Develops and maintains enterprise RPA automations using UiPath and Power Platform while integrating AI models like Claude into production bot workflows.

Senior Remote Posted about 16 hours ago We Work Remotely — Programming
What this role involves

Headquarters:

📌 Summary

We are seeking a hands-on, execution-focused Senior Automation & AI Systems Developer (UiPath & Power Platform) to build, scale, and maintain enterprise automations across our client's regional operations. In this role, you will own the end-to-end development lifecycle for production-grade bots on a mature estate, while actively expanding into cutting-edge AI-assisted and agentic automation patterns.

This position balances rigorous build and production support work on a high-volume platform with a genuine, applied pathway into modern AI engineering. Working across UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform, Anthropic Claude, and REST APIs, you will build complex bot architectures, integrate language models, and construct resilient, multi-system workflows.

🏱 General Information (About the Client)

Our client operates a mature, enterprise-scale Center of Excellence (CoE) running a robust production estate—executing over 19,000 monthly jobs across 125+ unattended production robots and 200+ active automations.

Operating within a modern tech environment utilizing UiPath, Power Platform, Anthropic Claude, ServiceNow, Bitbucket, and Azure DevOps, they are actively advancing from traditional UI-level RPA into agentic automation patterns. They foster a disciplined, engineering-first culture that prioritizes reusable code libraries, structured exception handling, robust CI/CD practices, and strict compliance-ready documentation.

Tasks and Deliverables

Production Automation Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy resilient, production-grade automations primarily on UiPath across core business lines.

Complex Architecture Engineering: Build and maintain advanced bot architectures incorporating multi-system integrations, structured exception handling, retry logic, and automated recovery patterns.

AI & Agentic Service Composition: Integrate AI capabilities directly into automation workflows, utilizing Anthropic Claude, Document Understanding, classification models, and structured LLM prompts.

Power Platform Back-End Integration: Construct and support modern user interfaces using Power Apps / Power Automate backed by robust UiPath and API execution engines.

API & Scripting Extensions: Extend automation capabilities beyond basic UI automation by writing custom Python, PowerShell, REST API, and webhook integrations.

Production Support & Incident Triage: Troubleshoot and resolve production bot failures with minimal downtime, managing queues, analyzing logs, and working closely with architects.

Code Quality & Governance: Contribute to reusable component libraries, conduct peer code reviews against team standards, and maintain audit-ready technical documentation.

Required Experience

UiPath Engineering Seniority: 3+ years of dedicated, hands-on RPA development experience with UiPath as your primary platform.

Production-Grade Bot Experience: Proven track record building and supporting automations running live in production—demonstrating deep mastery of exception handling, logging, error recovery, and multi-system integration (training exercises/POCs do not qualify).

Database & SQL Proficiency: Practical experience writing SQL queries for data manipulation, extraction, and validation within automated pipelines.

Active UiPath Certification: Hold a current, active UiPath developer credential (e.g., Automation Developer Professional, Automation Developer Associate, Specialized AI Professional, or valid Advanced RPA Developer / UiARD).

Agile Delivery Practice: Demonstrated experience delivering software within an Agile framework (daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog grooming).

Preferred Qualifications (Plus):

Practical Python or PowerShell scripting for advanced orchestration, data manipulation, and custom API connections.

Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), REST APIs, webhooks, or AI-assisted development tools (UiPath Autopilot, GitHub Copilot, Anthropic Claude).

Exposure to agentic automation patterns, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), process/task mining, or secondary RPA platforms (Automation Anywhere).

Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps/Jira, and enterprise systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365, Workday, Salesforce, Vertafore, or Oracle Fusion).

Operator Senior Software Engineer, Applied AI at TLDR

Builds and deploys AI agents across internal workflows, writes evals and specs, and partners with stakeholders to automate company processes with LLMs.

Senior Posted 1 day ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Who We Are

🏔Product: TLDR’s mission is to increase tech’s signal-to-noise ratio.

Today that means the largest network of tech newsletters in the world, with over 8M subscribers covering startups, software engineering, AI, cybersecurity, product, and more. What makes it work is who writes it. Every issue comes from people building in tech, not reporters covering it. Our writers keep their day jobs: two engineers at Coinbase write TLDR Crypto, engineers at DeepMind and Meta write TLDR Dev, researchers at Anthropic and Adobe write TLDR AI, and robotics and datacenter strategy leads at OpenAI and Meta write TLDR Hardware.

If it matters in tech, it’s in TLDR. That’s what makes TLDR the best place to find what you need to learn.

đŸ’ȘTeam: Our 31-person full-time team includes alumni of TikTok, Reddit, Amazon, Business Insider, Asana, Morning Brew, and Pinterest. We’ve stayed intentionally small, which means every person here owns a function rather than a slice of one.

📈Traction: We’re bootstrapped, profitable, and on track for $35M in revenue this year - after $9M in 2024 and $20M in 2025. The advertisers who fund it want tech’s decision-makers: AWS, Google Cloud, Anthropic, Slack, Notion, and GitHub.

About the Role

TLDR’s Applied AI program runs on one thesis: every process at the company should get better automatically as model capabilities improve. An LLM sits in the loop on every workflow, and the work of the people around it shifts from clicking and typing toward writing specs and evals and deciding what good looks like.

In this role, you will:

  • Own the build out of new agents, skills, and platform capability for teams across TLDR.

  • Build and deploy agents end to end, from design through implementation, evals, and rollout to internal users.

  • Write the evals and specs that define what good looks like, so workflow quality is measurable rather than anecdotal.

  • Partner with our Applied AI PM on what to build, and make the smaller product calls independently.

  • Work directly with stakeholders in sales, revenue ops, editorial, and people ops to find where an LLM belongs in their process.

What Success Looks Like

  • Every workflow at the company improves as model capabilities improve.

  • Teams write specs and evals and define what good looks like, rather than executing manually, and their processes improve as models improve without anyone rebuilding them.

  • Work becomes increasingly push vs pull, by default work is done by LLMs and humans are brought in as needed.

About You

  • 5+ years experience including 2+ years building products and systems with LLMs, with at least one agent you took to production and still own.

  • You code fluently with AI tools like Claude Code or Codex.

  • You write evals as part of building, not after. You can say how you defined good, what you measured, and what you changed as a result.

You’ll Thrive Here If

  • You ship end to end and don’t wait for someone to spec the small stuff.

  • You have product judgment: you can say what you chose not to build, and why.

  • You’re comfortable in a domain where settled practice doesn’t exist yet.

  • You can sit with non-engineering stakeholders and find where an LLM belongs in their process.

  • The way you build has changed as models have gotten better, and you treat capability improvement as a design input.

  • You want surface area across nearly every function of a profitable, bootstrapped company, with no legacy systems to fight, direct CEO access, and an unlimited token budget.

Why You’ll Love It

đŸ€‘ Compensation:

  • Base compensation: $250,000 - $300,000

  • Annual company performance bonus: $25,000 - $60,000

🌎 Location: We’re 100% remote across the US and Canada. Work where you want - our bands are set to tier-1 city rates wherever you live.

đŸ€ Team Events: Biannual team offsites. Most recently we’ve gone to New Orleans, San Diego and Park City!

đŸïž Time to Recharge: Flexible PTO. Most of the team takes 2–3 weeks a year, plus holidays.

đŸ„ Health Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental and vision benefits with a 100% paid option

📈 401(k) Plan: Empower 401(k)

đŸŒ Paid Parental Leave

đŸ’»Home Office Stipend: Whatever makes you productive - standing desk, second monitor, chair, walking pad.

🔰 Learning & Development Stipend: For anything that makes you better at your work, and for AI tools especially. Don’t ration your tokens.

đŸ“„ If you’re ready to make a real dent at a bootstrapped, profitable company, apply. Tell us if you need any accommodation at any point in the process.

Operator Taboola news L3 support at Taboola

Technical support engineer who investigates ad-serving and publisher issues using SQL, code reading, and AI tooling to automate and accelerate troubleshooting workflows.

Senior Onsite Posted 1 day ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Realize your potential by joining the leading performance-driven advertising company!

As a Technical Support Engineer on the team in our Budapest office you are the technical owner of OEM and publisher partner relationships from a support perspective. You investigate revenue and inventory anomalies, debug ad-serving and tracking issues, triage feed-ingestion and content-categorization problems, and partner with R&D to root-cause and fix issues spanning product, infrastructure and algorithmic layers.

This is a deeply technical, high-ownership, AI-forward role. The team runs a production portfolio of internal AI tooling — RCA agents, investigation apps and monitoring automation deployed on an internal platform — that has cut investigation times on several workflows from hours to minutes. You will use that tool kit, extend it, and build new pieces of it. Expect to write SQL, Kusto and BigQuery, read code, navigate distributed systems, communicate clearly with R&D and business partners, and use AI tooling fluently as a force multiplier for all of the above.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

  • Strong SQL. Comfortable with complex multi-join queries, CTEs and window functions against large analytical datasets.
  • Experience in technical support, technical operations or production engineering on a complex distributed system.
  • Able to read code well enough to trace logic and locate issues.
  • Strong written and verbal English; able to communicate technical findings to engineers and business stakeholders alike.
  • Investigative mindset — you enjoy converging on the root cause from an ambiguous problem report.
  • AI fluency. Daily use of AI coding assistants and LLM tooling for code, queries, log analysis, summarisation and small automations. Willing to build internal tools rather than wait for them.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Hands-on experience building agents, MCPs or AI-assisted automations, beyond using off-the-shelf assistants.
  • Ad-serving systems experience (DFP/GAM, programmatic, fallback paths, attribution, tracking).
  • RSS feed-ingestion pipeline experience.
  • Production monitoring and on-call experience (alerts, dashboards, incident response).

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Investigate publisher-side and OEM-partner technical issues end to end: revenue drops, inventory imbalances, tracking gaps, ad-serving fallback issues, content categorization errors, feed ingestion problems.
  • Write and refine SQL (MySQL, Vertica), KQL (Kusto), and BQ (BigQuery) against production data sources. Use Grafana, Kibana, Tableau, and internal tooling to monitor and drill into anomalies.
  • Build, tune and own production alerts for the surfaces you cover.
  • Share PagerDuty on-call and production-incident response for Taboola News.
  • Operate and extend the team’s AI tooling portfolio — RCA agents, investigation apps, monitoring automation — and take ownership of stalled initiatives with existing internal demand.
  • Partner with R&D and Product: triage what needs engineering involvement, frame the technical question, follow through to resolution.
  • Build internal tooling and runbooks with AI assistance; document recurring investigation patterns.
  • Identify systemic patterns across tickets and feed them back into product or platform improvements.

Operator Taboola news L3 support at Taboola

Technical support engineer investigates ad-serving and tracking issues using SQL, code analysis, and AI tooling to debug complex distributed systems and partner with R&D teams.

Operator Gusto, Inc.: Agentic Operations Architect

Designs reusable patterns, standards, and tooling for agentic AI workflows across the organization to accelerate automation and ensure quality.

Senior Hybrid Posted 4 days ago We Work Remotely — Programming
What this role involves

Headquarters: Denver, CO - Hybrid; New York, New York, United States; Phoenix, AZ - Remote; San Francisco, CA - Hybrid

About Gusto

At Gusto, we're on a mission to grow the small business economy. We handle the hard stuff — payroll, health insurance, 401(k)s, and HR — so owners can focus on their craft and their customers. With teams in Denver, San Francisco, and New York, we support more than 500,000 small businesses nationwide and are building a workplace that reflects the people we serve.

All full-time employees receive competitive base pay, benefits, and equity (RSUs) — because everyone who helps build Gusto should share in its success. Offer amounts are determined by role, level, and location. Learn more about our Total Rewards philosophy.

AI is a fundamental part of how work gets done at Gusto. We expect all team members to actively engage with AI tools relevant to their role and grow their fluency as the technology evolves. AI experience requirements vary by role and will be assessed during the interview process.

About the Role:

As an Agentic Operations Architect, you will own the reusable capabilities that make agentic service workflows possible, the patterns, primitives, standards, and tooling that other builders across the org use to automate discrete customer problems. You are not the owner of any single workflow. You are the reason a workflow that took six weeks takes two, and the reason the tenth one is safer than the first. You will prototype workflows yourself, but as a means to an end: to prove a pattern is sound, to find out what builders are missing, and to earn the right to set a standard.

About the Team:

The mission of our Service Transformation (CXT) team is to quickly evolve and scale how Gusto delivers outstanding service experiences and leverages AI to do so. Our team designs the systems, governance frameworks, and feedback loops that allow Gusto's service model to improve continuously, operate reliably, and earn the trust of the customers and employees who depend on it.

Here’s what you’ll do day-to-day:

Build the patterns

  • Design the reusable patterns for agentic service workflows, orchestration, HITL protocols, override and escalation logic, quality safeguards, so builders assemble from proven components
  • Set the standards builders work to, concrete enough to apply without you in the room
  • Prototype workflows selectively: to validate a pattern, expose a gap, or unblock a hard problem, then extract the reusable part and hand it off
  • Pull learnings from every build back into the shared patterns, so each one is faster and safer than the last

Shape the platform

  • Influence Product on what to build next: turn what's slowing builders down into specific, prioritized asks backed by evidence
  • Prototype around gaps the platform doesn't cover yet, proving a capability is worth building before USP invests
  • Be honest in both directions about the distance between what builders need and what exists

Point capacity at the right problems

  • Rank automation opportunities by volume, risk, and customer impact, mining SOPs, operational metrics, and interaction data, to determine what gets built and where builders go
  • Work with Data to define how workflow performance gets measured, so every builder measures the same way
  • Identify where there are processes which exist which should not be automated

Carry the quality stakes

  • Bring what's at stake for customers into Legal, Security, Compliance, and platform reviews, so requirements land in the patterns instead of getting retrofitted per workflow
  • Represent how the portfolio is performing to senior stakeholders, briefly, and in a way that drives action

Here’s what we're looking for:

  • 8+ years in operations, product, or AI roles — with at least 2 years designing and deploying AI-assisted or agentic workflows in production
  • Hands-on experience with agentic tooling, orchestration frameworks, or MCP-style integrations, including multi-agent coordination — conceptual familiarity is not sufficient at this level
  • Strong fluency with LLM systems: prompt design, evaluation, and how models actually behave at scale
  • Experience designing human-in-the-loop systems with clear escalation logic, override controls, and compliance-aware checkpoints
  • Ability to define and diagnose workflow metrics — solve and assist rate, containment, escalation quality — and to tell a real regression from noise
  • Proven track record influencing Product, Engineering, Legal, Security, and Compliance in writing, in design reviews, and in high-stakes forums
  • Familiarity with Responsible AI practices, governance, and risk management in production
  • Prior experience in a function being actively redefined — you have built the plane while flying it before

Strongly preferred

  • Experience with RAG architectures and retrieval quality optimization
  • Ability to assess whether underlying data structures, quality, and governance can support reliable agentic performance
  • Experience in SaaS, fintech, or regulated environments where compliance constraints are real
  • Exposure to AI governance or safety-oriented review processes

Our cash compensation amount for this role is $168,420/yr to $210,525/yr in Denver & most major metro locations, and $197,895/yr to $247,369/yr for San Francisco & New York. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate location, experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.

Gusto has physical office spaces in Denver, San Francisco, and New York City. Employees who are based in those locations will be expected to work from the office on designated days approximately 2-3 days per week (or more depending on role). The same office expectations apply to all Symmetry roles, Gusto's subsidiary, whose physical office is in Scottsdale.

Note: The San Francisco office expectations encompass both the San Francisco and San Jose metro areas.

When approved to work from a location other than a Gusto office, a secure, reliable, and consistent internet connection is required. This includes non-office days for hybrid employees.

Our customers come from all walks of life and so do we. We hire great people from a wide variety of backgrounds, not just because it's the right thing to do, but because it makes our company stronger. If you share our values and our enthusiasm for small businesses, you will find a home at Gusto.

Gusto is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We do not discriminate in hiring or any employment decision based on race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex (including pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions), marital status, ancestry, physical or mental disability, genetic information, veteran status, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, or other applicable legally protected characteristic. Gusto considers qualified applicants with criminal histories, consistent with applicable federal, state and local law. Gusto is also committed to providing reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities and disabled veterans in our job application procedures. We want to see our candidates perform to the best of their ability. If you require a medical or religious accommodation at any time throughout your candidate journey, please fill out this form and a member of our team will get in touch with you.

Gusto takes security and protection of your personal information very seriously. Please review our Fraudulent Activity Disclaimer.

Operator Senior Customer Experience Operations Specialist at LawPay

Senior individual contributor who identifies automation and AI opportunities across CX operations, scopes projects, and builds workflows, integrations, and systems end-to-end.

Senior Posted 6 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

It’s a new day with a new opportunity at 8am!

About the role:

8am is looking for a technically-minded, senior individual contributor to drive new CX roadmap initiatives and automation from idea through delivered, working systems. This is a hands-on builder role, you scope ambiguous, early-stage ideas from stakeholders across CX, BI, Sales, and Marketing into concrete, buildable project plans, then personally build the automation, workflow, or integration that brings each one to life.

You bring the same technical depth to new builds as to existing systems: when a workflow underperforms, you know why, and you can write the ticket or rebuild the logic yourself. But the core of this role is forward-looking, identifying where new automation and AI can create leverage across the CX org, scoping it, and shipping it. You partner directly with Business Systems and Engineering on infrastructure-level builds, and with BI, Customer Operations, Sales, Finance, and Marketing to make sure new projects solve the right cross-functional problem from the start.

About us:

At 8am, our vision is to power a world where professionals thrive. We start every day on a mission to empower professionals with the most trusted, innovative technology to deliver world-class outcomes for their clients and exceptional financial results for their business. They count on our purpose-built solutions to simplify operations, ensure compliance, and fuel profitable growth, so they can focus on their clients and do more of the work that matters.

Founded in 2005, 8amℱ (formerly AffiniPay) is the professional business platform built to help legal, accounting, and other client-focused professionals run stronger, more profitable businesses. Today, more than 250,000 professionals across the U.S. trust 8am to help them work smarter, serve clients better, and unlock their full potential. We have been recognized as one of Inc 5000’s fastest growing companies in the U.S. for 13 years in a row, and as a result, our teams continue to grow as well!

What you’ll do:

  • Identify where new automation and AI can create leverage across the CX org, and scope early-stage ideas from stakeholders across CX into concrete, buildable project plans
  • Partner directly with Business Systems and Engineering on infrastructure-level builds for new initiatives, ensuring new projects solve the right cross-functional problem from the start
  • Bring technical depth to existing systems (e.g. Salesforce, Intercom) as needed, diagnosing underperforming workflows, writing developer-ready tickets, and rebuilding automation or routing logic when required
  • Partner with Enablement to increase adoption of new workflows and automations, training, documentation, and change management for end users
  • Convert CX data (NPS/CSAT, retention, support and success metrics) into actionable recommendations for leadership
  • Maintain clear, current visibility into initiative status, risks, and dependencies for stakeholders, surfacing issues before they escalate
  • Operate as a self-directed driver on assigned initiatives, surfacing blockers and aligning stakeholders without needing to be chased

About you:

  • 4-6+ years of experience in Customer Success/Experience Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations
  • Demonstrated ownership of a program or metric outcome, not process facilitation alone, in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Intercom as an advanced user, able to build reports, dashboards, in-app messaging, surveys, and workflow automations
  • Self-directed and outcome-driven, able to move roadmap projects forward without heavy oversight
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort operating within evolving or undefined processes
  • Preferred: Salesforce Administrator certification, Intercom experience, survey-building tools (e.g., Delighted, Qualtrics, or similar), in-app messaging platforms, hands-on experience applying AI tools to operational workflows. SQL or BI tool proficiency.
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to improve workflows, enhance decision-making, or drive innovation.

Additional Information The annual salary range for this position is $90,000 to $110,000. The salary range for performing this role outside of the US / Austin / California may differ.  8am is committed to offering competitive, fair and commensurate compensation and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and education. Why 8am:

At 8am, our culture is shaped by the people who bring it to life every day. Together, we build a company rooted in continuous learning, genuine community, holistic wellness, and meaningful engagement—values that empower us as individuals and unite us as a team. Our culture is grounded in our core values: Work Smart, Win Fast; Outshine Ordinary, and We Find a Way. These values drive how we serve our customers and work with each other in a collaborative, inspiring, and empowering environment, every day.

Here’s how we support our 8Team:

  • Health Insurance Coverage: We offer our 8Team a variety of medical, dental, and vision plans, designed to fit your needs, including a 100% company-paid HDHP plan for employees.
  • Financial perks: We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package including annual bonuses, equity options and 401(k) or RRSP if in Canada, with a company match for all team members.
  • Time for what matters: Flexible Time Off, paid holidays, and a parental leave program for our new parents.
  • Wellness: Wellness stipends, mental health support, and one-on-one nutrition coaching.
  • Learning and Development: Continuous learning through 8am.edu, leadership programs, professional development funds, and individually focused talent development.
  • Giving back to the communities around us: Participate in our charitable matching gift program, paid time off for volunteer service, and company-sponsored volunteer events (both local and virtually).
  • Engagement: Virtual and in-person team-building events, quarterly award recognition through our Rise & Shine Award of Excellence Program, and our peer-to-peer appreciation platform.

At 8am, we don’t just offer benefits - we create an environment where people can thrive, grow, and make a real impact every day.

Diversity, equity & inclusion at 8am:

At 8am, we recognize that innovation occurs with a strong team of people who are diverse in background, personality, talent and ideas. Experience comes in many forms and ensuring a diverse and inclusive workplace where we continue to learn from each other is an integral part of our culture. We are committed to creating a welcoming and transparent environment for all that embraces those differences through education, equal access to opportunities and information, inclusionary programs, and community outreach.

Most recently, SecurityScorecard was named to Fast Company’s annual list of theWorld’s Most Innovative Companies for 2023 and to the Achievers 50 Most Engaged Workplaces in 2023 award recognizing “forward-thinking employers for their unwavering commitment to employee engagement.”  SecurityScorecard is proud to be funded by world-class investors including Silver Lake Waterman, Moody’s, Sequoia Capital, GV and Riverwood Capital.

About the Role:

SecurityScorecard is hiring a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with our most strategic customers and turn raw security data into decisions executives act on. You’ll deploy onsite, learn the customer’s workflow, data, and decision logic firsthand, and build SecurityScorecard directly into how they already operate, closing gaps and creating new value instead of bolting on a generic integration.

We’re an AI product company at our core, so our FDEs build AI-first: using LLMs and modern AI tooling by default, and applying real data science to help customers quantify risk in terms finance already trusts.

What You’ll Do

  • Deploy onsite with strategic customers to map their security, risk, and compliance workflows end to end, and find where value is leaking through manual effort or disconnected tools
  • Gather requirements from practitioners and executives, and understand the dependencies across their people, process, and data before proposing a solution
  • Weave SecurityScorecard into the customer’s existing data, logic, and process, rather than forcing them to adapt to a generic integration
  • Build AI-native solutions by default: apply LLMs, ML models, and modern AI tooling to automate analysis and cut manual toil
  • Run data analysis and data science work on customer and platform data, for example translating letter-grade ratings into financial terms like Annualized Loss Expectancy (ALE), Value at Risk (VaR), and ROI
  • Design and deploy integrations, pipelines, and tools connecting SecurityScorecard to customer systems (SIEM, GRC, ticketing, data warehouses, and more)
  • Architect and deploy solutions across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments to match each customer’s cloud footprint
  • Prototype rapidly in the field, then harden solutions into supportable, production quality software
  • Bridge Product, Engineering, and the customer, feeding field patterns back into the roadmap
  • Own technical relationships with key accounts through renewal and expansion, alongside Customer Success and Sales Engineering
  • Travel to customer sites for workshops, technical deep dives, and go-live support

Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of software engineering experience, with significant time in a customer-facing, forward deployed, or solutions engineering capacity
  • Hands-on experience building with AI, using LLMs, agentic frameworks, or ML models as core building blocks in shipped solutions
  • A track record building AI-powered products or features, and a clear point of view on how AI changes forward deployed work
  • Working data analysis / data science ability: comfortable turning raw data into a model a customer can act on (risk quantification, benchmarking, exposure modeling)
  • Proven ability to ship production code independently in fast-moving, ambiguous, customer-facing environments
  • Strong full stack fluency: backend services, APIs, scripting, data pipelines, and integration patterns (REST, webhooks, SSO/SAML, SIEM connectors)
  • Solid architecture design experience across AWS, Azure, and GCP, and comfort designing solutions that fit a customer’s existing cloud environment
  • Experience running discovery with enterprise stakeholders, from practitioners to executive sponsors, and scoping that into a technical solution
  • Excellent communication skills, translating between technical detail and business or financial impact
  • Bias toward action and comfort with ambiguity
  • Prior experience in cybersecurity, GRC, or risk management is a strong plus
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites (typically 20 to 40%, depending on account load)

Benefits:

Specific to each country, we offer a competitive salary, stock options, Health benefits, and unlimited PTO, parental leave, tuition reimbursements, and much more!

The estimated total compensation range for this position is $180,000 - $240,000 (base plus bonus). Actual compensation for the position is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to affordability, skills, qualifications and experience, and may vary from the range. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible for annual performance-based incentive compensation awards and equity, among other company benefits.

SecurityScorecard is committed to Equal Employment Opportunity and embraces diversity. We believe that our team is strengthened through hiring and retaining employees with diverse backgrounds, skill sets, ideas, and perspectives. We make hiring decisions based on merit and do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, national origin, sex or gender (including pregnancy) gender identity or expression (including transgender status), sexual orientation, age, marital, veteran, disability status or any other protected category in accordance with applicable law.

We also consider qualified applicants regardless of criminal histories, in accordance with applicable law. We are committed to providing reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities in our job application procedures. If you need assistance or accommodation due to a disability, please contact talentacquisitionoperations@securityscorecard.io.

Operator Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A (AI First) at Unbounce

Builds and operates AI-driven FP&A workflows, automating recurring financial analysis and reporting while validating AI outputs for accuracy.

Senior Remote Posted 13 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A (AI First)

Department: Operations

Location: Remote, Canada or US

Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Hours: Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM (in your time zone)

About the Role

Unbounce is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A (AI First) to join our FP&A team. You’ll run our budgeting and forecasting cycles, prepare monthly reporting, support the accounting team through month-end close, and partner with teams across the business to answer financial questions.

This is an AI-native role: the outputs are familiar (an annual budget, a rolling forecast, a monthly reporting package, board metrics), but you will spend a meaningful share of your time building the systems that produce them rather than producing them by hand. Every employee at Unbounce has Claude, and our billing and accounting stack was rebuilt this year on Recurly and Rillet, so the data layer underneath you is new rather than inherited.

Concretely, when a recurring analysis takes four hours by hand, we expect your instinct to be to build the thing that does it in four minutes next month, and then to be the person who can tell whether its answer is right. The second half matters more than the first. Automation without judgment is worse than no automation, and this role owns both.

We’re after someone dependable and detail-oriented who communicates clearly and whose first instinct on a repetitive task is to automate it. You don’t need to have done every item on this list. If you’re strong in most areas and willing to learn the rest, we’d like to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

Build and operate AI-driven finance workflows

  • Design, build and maintain the AI agents and automated workflows that carry the recurring FP&A load: variance analysis, first-pass commentary, cohort and retention analysis, board metric refreshes, and the routine data pulls underneath all of them.
  • Use AI as a default part of your workflow, across analysis, modeling, reporting, and commentary, within our team practices and data-handling guidelines.
  • Use Claude, which every employee here already has, to speed up analysis, automate recurring reporting, draft first-pass variance commentary, and pressure-test your own assumptions before numbers go out.
  • Build the context these agents need in order to be reliable: metric definitions, documented data lineage from source system to report, and explicit rules for how each number is constructed. An agent is only as good as the context it can reach.
  • Decide what should and should not be automated. Draw and defend the line between work an agent runs unsupervised, work an agent drafts for human review, and work that stays fully manual.
  • Own the finance team’s shared library of agents, prompts, skills and calculation templates. Treat it as a deliverable in its own right, versioned and documented, so that it keeps producing when you are on vacation.
  • Own what the tools produce, review AI-assisted work to the same standard as your own, and know when a question needs judgment instead. Build the checks in: validation against source, reconciliation, and a review step that catches a wrong answer before it reaches leadership or the board.
  • Raise the ceiling for the people around you. Some of your highest-leverage work will be enabling your business partners to answer their own questions rather than producing the analysis yourself.

Planning and forecasting

  • Prepare Own the annual budget and quarterly/monthly forecast updates, gathering inputs from department leaders.
  • Maintain the company’s financial model (revenue, expenses, headcount, and cash) and keep the key assumptions up to date. Structure it so that running a new scenario is a configuration change, not a rebuild.
  • Run scenario analysis to help leadership weigh decisions, using AI to build and iterate on cases faster than a manual model rebuild allows, fast enough to be useful in the meeting where the decision is actually being made.

Reporting

  • Own the monthly reporting package: actuals versus budget and forecast, variance analysis, and commentary. AI-drafted first pass, then edited and owned by you.
  • Help prepare materials for leadership and board meetings, including our key metrics and dashboards.
  • Work with the accounting team during month-end close to make sure results are accurate and on time.

Metrics and analysis

  • Own our core SaaS metrics (ARR/MRR, net and gross revenue retention, churn, CAC, and LTV) and keep the definitions consistent.
  • Look at customer, product, and segment profitability and take the findings to the people who can act on them.
  • Build and maintain reports in our BI tools so teams can see the numbers they need, and so that analysts, dashboards and agents all draw on one trusted source rather than several competing ones.

Working with the business

  • Be the finance point of contact for Sales, Marketing, Product, and G&A, helping them manage budgets and understand spend.
  • Partner with Data and Analytics to scope reporting needs, so what we build answers the right questions.
  • Help evaluate the costs and benefits of proposed projects and investments.
  • Handle ad-hoc analysis requests as they come up.

A Little Bit About You

  • A reliable instinct for when a machine-generated answer is wrong. This is a very important qualification for this role.
  • Structured thinking: you can break a vague business question into defined, verifiable steps, which is the same skill that makes an agent work.
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools in real finance work. You can walk us through something you automated or accelerated, and how you checked the output.
  • Experience building AI-assisted workflows: prompt-based reporting, scripting, or connecting AI tools to finance data sources.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a similar analytical finance role. We weight demonstrated ability to build with AI as heavily as two additional years of conventional experience.
  • Experience at a SaaS or subscription business, or willingness to get up to speed on the model.
  • A good understanding of common SaaS metrics (ARR, retention, churn, CAC, LTV) and what drives them.
  • Solid financial modeling and Excel/Google Sheets skills. Excel and Google Sheets are output formats here rather than the core skill; the core skill is breaking a FP&A question down precisely enough that an agent can run it reliably and repeatably.
  • A working knowledge of the three financial statements and subscription revenue recognition.
  • The ability to explain financial results clearly to people outside of finance.
  • Comfort with ERP, planning, and BI tools (e.g. NetSuite, Cube, QuickSight, or similar).
  • An understanding of how finance and business systems fit together and how data moves between them, and the ability to scope reporting needs with Data teams.
  • A willingness to work in the open, documenting what you build so that someone else can run it.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

Nice to Have

  • Experience partnering with Sales or RevOps on pipeline, quota, or go-to-market planning.
  • Exposure to headcount and workforce planning alongside the People team.
  • SQL or comfort working with larger datasets.
  • MBA, CFA, or CPA.

Our Stack

  • Every employee has a Claude account. Recurly for billing and Rillet for accounting, both implemented this year. QuickSight for business intelligence.

Share Our Values

  • Customer First
  • Bias for Action
  • High Velocity Decision Making
  • Inclusion
  • Results Focused

Compensation

Our compensation bands are designed to reflect how people grow in their roles. Each level includes three stages: Developing, Proficient and Expert, which represent increasing capability, independence and impact over time.

The compensation range for this role is $95,000 to $110,000 CAD which reflects the Proficient stage of our compensation band for this job level (P3). For United States based applicants, the compensation range for this role is $100,000 to $120,000 USD.

Progression into higher stages and job levels may occur over time based on demonstrated performance, mastery of role expectations and overall impact. For specialized or hard-to-fill roles, we may extend offers above the posted range if a candidate brings exceptional experience.

Operator Senior Architect, Anthropic Enablement at Nimble Gravity

Lead technical pre-sales and enablement for Claude AI implementations, configuring agentic workflows, delivering demos, and designing hands-on training for enterprise engineering teams.

Senior Remote Posted 15 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Senior Architect, Anthropic Enablement

Remote | US

At Nimble Gravity, we help organizations turn data, AI, and technology into measurable business results. This role sits at the technical core of our Anthropic practice — leading the conversations, demos, and delivery sessions that show clients exactly what Claude Code and Claude Cowork can do, and where the next phase of work lives.

You’ll be the person in the room — often the only Nimble Gravity person in the room — with 20+ engineers or advanced knowledge workers who expect real answers, not a script. You’ll also be in the room earlier than that: on discovery calls and technical scoping sessions, helping prospects understand what’s possible before they’ve signed anything. This is a build-and-teach role. If you haven’t personally configured agentic workflows, written custom skills, or wired up MCP integrations, this isn’t the seat.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead technical pre-sales:Partner with sales and delivery leadership on active opportunities — run technical discovery, scope proof-of-concept builds, and deliver live demonstrations of Claude Code and Claude Cowork tailored to a prospect’s actual environment and workflows.
  • Deliver advanced technical enablement: Design and lead hands-on sessions for 20+ engineers or technical business users at a time — covering agentic coding workflows, custom skills, MCP server integrations, subagent orchestration, permission and tool-access models, and how to fit Claude Code and Cowork into existing engineering practice.
  • Hold technical ground solo: Field detailed questions on architecture, context management, tool permissions, data flow, security posture, and failure modes — live, without deferring to “someone technical” who isn’t in the room.
  • Frame the business case: Work with client stakeholders to identify high-value workflows, map them to what Claude Code and Cowork can actually do, and translate that into a business case business leaders will act on.
  • Spot and scope follow-on work: Treat every workshop and demo as a discovery exercise — identify where a client’s next engagement lives, and feed that directly into proposals, SOWs, and delivery roadmaps.
  • Build reusable technical assets:Create demo repos, sample skills, workshop curricula, and reference architectures that make every future engagement faster to stand up.
  • Navigate regulated environments: Advise financial services, insurance, and other regulated clients on secure, compliant configurations of Claude Code and Cowork — governance, audit trails, and data handling included.
  • Measure what matters: Track technical adoption depth, workshop-to-pipeline conversion, and follow-on scope generated — real numbers, not attendance counts.

What You’ll Bring

  • 8+ years in software engineering, solutions architecture, or technical consulting, with recent hands-on depth in agentic AI systems — this is a senior architect–level technical role, not an enablement generalist role
  • Deep, current, hands-on fluency with Claude Code and Claude Cowork specifically — configuring skills, MCP servers, subagents, and permission scopes, not just familiarity from the outside
  • A specific, named example of something you’ve built with agentic AI tooling: a custom skill, an MCP integration, a multi-step agent workflow, a CI/CD pipeline with an agent in the loop
  • Proven experience presenting to large (20+) technical audiences and holding your own against skeptical senior engineers with no one else backing you up
  • Pre-sales or technical sales engineering experience — discovery calls, live demos, SOW scoping, or technical proposal input
  • The judgment to translate technical capability into business value, and to spot where automation or agentic assistance unlocks the next phase of a client’s work
  • A track record of turning technical sessions into scoped follow-on engagements — quantifiable in pipeline or expansion revenue, not just satisfaction scores
  • Comfort operating in regulated, enterprise environments, including security and governance review of AI tooling
  • The composure to demo or debug live, in real time, without a script

Strongly Preferred, Not Required

  • Direct experience in banking, financial services, insurance, or another regulated industry
  • Experience as a sales engineer or solutions consultant at an enterprise software or AI company

We are building the platform for that future, trusted by companies like OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide. Whether you’re building our products, supporting our customers, growing our community, or shaping our story, you’ll help define what comes next.

What You Will Do:

  • Design and build V as the primary agentic interface for getting work done across Vercel, from answering questions and analyzing data to executing complex, multi-system workflows.
  • Build the agent architecture that allows V to understand intent, plan work, select the right skills and tools, recover from failures, and complete long-running tasks reliably.
  • Ship polished experiences across Slack, web, and other surfaces, combining natural-language interaction with rich, interactive interfaces when chat alone is not enough.
  • Develop evaluation, observability, and feedback systems that measure whether V’s answers and actions are accurate, useful, efficient, and trustworthy.
  • Establish primitives that make it easy for teams across Vercel to contribute new capabilities without creating fragmented agents or inconsistent user experiences.
  • Help define what it means for a company to be operated through an agent and turn what we learn building V into ideas and infrastructure that can eventually benefit Vercel’s customers.

About the Role:

  • You have 7+ years of full-time software engineering experience and strong TypeScript proficiency.
  • You are comfortable working across product surfaces and system boundaries, from conversational UI and interactive data experiences to APIs, queues, databases, permissions, and production infrastructure.
  • You care about the quality of AI interactions: context selection, tool use, memory, latency, generated interfaces, uncertainty, and how the system communicates progress and asks for help.
  • You have a track record of openness and adaptability. You have moved into unfamiliar technologies, domains, or responsibilities and learned quickly. This space is changing too quickly for fixed expertise to matter more than curiosity and judgment.
  • Experience with using and building agent harnesses (OpenClaw, Hermes, Pi, etc) is a plus but not required

Benefits:

  • Competitive compensation package, including equity.
  • Inclusive Healthcare Package.
  • Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
  • Flexible Time Off.
  • We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.

Our Recruiting Process:

Talent Acquisition → Hiring Manager → Technical Interview(s) → Bar Raiser

Why Parloa?

We’re at the beginning of a new era in customer experience, one where AI doesn’t just respond, but understands, reasons, and takes action. We’re building agentic AI that enterprises trust with their most important customer moments: complex questions, high volumes, real stakes. When millions of people reach out to a brand, those interactions aren’t just support tickets; they’re defining experiences. We’re here to raise the standard: making every conversation seamless, intelligent, and genuinely helpful. If you care about shaping how businesses and customers connect at scale and want your work to matter in real, everyday moments, this is where you do it.

At Parloa, ownership isn’t a buzzword; it means being accountable for outcomes, not just tasks. We operate in a category that’s evolving fast, where the bar is high, and the problems are complex. We hire people who think in solutions, communicate with clarity, and follow through. People who are comfortable making decisions, taking responsibility, and raising the standard for themselves and those around them.

We’ve grown beyond the earliest startup phase, but we’ve kept the intensity: fast execution, direct feedback, and a strong expectation to contribute meaningfully from day one.

Backed by leading global investors like General Catalyst, EQT Ventures, and Altimeter Capital, we’re scaling with a clear ambition: to become the global category leader in enterprise-grade conversational AI.

Parloa is committed to upholding the highest data protection standards for our clients’ and employees’ data. All our employees are instrumental in ensuring the utmost care, GDPR, and ISO compliance, including ISO 27001, in handling sensitive information.

Operator Operations Engineer at MUI

Build automated internal tools, data models, and AI-driven workflows across Finance, GTM, People, and Product to eliminate manual operational bottlenecks.

Senior Remote Posted 19 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Details of the role

  • Location: Remote (preference for UTC-6 to UTC+5).

  • Type of work: Full-time (contractor or employee depending on circumstances).

  • Level: IC4 Senior and above.

  • We’re a remote company, operating mostly asynchronously.

The company

MUI’s story began in 2014 with Material UI, the most successful React implementation of Google’s Material Design. This open-source project has paved the way for the fully-fledged startup known as MUI (founded in 2019), which now boasts an ever-expanding ecosystem of React UI products. We’re a company of 40 people as of 2026, and we’re growing steadily.

The products

MUI is best known for our flagship product, Material UI—but this is just one of the UI libraries we maintain. Material UI is complemented by advanced components through MUI X (Data Grid, Charts, Date and Time Pickers, Tree View) for more complex user interactions and data visualization needs. Base UI is our headless component library. We also host Design Kits and pre-built Templates.

The culture

MUI is a fully remote company with a team that spans the globe. The majority of our work is asynchronous, and we rely on written communication to collaborate. We’re radically transparent: a lot of our work happens in public. Each contributor has the freedom to decide how and when they work, and that work is primarily self-directed: it’s your responsibility to define and complete your own tasks in a timely manner.

For additional details about the culture, you can check our careers and about pages and also our public Handbook.

Why we’re hiring

MUI is scaling, but traditional business operations have become a strong bottleneck to our growth. The leadership team is spending too much time on manual, repetitive tasks, building spreadsheets, debugging ETL regressions, wiring SaaS tools together, firefighting operational issues, etc.

Rather than hiring a conventional IT team, we treat internal company operations as an engineering problem. We believe that applying systems thinking, modern software engineering, and AI automation directly to business operations will create immense leverage.

We are opening this role to act as a hands-on force multiplier across the organization—building zero-defect data models, automated internal tools, and AI-driven workflows across Finance, GTM (RevOps, Sales, Marketing), People, and Product.

Overall, both our open-source community and our premium products are growing fast. We need talented people to keep up with the demands of our exigent community!

Why this is interesting

  • Function as a modern hands-on CIO / Head of business systems: Instead of managing large corporate budgets or enterprise governance, you will directly apply software engineering (TypeScript, SQL, AI frameworks) to real-world business systems.

  • Massive organizational leverage: You will step into cross-functional gaps to eliminate operational bottlenecks, saving hundreds of hours of leadership time and accelerating company velocity.

  • High-agency autonomy: Operating without a rigid backlog, you will systematically map MUI’s cross-functional workflows using Lean principles, identify high-leverage opportunities, and build end-to-end technical solutions.

  • AI-first execution: You will be at the forefront of implementing AI agents, LLM tool integrations, and low-code orchestration engines to automate routine business tasks across every department.

Our products empower React developers to build awesome applications faster – we see millions of developers on MUI’s docs every year, one million a month.

The role

Key responsibilities

Depending on the day, you’ll:

  • Internal systems architecture & management (Modern IT/CIO): Own, maintain, and connect the company’s internal software stack—from CRM, billing, and Accounting platforms to internal databases and analytics dashboards.

  • AI & workflow automation engine: Identify, prototype, and build custom scripts (SQL, JavaScript), AI agents, low-code integrations (for example, Zapier, Make), etc. to eliminate manual tasks across People, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations.

  • GTM & RevOps technical execution: Partner with Sales and Marketing to streamline lead pipelines, customer data enrichment, conversion funnels, and customer-facing website updates.

  • Data Engineering & Operational analytics: Build and maintain data pipelines, operational dashboards, and data models to power strategic decision-making (for example, pricing model LTV analysis, product adoption telemetry, sales PO volumes, npm/GitHub ecosystem metrics, or OKRs progress).

  • Process engineering & Systems optimization: Apply the five core Lean principles and systems analysis to map company workflows, identify operational or financial bottlenecks, and build technological solutions to resolve them.

  • Technical force multiplier for Leadership: Serve as a direct execution arm for executive leadership—stepping in to resolve unowned, cross-cutting technical issues across products, vendor platforms, or internal operations.

Who we’re looking for

Required

  • High-agency & Cross-functional judgment: Self-directed problem solver who thrives in ambiguity and can prioritize among many opportunities. See Manager of one.

  • High conscientiousness & Detail rigor: Strong commitment to eventually reach no-defect execution; double-checks everything, maintains immaculate documentation, focuses on friction-free user experiences.

  • Modern business Tech Stack management (CIO/RevOps): Technical mastery over core SaaS ecosystems (Salesforce/HubSpot, Stripe, NetSuite/Xero, Segment, GitHub/npm APIs).

  • Full-Stack engineering: Proficiency in TypeScript and SQL; can quickly build internal tools, scripts, and API integrations.

  • Systems & Process engineering (Lean/Systems thinking): Ability to map cross-functional workflows, spot operational bottlenecks, and apply Lean principles to eliminate non-value-added steps.

  • Data engineering & Analytics architecture: Track record of designing reliable data pipelines, maintaining zero-defect data models, and delivering actionable BI dashboards (Revenue, LTV, PLG telemetry). For example, ensures data & financial models match to the cent.

  • Workflow automation & AI agents: Hands-on experience with modern AI workflows (LLM APIs, agentic frameworks, function calling) alongside low-code orchestration engines (for example, Pipedream, Make, Zapier, n8n).

  • 4+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 2+ years spent building internal tools, data pipelines, or cross-functional business automation.

Nice to have (but not required)

  • Prior experience as an early-stage startup founder, Technical Operations Lead, GTM Engineer, Finance Ops Engineer, or Principal Engineer with cross-functional scope.

  • Experience with React, Next.js, and MUI’s tool ecosystem.

  • Deep familiarity with open-source ecosystems, developer tools, or PLG (Product-Led Growth) telemetry metrics.

  • Background in applying Lean principles within knowledge work or software development contexts.

Benefits and compensation

We offer competitive compensation commensurate with your experience level and location and are prepared to pay top market rates for someone who can clearly exceed the role’s expectations. You can find the other perks and benefits on the careers page.

Don’t meet every requirement? Apply anyway! Research shows that certain folks are less likely to apply for a role than others unless they meet 100% of the outlined qualifications. If this role excites you, we want to hear from you. We’d love for you to share the unique skills, passion, and experience you could bring to MUI.
