that’s actively defining a category. The brands you’ll work with are the ones you already follow. The team you’ll join, Product, Engineering, Solutions, Design, ships fast and treats craft as a non-negotiable. And the work you do will compound: every workflow you build, every customer you ship for, makes the next one easier.
If you’ve been waiting for the moment to bet on AI in lifecycle marketing before it’s obvious, this is it.
$140,000-$180,000 USD per year, location-independent. Top of band is reserved for candidates with proven enterprise creative leadership and a portfolio that sets the bar. We also offer meaningful equity in the form of ISO options, with early exercise and a 10-year post-termination exercise window.
E-Verify Statement
Hightouch participates in E-Verify. After you join the team, we’ll verify your eligibility to work in the U.S. by submitting information from your Form I-9 to the Social Security Administration and, if needed, the Department of Homeland Security. This process happens post-hire only — we never use E-Verify to pre-screen applicants.

Senior Product Designer owns web product areas for an insurance benefits platform, creating intuitive interfaces and design systems while collaborating closely with engineering and product teams.
Headquarters: Remote
About the job
Kota is reimagining insurance and retirement benefits for the modern workforce. Through our two flagship products—Kota Platform, the first fully integrated benefits platform, and Kota Embed, our embedded insurance solution—we're making benefits more accessible, valued, and global.
Today, we power benefits for tens of thousands of employees at Europe's most forward-thinking companies, including Carwow, Tines, Zoe, and Remote. Founded in 2022, we've raised more than €20M from leading investors like EQT Ventures, Eurazeo, Northzone, and Frontline, along with founders and executives from Workday, Remote, Personio, OpenAI, and more.
We’re hiring a Senior Product Designer to join Kota’s Customer Platform team. This is the heart of Kota: the app where employers and employees interact with our health, pension, and insurance services. The role will be an important addition to our team as we scale and there are several reasons to join now:
Own the Core Product - Your work directly impacts how our customers use Kota. You will be responsible for turning complexity into clear, intuitive flows and interfaces.
Design Fast, Ship Right - Designing and writing is how we think together and drive product alignment. You have to move at pace but don’t lose quality as we start building and scaling.
Craft-Driven Culture - We believe innovation truly happens when we push beyond “good enough”. From microcopy to complex web interactions, you will work with people that sweat the details and ship with care.
Modern Design Environment - Work with cutting-edge technologies and tools to define the future of insurance UX.
Autonomy and Ownership - We hire outstanding people and get out of their way. You will have responsibility from day one, with space to do your best work.
Own key web product areas from early concepts to shipped implementation
Turn ambiguous product problems into clear flows, interfaces, and interaction models
Raise the quality bar through design quality, critique, and thoughtful collaboration
Use Cursor or Claude Code to prototype, build, and iterate through simple interfaces.
Identify and design reusable components and patterns that improve consistency and speed across our Platform product.
Partner closely with engineering to scope, design, iterate, and ship at high velocity
Contribute to product thinking, the overall direction of our product, and growing our design culture, not just shipping new features.
You will be joining our design team early and working with our existing product designer. Together, you will form the core of our design function for Kota’s Customer Platform, collaborating to define the future of benefits and insurance.
Experience as a product designer working on complex products, ideally in B2B, fintech, or other information-dense environments.
End-to-end thinking and ownership, from big-picture systems thinking to the smallest interaction detail.
Balance of speed and detail, knowing when to move fast and when to obsess over the last 1%.
Proven experience creating, maintaining, and scaling design systems and thinking in ways to create reusable patterns and components across each product.
Agency, ownership, and autonomy; someone who doesn’t wait to be told what to do.
Comfort working with AI tools like Cursor or Claude Code, even if you are not writing production-ready code.
A portfolio that shows strong product thinking, interaction design, and craft.
Have Integrity. We care deeply about our why and it won’t jeopardise our how.
Care Deeply. Our products are our story, we look at the details, go the extra mile to delight customers.
Own Your Ship. Ask why, do the work, get the data, solve the problem, be an owner.
Raise the Bar. We continuously look to push past good enough. Expect more, move faster, and never stop raising your and the team’s standards.
Play to Win. We exist because we decided to say no to the norm – now we do this everyday.
And of course.... Your employee benefits!

Senior designer creates static and motion graphics for paid social campaigns, translating brand strategy into high-quality ad creative while managing compliance and maintaining visual consistency at scale.
Silverback Strategies is a performance marketing agency built to help marketers grow and capitalize on change. Ad Age, Inc Magazine, The Washington Post, The Washingtonian, and The Washington Business Journal have recognized Silverback as one of the best places to work.
We hire the best and help them get better. Silverbackers are supported, challenged and inspired by their peers. Regardless of title or tenure, every Silverbacker plays a role in helping our agency get better. This is a place where you can make a difference.
• Translate strategy into visuals: partner closely with our Creative Strategist to take research, hooks, and loose creative briefs and turn them into concrete visual concepts, storyboards, and finished assets
• Produce both statics and video: design and build static ad creative and edit/produce short-form video and motion content for paid social at a consistently high craft level
• Interpret brand guidance at any altitude: work from anything ranging from a thin one-pager to a comprehensive brand system, and reliably produce creative that’s unmistakably on-brand either way
• Navigate regulated-industry review cycles: produce creative that anticipates compliance and legal scrutiny, minimizing revision rounds and rejection risk without watering down creative quality
• Push brands into new creative territory: identify opportunities to evolve a brand’s creative expression to unlock scale and new-market growth, while staying inside brand-safety guardrails
• Select and edit raw footage/imagery: review raw photography and video footage from shoots and select, crop, cut, and edit the strongest material into finished assets — no on-set creative direction required
• Own asset quality and turnaround: deliver polished, client-ready work with minimal internal revision cycles so assets aren’t burning days internally before they even reach the client
• Maintain visual consistency at scale: keep creative consistent and on-brand across a high volume of ad variations, formats, and platform
Core Experience
• 5+ years in a hands-on creative production role — Art Director, Senior Designer, Creative Producer, or similar —with dedicated performance/paid social experience
• A portfolio that shows range across both static design and video/motion editing, ideally for paid social specifically
• Experience working within brand guidelines of varying depth and translating them into new creative applications
• Experience in regulated or highly regulated industries (healthcare, finance, insurance, legal, or similar) is a strong plus, given our client base
• Experience working in matrixed organizations with multiple stakeholders and layered approval processes
Craft & Technical Skills
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma (or similar) for static design and layout
• Strong proficiency in After Effects (or similar) for motion graphics and video editing
• Comfortable editing raw video/photo footage into finished assets: selects, cuts, pacing, captions/graphics overlays
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, Illustrator) as needed
• Understands platform-specific creative specs and best practices across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and other paid social channels
Creative & Strategic Judgment
• A strong eye for what “good” looks like in modern performance advertising — thumb-stopping, polished, and effective, not just pretty
• Understands performance/paid-social fundamentals (hooks, pacing, hierarchy, CTAs) well enough to make smart creative calls independently, without needing to run the strategy
• Can take a loose brief or visual direction and fill in the gaps with sound creative judgment
• High attention to detail — typos, brand misapplications, and spec errors don’t make it to client review
• Comfortable giving and receiving fast, iterative feedback in a deadline-driven environment
Working Style
• Thrives on speed without sacrificing polish — this role owns production timelines that need to move fast to offset long approval cycles
• Collaborative by nature; sees the Creative Strategist as a partner, not a hand-off point
• Self-sufficient in production; doesn’t need heavy oversight to get from brief to finished asset
• Assets consistently reach client/compliance review in 1–2 internal revision rounds or fewer
• Creative reliably passes compliance and legal review with minimal rework
• Output balances brand safety with creative freshness — clients see growth and new territory, not just “more of the same”
• The Strategist and Senior Performance Creative function as a true two-person creative engine, each covering what the other doesn’t
What This Role Is Not:
• Not a photo/video shoot creative director — you won’t be expected to run or direct live shoots, just to select and edit from what’s captured
• Not a pure strategist — research, testing frameworks, and reporting live with the Creative Strategist, not this role
—Why Silverback?—
Silverback isn’t for everybody. If you’re an A player, you will get paid more, learn more and grow faster with support from a smart and fun team. If you’re a B player, you will be miserable
Work with the A team: We are ruthless about putting the best possible team on the field
Make an impact: We’re a small agency. Everybody has the opportunity to drive change and impact
Get paid: We hire the best and pay them generously
Do cool sh*t: From media to SEO to measurement, learn the cutting edge of what works
